Soha was a Muslim girl and Roshan was a Hindu guy,and as you know society never accept couples with different caste or religion. He tries to convince his father but failed and unfortunately had to move on without Soha,it was difficult, but he had no other choices. He married another girl named Manisha and Anuj, their son, was born. They became a happy family but destiny had something else for him. He lost Manisha to cancer. Soha came back into his life. What will happen now? Will he still accept her and if so, will Anuj be able to accept Soha as his mother?
I wanted to read a book by Ajay K Pandey from so long as my friends kept recommending him to me and now I finally got the chance. I haven't read any other book by him though.
The book portrays how cruel the society is. They don't accept two individuals from different religions who love each other unconditionally. But will make you marry a stranger(arrange marriage). I really hate this system.
The story was quite different from any other but I didn't like it that much,it was okay okay. The language used is simple and the book is well written. Although I found the title little interesting which attracted me towards the book. Definitely try it if you're a fan of Ajay K Pandey. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐/5
I do agree that I found the to be really interesting, but because of very unusual reasons. I obviously did not like character of Roshan who shameful enough to keep on loving another woman after being married to someone and jumped on the chance of marrying her after his wife's death.
This made the book really interesting to me because it felt like reading the story of a cheater - different from all the romances I have ever read. There wasn't even a single point in this book wherein I felt sympathy for Roshan.
Coming to the book now. I felt that the author has written quite a few derogatory sentences for some religions which I did not like at all. But I did like the fact that he tried to show all of them as equal at the end.
The story is well detailed and very well written with easy language. If you are patient enough to not get triggered after reading some religous remarks, then do try out this book.
Two wrongs do not make a right. When life flings a monkey wrench in the smooth functioning of our fate, we tend to take the wrong decision, make moves as a result of our impulsive thinking and often find ourselves trapped in the pool of remorse and sorrow. Everything I Never Told You is a story that portrays the protagonist’s dilemma of not taking a stand for his choices once and thereby facing a similar situation years later.

Whatever life we live, in the end, we are all just memories. Make beautiful memories. -Ajay pandey.
A story of love, loss , friendship and to find the truth of our existence and a story of 90s mix with modern time. Roshan and soha are opposite poles but still they fell in love roshan a hindu guy and soha a muslim girl.
The riots between the hindu and muslim at 90s makes it more difficult for roshan to convince her father but still he tried. And her father dr. Khan says if uh convert to Islam I'll agree . Which makes both part their ways.
Soon roshan got married to manisha and have a wonderful life and even a son anuj but thn manisha got cancer and he was left alone but one thing which was always remain constant was soha. But this time the barrier between them was anuj he hates muslim wht happens whn he found out that his dad love soha? Will roshan get the lease lf life? Will he end uo choosing between two most precious people to him? Please just give it a read this is a very beautiful book which hilights some major issues/ pov all need to know.
My view- I knw this is a basic story of hindu and muslim love for eachother but the way author presented it , is marvelous. And if this is a real story book thn i really love it. There are some books that are not just stories but reflection of realities of life , trust me this is the one. The cover is eye attracting, the narration is easy to understand the language is simple. And the title is apt . Anyone can read this book.
We can live without religion but we can't survive without love.
Our timely choices determine what kind of life we live. Wrong decisions can haunt us forever in the times to come. Similar is the fate experienced by the protagonists of this book.
Roshan and Soha loved each other wholeheartedly but religious differences dint allow them to reconcile. Also they were kinda not that resilient and hence surrendered to their ill fate. Fast forward many years, Manisha, wife of Roshan is dead and he still feels the pangs of affection in his heart for Soha. But there comes a twist, his son Anuj can't see anyone in his mother's place.
Will Roshan and Soha will ever be together? Will Anuj understand the predicament of his father? Will it be a happy ending for all the characters?
Pick the book to know the answers.
'Everything I Never Told You' is a story that all of us have seen or heard . It doesn't offer anything unique. But author's fine narrative skills comes to the rescue. The characterisation is nice but there are instances where it feels like entire blame is born by Roshan for not being with Soha whereas in real it was as much the fault of her as him. The story moves a bit slow and doesn't evoke much sentiments until Anuj's entry in the scene. From his perspective, the book offers something fresh and make the readers feel sympathy for the teenager. Overall, a decent one time read.
