Space needs nurses. That’s what they told me, and that’s why I agreed to go. They say Raider is the last place I want to end up, but I’m up to the challenge. I’ll care for the warlord’s child.
One problem. He wants me to make said child. With him. No. Not happening. Never.
I’m not selling my body to some brute! But Kain isn’t the brute I imagined. And the longer I’m on Raider, the longer I wonder if belonging to him would be so bad.
I don’t need tricks to find a woman. Compassionate. Smart. Beautiful. Abby is all these things. But she’s not willing, and I won’t force her.
If I send her back, IEP will just pass her off to another planet. I can’t put her in that situation. As I get to know her, I want her more and more. My body knows she’s my fated mated. I don’t want her to merely be a surrogate.
I want a family with her. Once she’s given me a child, she’ll be allowed to leave Raider and never return. What will it take to get her to stay?
"Nurse For An Alien Warrior" is a steamy alien romance featuring a warrior hero and the compassionate human nurse who awakens the mating gene within him.

This book is about Abby who works as a nurse and wants to take an intergalactic job as just that. However after signing the contract and arriving at her new bosses place she has to find out that there was a big mistake done, because she signed to be his breeder and not nurse. This 2nd book in the series was once again really cute and fun. Especially in the beginning there were a few scenes that had me laughing hard. I liked the mcs a lot. Abby is a very independent woman that loves her job as a nurse and Kain is a great leader to his planets people. These two were great together. I also love that while this played on a different planet we still got to meet all the characters from the last book again. In general I really like that there are so many quite important side characters in these books, all being connected and lovable together. I am looking forward to read the next book in the series.
I really didn't like the fact that she didn't know that they were mates. The whole thinking she was pregnant but not being so just because he didn't have the balls to tell her that the procedure didn't go through. The H and the Dr. should have told her immediately after she woke up.

