Hot Mr. Scrooge is my neighbor. The man loathes Christmas. What person doesn’t warm up to the best holiday of the year? The cabin I purchase mentioned it needed light work, not a gut renovation. Looks nothing like the picture. The brooding beast next door said he’d help spruce up the place if it will get me to leave him alone. Deal. Because who wants to be around the Grinch longer than they have to? Even if he’s tall. Has a gorgeous face you can stare at all day. And a body you’d love to mount on your sleigh repeatedly. Then I wondered could I help Mr. Non-Christmas fall in love with my favorite holiday.
Noah Didn’t bargain for a neighbor this holiday. Especially one who looks as beautiful as her. She’s all kinds of distracting. She doesn’t even notice her effect on me. But my other head does. I’ll help her fix up her cabin while giving her attitude an adjustment with my thick peppermint stick. On a serious note. The Grinch plans to keep Ms. Christmas all to himself.

This was an fun read about a guy who didn't like the holidays until he met this feisty woman who came into his life and changed his. I hope there is a continuation to this story.
This book was the printed erotic version of a Hallmark Christmas movie with a little more action. Hope is a woman who loved the Christmas season and she was just the woman for Noah to heal his broken heart and restore his outlook on Christmas.
Noah Canyon hated the Christmas Holiday for a reason that he would not share with anyone. Hope Manning was the exact polar opposite. She LOVED Christmas to the point that she overdid her celebrations. Her fixer-upper cottage in Christmasville, Vermont was just the ticket for her. When Noah and Hope met in the diner, they knew they were attracted to each other. Their snarky banter just tickled me. Noah did not understand why he was attracted to a woman so opposite to him. He was not looking for love. Hope did not have time for men in her life. All she wanted to do was remodel her cottage and do her journalist's assigned job, but she found herself attracted to Mr. Grinch. She wondered what it would be like to have that thick peppermint stick while riding a sleigh. She just knew she would never see him again after the diner but he turned out to be her neighbor who offered to remodel her cabin if she helped him with remodeling his. Noah had to find a way to stay close to Hope and this was perfect. He had to stay close to Hope's presence. Noah killed me when he kept sneaking into Hope's bed just so he could be close to her.
Noah was hiding some secrets that he was not forthcoming with and that pissed Hope off because she believed that their relationship would not last without open and honest communication. When she put a halt to their relationship and wanted her space, Noah was outdone and did not like it. He thought the air had been let out of his lungs. He was a big brooding jealous possessive man who loved a woman who wore Elf slippers and a Mrs. Claus robe and scared to death of wolves. He had to come clean with her and she had to come clean with him. They both handled their grief differently. Now with them together, they will celebrate the holiday together to honor their loved ones.
I loved this couple. They were sweet and had plenty of chemistry. Posey did a great job with these characters by having a little mystery behind Noah. I can see some future books with his mafia cousins. That should be interesting in itself.
I really enjoyed this story. I loved the chemistry between Noah and Hope it was steamy and hot. The storyline was believable and very entertaining. I could not put it down until I finished it. I truly recommend this book to my fellow romance readers. You will love it.
I liked the storyline. Since I tend to be the holiday grinch, I found the story entertaining and funny. It was a nice touch by the author to add in a little mystery and action never the end. I wished there was more of it. Still an enjoyable read. Barker reminded me of someone in the White House -- petty and self centered.
Nope. This book was so horrible. I hated it from the start but i hate not finishing a book so I kept forcing myself to go on. I finally managed to get through half of it but I just can't do it anymore. This is probably the worst book I've ever read. There are so many errors and there is no rhyme or reason to half the sentences. It's like she just threw together the first shit that popped into her head and didn't bother to go back and really read it to see if it made any sense. And if I have to hear about his big thick peppermint stick one more time il scream. It's like an immature dumb girl wrote this book. And i have no problems with insta love but this book just made it horrible. They literally just met and the guy was already saying how she was his and once their vacation was up she would fly home, pack up her shit and move in with him in Aspen. Ummm okay? Because yea 2 days is obviously enough time to decide something monumental like that. And it's one horrible thing after another. She sees a wolf outside of her window so instead of just ignoring it she decides to run outside and to her neighbors house. Umm what? There's a wolf outside so instead of staying inside where it's safe you think it's better to run outside? What the actual fuck? How does that make any sense? And then when she wakes up to find he crawled into her bed that first night? Instead of kicking him out of the bed or leaving herself she decided to go into his gun safe (which is all kinds of stupid. How the hell did she get into the safe in the first place? They literally just met) and grab a pistol then crawl back into the bed, straddle him, grind her pussy on his hard on and shove the gun in his face. And of course he wakes up to a gun to his face and could care less because he's known this woman all of 5 hours and he already knows she won't shoot him. Ummm what? This book was just one horrible thing after another. I really tried to finish it but i just can't. If i read anymore I will literally throw up because of how horrible this book is.