Ajay K Pandey is one of the best author i have read. His all books have so much for reader to learn, to understand and to love. Like all other books of his this one is also an amazing story to read with an unique plot and beautiful writing style. The story not only will entertain you but also gives you so much to learn from it. Choosing this topic in this current era is something very bold initiative i must say. The characters like Soha, Roshan, Anuj and their way of thinking is shown with so much determination and with very strong sense. There were many places where I cried like a baby and many places where I could proudly say we Indians have so many religions yet united. Could never think that story like this could exist. Full of love, religions, relationship n trust for life time. One more feather in Ajay sir's cap. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯 🙌 😊
FAB - BOOK REVIEW OF "Everything I Never Told You" by Ajay K Pandey
Genre - Fiction(Contemporary Ficiton)
Rating - 5/5
Is there is anything that Ajay K Pandey can't do with his writing? This guy is unbelievable. And yeah, this book is not an exception. He did his magic but with more spark this time. To be honest, I haven't read his other books, but yeah, I know that he is a very great and famous author. Still, I didn't realize that an author can make me connect to the book like anything which he has done with his new release, "EVERYTHING I NEVER TOLD YOU." . This book is about Roshan's life where he is not very good at his studies. He had an extraordinary bond with Soha, a Muslim girl where Roshan is a Hindu due to some religious problems; they didn't marry each other. But their friendship is still at its peak when someone is in trouble, they would help each other. And Soha hasn't got married and pursued her higher studies. Due to family pressure, our main protagonist of the book"Roshan" got married to Manisha, a very homely and nice girl by heart. She takes care of Roshan and his family very well, which is the main reason that Roshan's father bought this proposal for Roshan. So after a few months, they gave birth to a baby boy named "Anuj." They are leading a happy life with what they have and keeping in mind the family expenses. But life has another take on it. Due to Cancer, Manisha lost her life, and here, Anuj has no mother in his life. He hates Soha because she spends time with his father, Roshan, whereas this little boy doesn't know what Soha is for his father. . This is not a typical story, whereas this book will make you feel interested from the start to the end. The language is easy. What I like about Ajay K Pandey, or for that matter, every Indian author, is that they use easy languages but show up a lot of emotions, which will be very hard for a reader to control. You understand that this book is an exceptional read for me, and that is what I can say as I am out of words.

We can live without a religion, but we cannot survive without human emotions. -Soha
The story revolves around Soha and Roshan. Two childhood friends/ex from different religions (Hindu-Muslim) who couldn't get married for obvious reasons.
Roshan Dixit lost his wife, Manisha, four years ago due to cancer and happen to meet his childhood love Soha Khan, who is a gynecologist and has her own clinic. Soha remained unmarried all this time and now they've got a chance to rekindle their lost love. But Anuj, Roshan and Manisha's son who was very close to her mother, is against their union and doesn't like Muslims. What will happen now, will Roshan would have to choose between two people he loves the most? Will Anuj be able to understand his father and accept his love? Will Soha fight back this society or move on in life once again?
A story of loss, love and friendship. Author has brought up such an important topic through this story. As the times are changing, people are evolving, maybe slowly but atleast they are. Inter-caste marriages are taking place. But Hindu-Muslim marriage is still considered as taboo. It is like a wild fire that spreads throughout the forest and burn it down along with the two souls who fell in love. But ain't there a saying, "where there's a will, there's a way". So is here...cause when you fall in love, you unknowingly own the strength to fight against the world.
Even with the end predictable, the story hasn't lost its touch. It will keep you hooked throughout. Such is the narration by author. His portrayal of characters are truly convincing, it is as if you are seeing it unfold right in front of your eyes and you can feel what they are feeling.
I would definitely recommend this book to Romance Readers❤️
Roshan Dixit and Soha Khan were childhood friends but their friendship blossomed into love as they grew up. The only barrier to their relationship was their religion, as Roshan was a Hindu and Soha, a Muslim.
Roshan failed to convince Soha's father and eventually he got married to Manisha, who was his parents choice. As time passed, Roshan fell in love with Manisha even though he still had a soft corner for Soha. When the married couple was blessed with their son Anuj, they were ecstatic and theirs were a happy family. While Soha fulfills her dream and becomes a doctor.
But their happiness didn't last long as Manisha was diagnosed with cancer. Soha became Roshan's support in his worse days and helped in treating Manisha. Manisha passes away shortly which left a void in both Roshan's and Anuj's life. Roshan and Soha reconcile again but this time his son Anuj was against their relationship as he had preconceived notions about Muslims.
Will Roshan be able to convince Anuj? Would Anuj accept Soha? Will Roshan and Soha get their happy ending? Or their love bow in front of religion this time too?
I would not say that I absolutely loved the book. I loved some parts while I hated the other. I loved how the author decribes the narrow-mindedness,superficial beliefs people have in the name of religion. How we have preconceived notions about a particular religion which need not be true. I didn't like for a fact that the main character stuck to his first love despite being married.
Overall I liked the book and would recommend to beginners who wants and love to read in this genre.
“We can live without religion but we can't survive without love.”
The protagonists, Roshan who hails from a Hindu family and Soha from a Muslim family were not only two classmates and neighbours but best friends who then fell in love and wished to spend the rest of their lives together. But religion creates a barrier for their alliance.