Earth has become a dystopian world and travel between worlds with a myriad of aliens is the norm. What isn't the norm is finding your fated one. It has been so long that anyone who knew has long since gone and if it is talked about it is as if it was a myth.
When a human is involved they will do anything to make them theirs. However, the chemistry explodes, making them confront there are feelings just waiting to be explored. As their connection simmers dangerously close to the surface, they must decide if it is worth the risks that come with uncovering their true desires.
Set in the somewhat near future NURSE FOR AN ALIEN WARRIOR is the second Sci-Fi Romance novel in Roxie Ray’s Intergalactic Exchange Program series. I didn’t listen to book one of the series but I don’t think I missed too much. However there is numerous tertiary characters mentioned in this story that were obviously part of book one.
Despite the many fights the book contained (after all Kain is a warrior) I found it to be a rather light listen. The fights weren’t graphic. The plot was easy to follow and the story flowed along well enough. Both of the main characters were easy to like (although while Abby was easy to like she also annoyed me) but I especially had a soft spot for two of the secondary characters. Truthfully I liked the story. It had a steady pace and never got boring. I found this to be an enjoyable listen.
Unfortunately there were some things about the book that bugged the hell out of me. I don’t want to spoil the story but one of the things that bothered me was how clueless Abby was. The first “misunderstanding” I get her falling for. But then there were a few situations where if she were truly a nurse she would’ve had knowledge about what was happening or at least asked some sort of pointed questions. Another thing that I didn’t like was how that first “misunderstanding” was handled. Something should have been done to the perpetrators. They did something wrong and everyone just forgets about it? That’s not cool. Also, the OBGYN made some absurd decisions, SMH.
Both narrators, Kelley Huston and Jack Calihan, are people who I’ve listened to before. When I quickly scanned the reviews of those books I saw that my opinions on their performances pretty much matched up to what I thought of them this time around. Huston was great. She had a fantastic energy to her performance. Plus she puts emotion into her speech as well as tries to give each character their own voice. I liked Calihan’s performance too. He did great with using different voices for the characters but his acting could use some improvement. You could tell he was putting in the effort though.
Nurse For An Alien Warrior is the second novel in the Intergalactic Exchange Program by Roxie Ray and is another fun and easy read in this romantic sci-fi seies.
As a nurse, Abby has spent her life caring for others and when she hears that space is in desperate need of medical personal, she signs herself up for the IEP (intergalactic exchange program) in order to help those in need. She’s not too bothered where she ends up—as long as its not the barbaric planet of Raider that she keeps hearing things about. Then her contract is bought by the ruler of Raider of all places and Abby, not one to shy away from a challenge agreed to take care of the warlords child. Only he doesn’t want her help caring for his child. He wants help making one and that is not what Abby signed up for! No matter how sexy and appealing he is and how desperately he sets her blood on fire. Kain the Great is the ruler of Raider, a dusty, desert planet where women are far and few between. Due to the lack of women, Raider has an ongoing breeding program with the IEP where women are brought over from Earth for the sole purpose of conceiving children. And Kain has decided its high time he produces an heir. Which is where Abby comes in. The beautiful, confidant and successful woman is exactly what Kain wants for the mother in his child, but thanks to a miscommunication with IEP Abby wants nothing to do with him. And as they slowly try to solve their mutual problem, Kain begins to realise that he doesn’t just want Abby to be the mother of his child---he wants her period. As his wife, as his partner and a the woman he builds a family with. Now he just has to convince her that the attraction they seem to be experiencing has the potential to be everything they’re both looking for.
Nurse For An Alien Warrior continues the Intergalactic Exchange Program written by Roxie Ray and is another easy read that, though not perfect, featured a fun and engaging story. Overall this series isn’t what I would consider spectacular—they contain what I think is a fabulous concept with the intergalactic exchange program that unfortunately lacks execution---but that being said, these cheesy tales are engaging and light reading. There’s just something about this series that makes me keep reading.
I want to strangle the characters at times for the unnecessarily complicated situations they get themselves in; situations that are normally of their making, but I also find myself committed to seeing them get their happily ever afters. Abby and Kain feature in this instalment as a human woman tricked into agreeing to be a “breeder” for a planet where women are so rare and the alien ruler that subsequently has chosen her to be the mother of his child. They both find themselves duped by the IEP and of course as they attempt to make the best out of their situation they begin to fall in love; naturally.
As I said, super fun concept, but I felt that Abby and Kain’s love for one another came about too soon. Yes, there is chemistry between them, but I think Roxie Ray pushes the romance between her characters too much for my liking. BUT and I do say but, there’s some draw about this series that keeps me excited for future stories. I think the saving grace of this series are the characters and the potential they have. I want to see Soren and Rahl and even Dordus now find mates and I will be reading the rest of the series to see if Roxie Ray can give him their own happily ever afters…..
Abby is a nurse who works at District Eleven General as the shift-lead in the children’s ward. The job took an emotional toll on her, but she loved the kids and wanted to bring some light into their lives in whatever little way she could. She was a natural with the children. One of the new male nurses was nervous around her, requested her help with a crying child, then asked her for a date, and she had to gently turn him down. She hoped this wouldn’t make things awkward. A blonde woman who had been in the ward watching was still there when Abby came back. When Abby asked if she was there for a patient, she said she was there to see Abigail Woodley. When Tory Hearst, spokesperson for the IEP, tells Abby about the Intergalactic Exchange Program desperately in need of nurses to help off-planet, she decides to give it a try.
Kain is the Great Warrior leader of Raider, one of the least desirable planets yet in need of help. Kain sees how happy his friends, crown prince Niall Hollander and his wife Brittany, are and wants a child for his own. When the IEP could not match all of the requirements on his list, he offers to triple the amount of money he would pay. With so much money involved, the agency gladly ignored the nurse contract in favor of the breeding contract without informing Abby, and Kain was able to purchase Abby’s contract to be his bride for a one-year-period and to be the “Life Giver” to his child. As she signed the contract, however, she thought she saw words printed there that had not been before – but at a second look, the area was plain white paper again. Her human eyes couldn’t see that in that “white space” were the words saying she would marry and produce a child with Kain! Will they ever discuss this and straighten out the details so neither of them think the other has betrayed them? She can leave Raider after the year is up, but now there are some important additional details she isn’t aware of. Perhaps if they talked, she may have discovered he wants her permanently in his life and to have a family with her. Except that at the moment, each of them thinking the other had lied, he angrily slammed out of the building, telling his second-in-command, Dordus, to clean up this mess and that she better not be here by the time he returns! What will happen to her now? Where will she go?
This was a really good story that pulls the reader in quickly as the tension rises. Neither of them knew about the contract switch so that IEP increase their profit. Each had agreed to something then thought the other was responsible for misleading them when it wasn’t what they signed on for. And it looks like pride and anger may keep this mystery from getting solved. Grab your copy and see what it takes to find out the truth and how to fix it.
This is the second book in the Intergalactic Exchange Program series by Roxie Ray. I was pretty hopeful about this book, but it didn’t deliver like I thought it would. This is Kain and Abby’s story. Kain is the leader of a warrior people on the planet Raider. Abby is a nurse from earth who thinks she has signed up to be a nursemaid to his child. But no, she is actually contracted to be a breeder for him. How was this messed up so badly? And how do they overcome it?
The weak link in this book, for me, is the female lead. I liked the storyline, I liked the hero, Kaine. I even LOVED his side kick, Dordus (can he puh-leeze have his own book?). I just couldn’t like Abby, at least near the end. I actually liked her in the beginning. Her teasing Kain was cute and I admit, once they figured out what transpired with the contract, she did seem to roll with the punches. My problem . . .
What made this really disappointing for me is that the book started out with such promise, for both characters. Their conversation at her house after the consortium ceremony was so funny and touching. I could just feel the beginnings of a fun relationship there. And then it got ruined with her stupidity and his groveling.
While this book was just OK, to me, I have others that I would recommend first.
The writing and editing of the ARC version of the manuscript was clean, with a few typos that will hopefully be fixed in the retail version. The sentence structure was somewhat awkward. The world building was really bad, with Earth animals like squirrels and dinosaurs also being native to the alien planet Raider. There are also convenient elements like human-alien hybrid children miscarrying if the human mother is on Earth but not on any other alien world with zero reasonable biological explanation. The world building was incredibly lazy. The characterization was thin, with hero and heroine both being flat and annoying. The development of the romantic relationship was the worst element of this novel. *SPOILER AHEAD* The heroine is convinced that she cannot stay with the hero and make their marriage of convenience real, even though that is what she desperately wants, and there is literally NO REASON, good or bad, why she cannot stay on Raider and stay married to the hero. *END SPOILER* I would rate the heat level at two to three chili peppers. The plot was okay, but the pacing really dragged. I really struggled to finish this book at all. There were incredibly high levels of completely unjustified angst and fairly low stakes in this novel, which is a narrative structure that I typically cannot stand. This novel used the Fated Mates trope, the Refusal to Honestly Communicate trope, and the Refusal to Go After What You Want trope. The world building was two stars. The plot and pacing were three stars. The characterization and development of the romantic relationship were both two stars. I therefore gave this novel a combined rating of two stars. This novel ended on a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger ending, so that was a plus. I recommend this novel to readers who love the Refusal to Honestly Communicate trope and the Refusal to Go After What You Want trope, and don’t mind poor world building and lazy plot construction. I love this author’s Lunarian Warriors series, but I will give the rest of this series a hard pass. I will not buy myself a keeper copy of this novel.

