Guarded by Daddy is the sixth book in Lucky Moon’s Mountain Daddies series. In this book we meet Delilah “DeeDee” and Blake. She is a petite baker and owns her own shop. She has a pure heart and a sense of innocence. She is so adorably cute, and she happens to be a Little. Blake was hired as security for the Little Community. He never thought of himself as a DD; however, since working at this Little Community and meeting Delilah, he is having second thoughts. The Russian mob in attempt to set up shop in Little Creek, harasses Delilah to pay them protection money. When she is not an easy push over, they escalate their attempts. This propels her into hiding at the Little Community where she and Blake interact. What will their future hold? Will it be happiness or woe? Will Blake be able to keep her safe? To discover the answers to these questions and more, you must read this book.

Ms. Moon pens another charming suspense romance set in Little Creek amidst a community of Bigs and Littles. Her characters are likeable. She brilliantly uses conversational and internal dialog to endear her characters to her readers. She makes them credible by capturing their dreams and vulnerabilities. I appreciate how she ties the characters in her present book with those from previous books in the series. This aspect helps to portray the sense of community that adds to each series. Lastly, I enjoyed her skill of descriptive language to make each scene come alive. I particularly, liked the scene wherein Blake confronts the villains. This is the perfect series to read as cold winter evenings approach. My recommendation is for you to curl up in front of a fire and simple enjoy. Happy Reading.

Delilah has been staying at Little Cabin ever since someone tore up her bakery. She's been making cakes for Little Cabin for a while now when she got in trouble they were the first to help her. She loves being there cause it's full of Lttles and Daddies. Even Blake, their security who's big and scary and does not like her. When trouble follows her, Blake takes care of her and finds that even though he's not a daddy, he could be a daddy. All he knows is that taking care of baby Dee Dee makes him very very happy. Hopefully when the trouble is over, he'll still want her cause she needs her Daddy.

I enjoyed reading this story. It slid perfectly into this storyline, and added to the overall experience of the B & L’s. I liked that he wasn’t perfect. I liked that she saw who he really was, and them finding each other was written in the stars, and Reaper Sauce!!

When you need protection from the bad guys and are looking for the perfect man read Lucky Moon's Mountain Daddies series. Dee and Blake's story is just as full of steamy fun and just the right suspense.

i do like

i do like the aspect of seeing all the couples together,but i SWEAR!! EVERY girl has the mob after her?!? REALLY?!? it's getting repetitious.
