As the author, I was compelled to review my own book - because so much has happened since its publication. As soon as the book came out, souls on "the other side" have flocked to me to express their gratitude for helping them and offering their support. The fact that this book encourages the connecting of dimensions, helps those on both sides. For us, it helps lesson our grief and for them, the benefits are amazing. Their soul cleansing time is reduced when they can reach out and say, "I'm sorry" to someone they hurt in their last life, their soul's wisdom is refined when they can express thoughts to us and we are open to listen - and all of this increases their frequency and shortens the recycle time for their soul's growth (reincarnation experiences) - because so much now can be done there within a different context.
My son, Jon's, soul growth has been extraordinary because of our continued relationship - those "on the other side" have noticed and express that to me, with excitement and gratitude. Most of those reaching out were very, very famous - because they want me to pay attention. They have wisdom for all of us, frankly and perhaps that will be another book!
"HI MOMMA, IT'S ME" is a book that will open your heart to unconditional love, lesson your grief of personal loss, remind you how close your departed loved ones really are and open the doors to your possibility of connecting. It's a hopeful and loving book that brings peace. A must read for anyone curious about the afterlife. I know you will find it fascinating.

Hi Momma, It’s Me, is a spiritual book which shows how souls can stay connected after a person has died. It is also a book about the important role of love in our lives.
Author Sandy Cowen was a reluctant medium or messenger. However, after her son died and he called out to her for help, she was encouraged by more than one person to write a book about her experience, and how she went on to help others from both sides of the veil.
Part of Sandy’s journey involves the conversations she has with her son, about how he wants to share his belief that we can connect with our departed loved ones more easily than we think. He believes that we were never meant to be cut off from a soul once it has shed its human form.
This book also looks at some of our human emotions. 2020 has been a year of challenges for most of us and I’m sure that I’m not the only one who has experienced fear, despair, grief and uncertainty at some point during the year; the timing of this book which talks about love-based emotions and their healing ability was perfect. I’m keen for happiness, wonder, empathy, belonging and peace of mind to be part of my life once more.

I don't normally write reviews, but I know TC North well as he's coached me for 2 or 3 years. This book brings a lifetime of good, practical advice to the reader, and lays it out in an easy to read and explain format.
I particularly like the summary at the end where the main points/lessons are repeated, as it gives the impression the authors really want you to have some tangible takeaways from their book.
The way they use different types of people (sports, entrepreneurs, big companies, military) to interview and use as examples made the lessons real.
Definitely recommend it, and hope you read the book.

Really loved "HI MOMMA, IT'S ME" which is a book about the afterlife with an unusual twist. Not only is Sandy and her son's story woven within it to provide context, but snippets of stories from other voices from souls wishing to share, make it fascinating. Sandy opens the door for exploring our own beliefs without being preachy. It is a loving work, and Divine voices enrich various chapters, which make elements of this book very memorable. Perfect for curious and non judgmental readers.