This is my second book of this series, and so far my opinion is that Roxie Ray seems to only know how to write one type of book. Each premise is based on a misunderstanding/false assumption. And in each book, the main female character was lied to and misled about either where they were going or what they were going there for. And, of course, nobody bothers to have an adult conversation to clear up said misunderstanding, thereby creating a conflict for the would-be lovers to overcome!
As an writer myself, and as someone who's been reading for forty-five years, I have to say this is very lazy writing. If you can't come up with an actual plot line, then maybe just don't write. But to not only use the super played out, irritating trope of a misunderstanding no one will clear up not once, but in EVERY. SINGLE. BOOK? It's egregious! It also makes for a super annoying read as two grown adults simply refuse to have a mature conversation to settle things while the misunderstanding takes them further and further apart.
Relying on plot armor to excuse away the lack of a real plot and just expecting readers to believe two grown ups wouldn't just clear the air is insulting to me as a reader. Suspension of disbelief just only goes so far! I will not be continuing this series, nor I will be reading any other books by Roxie Ray because of this. Which is said because she isn't a bad writer; she just seems to lack ideas for plots or at least for ideas on conflict that aren't based a stupid misunderstanding.
Written for mature readers only (18+ years old) due to subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including some adult language, steamy intimate scenes and violence.
This is the second in the series around the IEP, and while it could probably be read as a stand-alone, I highly recommend it be read in series order for maximum reader satisfaction and to prevent spoilers due to reoccurring characters and an overall storyline arc.
Kain is the leader of his planet and he wants a child of his own. He decides that his best option is to hire a “breeder” through the IEP, as fewer females are born there every year, so they are at risk of his people becoming extinct. He has an idea of the type of person he is looking for and can’t believe the feelings and ache he starts experiencing after seeing her for the first time.
After she was manipulated and tricked by the IEP into signing a contract to be a “life giver”, she is very angry and feels like it is just another example of how men have used her to get what they want. She agrees to become a surrogate to fulfill her contract but is not sure what to do with the inconvenient feelings he rouses in her.
Solid story universe and characters, with minimal grammatical issues.
Tory Hearst approached Abby says she should join the Intergalactic Exchange Program: or IEP for short as they were short of Nurses on other planets Abby in the end decided to give it a go it was just for a year after all. When she arrived at the station where they were allocated planets she was with other nurses. They folder her the planet she didn’t want to be sent to was Raider. On Raider Kain was feeling as though he wanted a child of his own after seeing how happy Niall and Brittany were with there child. So he signed up to purchase a breeder for a yr to get a child. When he looked at the women he spotted Abby and told the IEP man he would double or triple the Price. Abby was took into another room and tricked into signing the contract for a breeder instead of a nurse. When she arrived on Raider she was met by Kain and Dordus, Kain’s right hand man. When they asked to see her contract they could read all of it but part was hidden from human eye but when she was given a magnifying glass it all became clear. Abby refused to carry a child and then leave it as Dordus breeder had. Kain had to fight to prove he was the better man for her and then married her. They each fought the growing feelings they had for each other. I’m not going to spoil the rest only to say you will not be disappointed

