Action packed, jaw dropping, scratching my head good! It took me a while to catch up, and still had it wrong! 😁 Although Michele was a boss, and a true Alpha male, he was sweet and had a tenderness about him regarding Avi. Aviance, did not know what hit her! This dashing man comes out of nowhere, mysterious and dark, but she loved every bit of it. Loved the lengths that he went though to protect her. Looking forward to the next story, especially Benito and Mickey's journey. Great read! 👍👍👍

Yes Michele!!
There is nothing more sexier than a man who knows what he wants and goes after it .Aviance didn't even stand a chance with resisting Michele even if she wanted because as he said she was his the moment he was her .I was sad to find out who it was that betrayed Mechele and his father .Unfortunately it's true in the life they lied that you really can't trust anyone.I hope Aviance will one day get to have those close ties with her family .This book was recommended by Unique Words and I'm very happy it was ,great read and I can't wait to see what comes next

What A Plot Twist
Wow, this story had so many twist and turns and I loved every minute of it. Michele and Avi chemistry was explosive from the very beginning.
I truly enjoyed this read, I’m looking/praying that we can see how Benito and Mickey story develops. There are a few other things I could mention but won’t because I don’t spoil it for other.

Love at first glance

I can't wait for more of this well written story. This story is different from my normal read, and I am so glad I decided to read it. The characters are interesting, likeable and definitely dealing with some crazy drama.

Goodness, so many twists and turns in this book. A nurse and a mob boss finds themselves connected in ways that neither one would’ve ever expected. Murder, deception, fake deaths you name it this book has it.

Enjoyed!
This was a good storyline and I loved the main characters. Mickey was funny as hell and a die-hard friend. I hope there is a story between her and Benito. I just hope their another story period. Would recommend.

This is the first time I have read anything by this author. I was pleasantly surprised, the story line moved smoothly and kept me trying to figure out the plot twist. I loved the characters of Michele or Sherri and A fiance. The story provided the right amount of action and love scenes. I liked the supporting characters of the best friends Mickey and the right hand man Benito. I loved the intrigue of the story line that kept you guessing. Once I find a author I love will read all their books. This a very good book and I would recommended it to friends.

Different faces of deception
Unique words, LLC recommended deception but I wasn't sure which one so I am reading both. S. Frost takes Aviance and Michele who seem to connect instantly and they get sweated up in each other but then Michele is gone,. We move to 6 months later and s frost gets it popping showing behind every door who can be trusted and who needs to be dismissed. Michele door held deception but he had a valas reason . Dont bypass this book off love, deception, violence, lies,truth and so much more

Deception: A Mafia Romance
This is the first time I read a book by this author. The author presented an organized story with identifiable characters. I can tell from the work the author has a great deal of potential. I understand this is a short novella. I would have given the book a higher rating if it had relayed a more developed romance between Michele and Aviance. They met at an art gallery have a spark. What sustains their spark? How do they connect as a couple? What are they to each other? Aside from being physically attractive? Michele is patient they wait a few months before having sex...note to author the first love scene I struggled with. It fell short here also. If Michele was supposedly an alpha male mob boss beast women love. Why was the sex so basic? Are Michele and Aviance non participants in some general sexual practices? The book centers around a character head of an Italian mob. The display of this world is also very general. I did like the authors style of writing, which made the novel flow well. Michele has deceived Aviance and she finds out when she is kidnapped and taken by Amadeo (Michele). Hurt by her discovery she tries to escape but fails and then just gives up. Aviance is presented with other surprises
and revelations throughout the story. The book was properly titled, because just about every character has something shady going on. Aviance and Michele do get there HEA which made for a clean ending. This book was recommended by Unique Words, LLC 🌹.

Unpredictable and really good
This book was recommended by UniqueWords,Llc. Aviance so I was excited to read Aviance and Michele story. It was full of suspense with a dash of humor and some serious passion. I give it 4 stars the story line was great with lots of twist and turns which I love but some moments felt forced, but it didn't take away from being a good read. I would recommend it

Deception
The hero was definitely an Alpha, but the amount of murder and violence was a bit much for me. Not quite my preference. Overall, the story was well written and there were surprises in the story flow that were interesting. He on the lookout for book 2. This book was recommended by UniqueWords, LLC.

A Good Idea
I bought this book because it was recommended by unique words, LLC.
First person present tense stories are distracting to me, always have been.
I thought the story was a good idea the mysteries and their reveals could have generated more emotion and/or internal struggle for both the hero & heroine.
It was a good effort and I would give the author another try.

Not my cup of tea
This book was a recommendation from UniqueWays, LLC. I’ll start by saying that most of my issues with the book are personal preference issues. While the concept/storyline was good it just wasn’t executed in a way I enjoy. But the it was still an interesting story even though for me personally it wasn’t enjoyable to read the way it was written.

Great story
I was completely engrossed in the storyline. I was a bit confused in the beginning but it all came together nicely. There were so many players that I wanted more information about everyone lol I can’t wait until part 2 comes out to see how it truly ends. I’m excited to get updates and see where all these new relationship go. This was my first book by this author and I plan on reading more.

Captivating Story
It captures you from the beginning. Aviance and Michele are amazing, you have to keep reading to find out how their relationship is going . Lots of interesting twists that all build up to a wonderful and surprising end. Had to read it all in one day to finish.

If you come for the family be prepared to fight hard
When it seemed someone was coming for his family i thought for a second that it had to be someone from his pass but definitely not the one that it turned out to be. Michele was about control and handling the business but at the same thing he knew as things folded and the person was coming at him through those close to him starting with Aviance father that it was only fair she handle it. We learned who was true blue in both of their circles and who needed to be taken out. I need the books with Mackey and Bonito but the way this book ended was just right

Like I knew this book was going to be a page turner for sure and boy was it, S. Frost you are a talented writer for sure. This second part was a quick but steady read with so much passion, love, hate, betrayal, and killing to make a read not want to put the book down. Michele still is everything and loves Aviance, and Benito and Mickey are so cute and then ending just made me smile so hard. This story had me from the first few sentences! Nonstop betrayal and violence, with a lot of hot sex in between! 😂 Whew! I love how fiercely Michele cares for, loves, and protects Aviance! He did not play about his wife, and if you crossed him, that was it for you! Aviance came into her own, in this one! She bossed up and showed us who Mrs. Lastra is! Really enjoyed this one, and cannot wait for the next read. Please say Mickey and Benito are getting their own story? 👍👍👍
