I am a faithful Susan Coventry fan. I love her books. She makes me feel everything she writes. Jenna and Beck were high school sweethearts. On the night of their senior prom everything changed when she caught him with her best friend. She never listened to his explanation, texts or voice mails. He thought they had something special but she wouldn't give him a chance. At the end of the summer he left for college in Chicago hoping distance would help him forget her.
It is twelve years later and Beck has returned to Michigan. His mother has breast cancer and he wants to be there for her. He also has hopes of reconnecting with Jenna. He has never stopped thinking of her or loving her. Jenna won't admit it to herself but she still cares for him. Even after all this time she is still angry at him for what he did. She is also full of insecurities and doesn't trust him.
I hope I have given you a taste of this love story so you will want to read it. Jenna and Beck do have a long road ahead full of potholes. Will they make it and get their happy ever after? Read it and find out. I loved every minute of this story and didn't want it to end.

This is the third book in the Kiss & Tell Book Club series and it was my favorite of the series. I loved all of them but there was something about this second chance romance and Jenna & Beck that I just loved.
Jenna and Beck were high school sweethearts who had a major misunderstanding occur on senior prom night. Unfortunately and a little annoyingly, Jenna would never listen to Beck and hear what happened. 12 years later he is back in town and he wants to talk to her because he still loves her. They have a lot to work through with this book but I love how they finally get their "Second Time Around".
I can't wait for Susan's next book since I have read everything she has written and love them all

So sweet.
Loved how Susan had Jenna and Beck both being talkers when they got nervous. They were funny and so so stubborn. Great second chance.

Happy endings
Sometimes second chances are great others not. Thankfully this one worked out. Love happy endings. However, like the first 3 books you kind of figure they will have a happy ending like the exact same books they read in book club

An easy read and pretty predictable. The characters were typical of a romance novel. I read it straight through, but did skim some of it.

Great story about meeting again and falling in love all over again. Saving yourself for true love is the way it should be.