So war lord believes that he wants to have a child. But I think you actually need to have a mete in order to have a child, right? So a nurse is asked to basically enter the intergalactic program to work with the war Lord to take care of his child. I don’t know who is me bamboozled all of the story. I don’t know what the heck happened and why she wasn’t paying attention and why she wasn’t asking asking questions. But if you’re trying have a baby would not make sense to have the baby with someone you’ve already chosen in order for them to take care of the baby? She is really a nurse, so what’s the big deal? OK second thoughts yeah sure. Love to hate hate to love the book. Miss Roxie did a great job in making this happen. So you got to read the book. Does this sometimes it just don’t make any kind of sense when you keep having this conflict and then you just don’t know if you should say yes or no. But of course he say yes because it wouldn’t make any sense to say no. No cliffhanger but dang nabbitt they came pretty close.

Abby is looking to be a nurse on a planet, to be helpful to those who need her. Kain, leader of Raider, is wanting a child and is looking for a breeder. Kain buys out Abby’s contract from IEP as a breeder while she is lead to believe it is to be a nurse to his child, not to actually be the one to carry and birth said child.
Unlike the first story where it is hinted at that the IEP may be into some shady dealings, because the heroine of that first story was hired to do exactly what she said she would, it isn’t as noticeable.
This story pushes full force in showing how corrupt the IEP is. Not only did they allow Kain to purchase Abby’s contract as something other than what she signed up for, they hid the details of the contract in such a way that Abby didn’t know it was a breeder contract and was lead to believe it was a nursing contract. Both Abby and Kain feel betrayed by this and it starts off with a distrust between them.
I will also say that while I enjoyed most of the story, the one part that rubbed me the wrong way was when Kain didn’t tell Abby that they didn’t do the artificial insemination as planned leading her to believe that it had happened. It wouldn’t have been so bad if he had taken the time to tell her before they got intimate AND she got pregnant naturally. I also feel that she forgave him way too quickly for keeping that info from her.
Other than that, I enjoyed the story overall. I laughed a lot at the beginning when Kain and Abby first met. It was an improvement over the first story where it was all so easy. There was actual conflict in this story and I liked that.

I loved this book very much even while I really wanted to smack the crap out of Abby near the end of the book for thinking and acting so stupidly with Kain. But that is the sign of a terrific book when u get so involved with the characters that it makes u feel deep emotion. This book has that ability with its richly detailed and in depth characters as well as plot. It will take u on a wild ride of mistakes, betrayal, reconciliation, finding love, hurt, anxiety, and soooo much more. You won't regret reading this book and I love seeing characters from other books as well revisited. A very well done look at a world that has lost most of its females and needs earth women to agree to have babies for them in order to keep their species alive and the complications that come with hiring someone to carry your child. highly recommended reading.

