A solid collection of imaginative and fully realized worlds. I loved this. Nikel has a beautiful voice.

Great stories from a prolific author

What can I say? I love Wendy Nikel's writing, and this collection of fantasy stories is quintessentially her. Beautiful, haunting, sometimes melancholy--but not too much, just a hint.