Failing to convince their parents, they move on, separating from each other. Roshan then marries Manisha, an arranged alliance. They have a happy marriage together, both ecstatic when their son Anuj was born and he becomes an apple of eye to both of them. Soha on the other hand, goes on to fulfil her dream, to be a doctor.
Life takes a bitter turn when Manisha gets diagnosed with cancer. Just when Roshan thought he had lost all of his hopes, Soha walks back into his life. She fulfils her duty as a true best friend and helps in treating Manisha. However shortly later Manisha passes away. Her death leaves both Roshan and Anuj heartbroken, losing complete hope.
History then repeats itself after all these years, this time it was not their fathers' whose blessings Roshan needed, but it was his son. He knew it was no piece of cake, nevertheless he decided not to give up.
The book is a heartfelt reminder that love is beyond any religion and heart has no restrictions or boundaries of religions, it is only an infinite ocean of love. The writing is very simple and perspicuous. The story has been narrated from Roshan, Soha and Anuj’s perspective, which I thought was nice. The author brings out a fresh and newer perspective on religion, which was quite ingenious. All in all, it was simple and a good one time read.
This is the story which asks questions, breaks rules but also with boundary lines which we are creating day by day. Religion is created by us but love not. As it is said it is unbounded but se have to think a lot about these factors when the values & love conflict come at the stage when we have to choose one. Roshan & Soha's story is not an ordinary one. It is about love, sacrifice, caring, waiting & finally accepting the truth & happiness. Roshan finds his love in Soha but religions wall makes a barrier. But are bound to a conservative surrounding but what about their inner conflicts? Roshan moves on & become married with Manisha & makes his family happy. But he can't justify this relationship & always feel a void. On another side, Soha, fulfilling her dream, finds herself in a strange situation. It is her compulsion to stay strong from outside but she wants happiness also. Both lives connected initially, separated in middle but what about love? The question here I want to put is how love works. From person to person & from generation to generation. Readers! This book is not a typical romance but a deep relationship manifestation happening in the modern world. Connect it to the modern world & you can find its deep roots in Indian society. Kudos to author Ajay, who's penmanship makes the story beautiful & intense with a lot of core conflicts & feelings. Words are powerful & this novel forms a power-pack of such words. Hope you all like the story.
This is a book which tells us that love is away from any religion or boundary. This is a story of Rohan and Soha, who are childhood friends belong to different religions. As time passes, their friendship turns into love but we know that how much difficulties a couple have to face about their relationship, if they belong to different religion in our society. Same happened with them also they were failed to complete their story. After sometime, Soha completed her higher studies and she became a doctor and later Rohan married to Manisha and then both move on in their life with their son Anuj. But time is unpredictable everything is become so hard after determining that Manisha is suffering from cancer. And for her treatment Soha helped them a lot but they can't save to Manisha. After Manisha's death Rohan and Soha again come together but this time his son with him and it is very difficult to convince a teenage child to accept their relationship. Anuj is a boy and he never want to give his mother place to someone else. He missed her mother so much but the process by which all the truth of religion and love and too many questions about God in his mind, for solving this is really a learning face for every reader and this, how the beautiful story ends with positive result.
At the end Iwant to share the beautiful line which I love the most from this book is -
Always remember, whatever life we live, in the end we are all just memories. Make beautiful memories
Rohan and Soha have a deep connection since their childhood. Even though they weren't able to get married and be together in their prime years due to their religious differences, they wish to do so when they reconcile a couple decades later. Anuj, Rohan's son, can never see any other woman in his mother's position and is against his father's decision. Will Rohan be able to convince Anuj and live the life he wants? . Wow, I seriously cannot come up with enough words to explain how much I love this book. Even before I started this book, I knew I would love it. From the first chapter, the book had my complete attention and I finished the book in half a day. From Anuj's perspective, we can see the complications in every teenager's mind. Not only in one's personal life, the conflicts in the outside world affect one's thinking and that can be seen very clearly in this book. The book deals with a very important topic that many groups fight over - religion. The author explores various religions through Anuj's experience. I love the coherence of the events and that makes the story much more interesting. The points on religion shared and the story conveyed are beautiful. I honestly think everyone should read this book. So I highly recommend this to everyone.
"We can live without religion but we can not survive without love"
Roshan and Soha were class- mates, neighbour and best friends who fall in love with each other. But they could not profess their love for each other openly to the world as they were seen as Hindu and Muslims and not as two people who loved each other. And hence, they could not convince each other's family which brought an end to their love story and they decided to remain friends. Roshan marries Manisha, a girl chosen by his family and hopes to move on with her. He falls in love again with Manisha. When Anuj is born, he completes their family.