Abby is a nurse whose very being thrives on helping others, on having purpose and contributing. Kain fought his way to the top to lead his people because he believed in a better quality of life for everyone, A better society, in helping all the people of his world. When these two come together, with the help of the Intergalactic Exchange Program they discover some people aren't above glossing over details, being deliberately vague, and playing word games to make a deal... especially when they don't have to be there when everything hits the fan.
This done in one Kindle Unlimited quick read has wonderful supporting characters who I hope eventually get their own stories, and really help flesh out this story about two well meaning people, each with their own plan, struggling to adapt, compromise, form a new plan... and eventually realize maybe they need to be aiming for a different goal than they originally had in sight.
I enjoy Roxie Ray's books and this one is very good. Abby, who is a nurse from earth, thought she was going to another planet to be a nurse to a warrior's child. Instead, she was there to have a child and enter into a marriage of convenience (a contractual obligation) so the child is born in wedlock. Initially, when she found out, she was surprised and not accepting at all. There was a fight to see who would win her. Of course Kain won. Kain admitted he was falling for Abby, but initially she kept quiet about her feelings. She didn't want to admit it because she was going to return to earth within a year and he didn't want to ask her to stay. They were both very annoying at times keeping such important things from each other, which led to misunderstandings. Abby agreed to be a surrogate but things don't work out that way. Fortunately, a greater power is at play. Dordis and his daughter were great!
Fair warning- I had to dnf part way through cause I couldn’t get over something crazy! The nurse is clearly tricked into a contract to be a breeder instead of a nurse. They even have proof and instead of doing something about it the company says sucks to be you even if you pay us back!!!!! So do they go to that place and make sure other women aren’t being tricked and sent up other places? His best friend is a prince and they don’t shut that shit down immediately? It was so obviously awful where women could be taken. She should have gotten on some type of com device and done an interview on earth to warn other women at the least! It was too awful. I may pick up the next book and see if the IED is being dismantled and if not… how can you leave that? The woman is a nurse and supposedly cares about others but just lets it go that woman could be being trafficked while she sits there and acts stupid. Uggg
OMG!!!! Nurse for an Alien Warrior by Roxie Ray was such a swoon-worthy, heart-pounding, immensely romantic story I didn’t want it to ever end!!!! The story of Kain and Abby was so deeply touching that I found myself sighing throughout the entire read! This is the ultimate slow burn romance!!! LOVED IT!!!!
Abby is a nurse who decides to place herself in an Intergalactic auction as a nurse to help where she’s needed. Kain is the ruler of his planet and desperately wants a child of his own. He attends an auction for that purpose. Somehow, things get mixed up…and she isn’t able to get out of the contract. What can she do now????

I found this sci-fi romance to be a rather good one. There were ups and downs all throughout the story and the plot moved along smoothly. The characters were great and their growth over the course of the story was fantastic. The differences yet similarities between the cultures was fantastic. This was the second in the series but I was unaware when I signed up for it but felt like I really didn’t need to read the first to understand what was going on. I do look forward to reading the first and continuing on with the others in the series as they come out.
I give this a five out of five stars. I loved the dynamics of the romance and the plot was great. I look forward to the previous and next works in this series.

Abby joined to be a nurse where she was needed most.
He was the ruler of Raider, and he wanted a woman to give him a child, until he saw her, then he wanted her to be the woman to give him a child and love them both, but the way he went about buying her contract for a year left her not trusting him, at all. The contract was not truthful, since a human could not see the super fine print allowing her purchaser to use her as a breeder, the very last thing Abby would have ever agreed to. So now he's starting off on the wrong foot with he woman he thinks may be his soul match, his dates mate, his forever love. Can he find his way out of the hole he's created between himself and Abby? Or will the wise ruler make a fool out of himself and put another barrier between himself and Abby?
Abby is tricked into a breeder contract and finds herself on the planet Raider with its leader Kain. Nurse Abigail Woodley is persuaded to take a years long contract in space where she is told they desperately need nurses. When huge offer is made for her contract IEP trick her into signing a contract not for a nurse but as a breeder by using a technique that makes the print of a certain paragraph invisible to the human eye. Abby ends up on the planet Raider facing Kain the leader of the planet who expects her to provide him with a child before she leaves in a year. Kain had seen Abby on the screen and knew he was the one for him and his future family.