Love at first site, one glance at beautiful Hope and Noah was besotted. He never in his whole life felt that way about about a woman. The attraction wasn’t one sided, but the problem is, Hope loved everything about Christmas and Noah is a Grinch. He wasn’t always that way, something happened and the journalist in Hope wouldn’t rest until she unravel the reason Noah hated Christmas, not to mention if she committed to Noah he has to come clean. A beautiful Christmas love story, that has some twists before the couple gets their HEA . So many Hotties, can’t wait for their stories!
Ummmm, Noah was so petty about Hope's Christmas apparel!!!
Although the bells on her boots were a bit over the top!!! She was not going to be swayed about her gear!
Hope and Noah both had their reasons to love and hate Christmas. I'm glad they were able to compromise and forge ahead with plans of building a relationship!!
Who doesn't want to wake up to such arrogance and cockiness???
Great Holiday read with a few things I didn't see coming.
Grab some Hot Chocolate, curl up by the fire, and enjoy this Story!
Noah Canyan of Canyan Brewery was fascinated when he saw Hope when she entered the diner in Christmas town. And he set out to win her heart. The only thing that would interfere with their relationship was their view on the holiday itself...she loved Christmas and all things involved around the holiday and he was Mr Scrooge and the Grinch personified. She was set on changing his attitude as well as win his heart! 🦋
Being a lover of Hallmark over the top Christmas movies, this check off so many items for me. Also for me the interracial relationship was done just right for me. I loved the characters and their banter. I was a little confused with the mob boss showing up but hey it's an over the top holiday love story. We needed a little bit of drama too.
This book was funny as you know what. I loved Noah’s grumpy behind and no Christmas spirit but Hope lived up to her name! She was all things hoped for, in Noah’s sight, and everything Christmas. How the two opposites attracted was hilarious. Near the end, the was an almost tragic moment….your heart will be in your throat. Definitely worth the read and laughs.
This was a great read, I thought I would have seen a story for Vino & Claire by now. Thinking that would have been better then Hope & Noah. Noah didn’t like Christmas that was his only issue, but seeing him and Hope conquer that was sexy. The only reason I said Vino & Claire would be better she would have to except him being a mobster. But if Claire is anything like Hope she is a bada$$ with a gun. Loved the story
I love Poseys writing but this book didn't sound like her at all. It was instalove, but that wasn't it. It was disjointed with lines that seemed to be where they didn't belong and odd behaviors in the characters that seemed to make no sense. I don't know what happened with this book.
I’ve read a lot of Ms. Posey Parks books, but this was just short. Noah & Hope didn’t have issues, got along and just did their thang. The competitor wasn’t worth mentioning because it was over before it started.
Only those who love her novels will overlook this and continue to support this author.
When a couple of alphas meet and fall in love, they first butt heads, then fall in love along the way. I loved Hope and Noah and would like to see them come up again sometime in another story. Perhaps a story with cousin Vino, sister Claire, or both?
This was a sweet Christmas love story. How a young woman melted the heart of a mean Ole Grinch with her love for the holiday. Once he revealed to her why he hated Christmas, she understood. Since Hope magic was already working on Noah, he was falling in love with Christmas and Hope. If you enjoy Christmas live stories, you will enjoy this one
This was an okay Christmas story, the Grinch and Ms. Christmas finding love when they weren’t looking. Too me I would say Baker’s Character wasn’t needed personally, but I do wonder if the cousin and sister get a story!
Hope was truly annoying and it caused me to stop reading this book. I can't stand how pushy she was ANF how she would throw a hissy fit every time she couldn't have her way. She was to much to stomach the whole book
It was a funny story love the Interaction between the characters. It was short story but not short on romance. After reading this story had go looking for other stories from this author .
This quick read definitely left me wanting more. The banter between Noah and Hope was enchanting, loving and domineering and I really need another book about these two. And I will absolutely need a book about Vincenzo and Claire.
A Billionaire's Holiday Love is sweet with a little suspense and steamy read!! Hope loves everything Christmas and Noah doesn't but he has a good reason. I loved the book.
This was truly a Christmas romance story, Had all the feels between Hope and Noah. The love hate chemistry Brought a unique spice to this Christmas novella. Also love the scenes that ties between Noah and his Mafia family from Jersey
I loved Hope and Noah's story it was very refreshing. I loved how she turned his heart to joy after sharing her love of Christmas. To bad it was almost ruin by a jealous rich guy named Barker. In the end they got there happily ever after.
Hope and Noah's story was awesome! I enjoyed it from start to finish. I loved how she stood up to Noah and didn't take no mess off him and nobody else. I loved how she pushed him to reveal why he didn't like Christmas but helped him make new memories with her. Great Job Posey!
This is the first book I read from this author & it won’t be the last! This was a great book! I love Noah & Hope! She really changed the way he felt about Christmas!
This was a really cute book! I enjoyed both characters, they were funny. For such a quick read it was sexy. I love it when a man is determined to get what he wants and makes sure everyone knows she’s his!