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Nurse For An Alien Warrior by Roxie Ray is the second book in her Intergalactic Exchange series. I liked this book and enjoyed Abby and Kain's story, but there were a few things that kept this story from being an amazing read for me. I love a back story and the details that make the story fall inline and I just couldn't find Abby's reason for hesitancy. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the read, but just wanted... more. Lots of drama peppered with sexy heat (Mature Readers Only Please) make this a good addition to the series. This is why I rated Three and A Half Stars.
This honest and voluntary review was made possible by reading a copy through Booksprout.
Ok story, it feels like the author is following a template with her books.
Heroine is persuaded (against her previous beliefs) to try the IED and finds herself deceived. She is angry and pushes away the love opportunity until they can no longer stand it and have sex due to the Mating Gene. Then they find out the secrets, are separated (I think kidnappings happened in both books) and then reunited. Happy ever after.
Sure, the stories vary slightly, but ultimately its what I describe above. Maybe all love stories are built on the same platform but some authors make it interesting and some do not. Unfortunately- these are missing the mark for me. Moving on, won't be continuing the series.
(Kain & Abby): RECEIVED THIS FREE ARC FOR AN HONEST REVIEW! I really love Roxie Ray's book and this book was no different. Though there were some moments where I was rolling my eyes at the female lead. Abby is a nurse working in the kids unit of the hospital when she's approached by a rep from the I.E.P., under the impression that more medical staff was needed on the other planets. She agrees to go for a year but she's in for a surprise. Kain is the leader of planet Raider, he's now ready to settle down so he bids in an auction for a life breeder. This book is funny and extremely sexy. There's drama among clan members and a true test of love. I really enjoyed it. Kain and Abby have an almost immediate chemistry but not insta love. It was a good read.
Kain, leader of the planet Raider wants a baby and has decided to hire a surrogate to have one. Abby is a nurse seeking work with children off planet. Kain sees a video of some of the applicants and is drawn to Abby. She is offered a job with Kain but thinks it is to care for his child not have his child. This misunderstanding is the cause of all the angst and drama. I liked the plot and most of the characters, especially the secondary ones. The main characters were annoying at times. Abby with her refusal to admit what she really wanted and Kain withholding information from Abby.

Kian wants a child, but he doesn't just want a child, he wants a family like his friend Niall has. But he goes about it the wrong way and then misunderstadings and miscommunications almost ruin everything. Abby's a nurse who is traveling to space to help other, so when she finds that she's been sent to Kian's planet as a breeder, she's horrified. Sparks fly as the feelings between Abby and Kiam grow, but he's kerpimg secrets that could tesr them apart. Loved, great characters. Just as gooy as the last onr. Kee 'em coming.

This is another superb read! Roxie delivers! I love this series! You can definitely tell that Kain and Abby have chemistry although the back story tells of why Abby is hesitant and Kain is determined! It is a very visual book as are all of Miss Rays stories. Really a phenomenal read. If you like romance, steam, a sizzling love story then this one is for you ! The is only the 2nd book in the series but with Roxies writing you will fall in love with her characters and want to explore more of the worlds that she has created.

This was a little different for other Roxie Ray books. It wasn’t so here are there. The plot was straight forward and doesn’t have many holes that I can see. I love how the couple understands from the beginning that being together would be hard and maybe it isn’t such a good idea. They are allowed to grow and learn from each other and other characters around them. The narrators are pretty good at being the characters a live. There was a little issue with weird sounds in the background and a lot of mouth sounds... like licking or smacking of the lips. I would recommend others to give this one a try.
I loved the dynamic of Abby's and Kain's relationship. Its not your typical alien relationship which I usually read. Kain wanted Abby to be independent and to have a career even while they had kids. Kain was still your dominant alien but it wasn't always Im the man you need to do as I say in the relationship. I always looked forward to scenes with Abby's and Kain's banter, it was lighthearted. I would definitely recommend this book and also would love to read more from the author.

Kain is the leader of Raider and decides he wants a child, so enters Abby a human nurse who ends up on Raider. Thus starts this fun and entertaining story. It made me laugh and laugh as they both get to know each other. Of course there is misunderstandings and danger but that was part of the fun. Just a fun story in this series about human women and the hot alien men they end up meeting. The story was also a bit steamy but all in good fun. I enjoyed the book and seeing others from the first story.