But tragedy strikes Roshan again and he loses Manisha. He leans back on Soha again for all the emotional support. Soha supports Roshan through his tragedy but would they be able to keep out the locked up feelings for each other? Will Roshan's son Anuj support his father if he wants to bring Soha back in his life? Will Anuj be able to accept Soha in place of his mother Manisha? The most important question of all; Are Roshan and Soha ready to fight for their long lost love??
To get an answer to all these questions, you will have to read the book.
The story will make you question the shallowness that we go through in the name of religion. Religion is important and the basic message that all religions give is the message of love, acceptance and oneness and still religion is used as a weapon to divide people. Are we really being religious if we are propagating hate and division in the name of it?
The only thing that I wished was a much better ending to the story. I found it a bit abrupt. Else it was light read which has succeeded in giving the message the author aimed to give.
A compelling plot and sequences that make you ponder on philosophical questions, that is what 'Everything I Never Told You' is all about. It starts off very simply, the book is a story of a guy who wants to marry a girl but can't because of society and years later, after his wife has died, he wants to marry his childhood love again, but can't because this time his son is against the marriage. The book is about the unfulfilled love of the two main characters, and at the same time, it is a coming-of-age story of the son. With a diverse group of characters, shades of whom you will definitely find in people around you, this book has it all. Questions of right and wrong, and morality, will make you realise that everyone is correct in their own way. And just like real life, there is nothing black and white, everything is a shade of grey. 'Everything I Never Told You' is a book that you must experience for yourself to realise that even the simplest of stories can convey the depths of humans, that sometimes much larger works cannot. I highly recommend reading this book and seeing for yourself everything that I never told you about the book in this review.

💟 Do you believe in God ? What religion you practice ? Obviously these are the controversial questions people often get into ...but aren't they a must question for today's era ?!! 💟 Since our childhood we have been told to join our hands Infront of God , but where is god ?? In that idol we join hands before ? Or in that flowing holy Ganga ? 💟 This story is about , Roshan , a Hindu guy and his best friend Soha , a Muslim girl 🙂 you guessed it right , typical Hindu Muslim love story which ends with a controversy and family religion issues ... I too felt the same ..but trust me it's not just that . 💟 There's something much more in this lovely book . Yes , it revolves a bit around typical Bollywood masala , the emotional turmoil between religions , the unfulfilled first love but it also involves the strong friendship , a pure father son relationship and a some untold stories 😃 💟 Who will the father choose - his son whom he has raised with so much love after his wife's death or his bestfriend , his first love which has come back to him ?? 💟 Everything I never told you , is a short sweet emotional book which indeed has left me with few questions I need to find answers for ✨
" We can survive without religion , but we cannot survive without family " ❤️
I've never read a book written so badly. The plot is ok but the writing style is like I'm reading an essay written by some 7th grader. The characters are so monotonous and lack depth. The expressions and body language is non-existent.
Roshan and Soha are so weird. I sympathize with Anuj in this part. But where on earth is he taking all the crap information about Muslims from 😭
Religious discrimination in love is a sustainable thing in a country like India. Almost everyone wants their children to get married in their same religion except very few. The plot is of a known base, but the way the author narrated the whole event stands out. The language is lucid, the story talking part is great. The writing style is articulate. The book is made engaging the gripping throughout. The message from the book is well taken. The cover is attractive and the title is well inclined with the plot. I would recommend this book to romance genre readers. Best for beginners too!
Are you good at making decisions??? Do you ever regret any??? Does religion matters while in love???
Decisions play an important role in our lives. Sometimes we make such decisions which can never be reverted.
Soha, a Muslim girl and Roshan, a Hindu boy had feelings for each other but owing to their different religions, they stayed friends and didn't got married. Instead, Roshan got married to Manisha; they had a son named Anuj. A few years later, Manisha died due to cancer. Anuj didn't appreciate Soha's closeness with his father. Will things work out between them??? Will Soha and Roshan have a future together???
This book is a roller coaster of emotions. The language is lucid and is a good read for new readers and romantic book lovers.

The story revolves mainly around Roshan, a man in his 40’s which lost his wife to cancer and reunites with his childhood love, Soha. Soha is a doctor and a spinster who helps her best friend Roshan in all stages of his life. They want to marry and be together after all these years but that’s not easy since Roshan’s son, Anuj is a grown man of 18yo who cannot stand his father’s feeling for a Muslim woman.
Reading this book felt like a Bollywood movie playing in the back of my head. It had drama, letters from a dead mother, spice of Hindu-Muslim divide, religious “enlightenment”, an aunt who is loving yet manipulating and basically everything you see in a typical Bollywood masala movie.
What I liked about the book was that the authors clear distinction and a 360 degree portrayal of the story. He didn’t leave any lose ends and try to make it as comprehensive as possible.
But still, it was fairly rough on the edges and quite abrupt in the beginning with its flow; and personally, I could not stand this book after a point since it seemed like the author’s intention to write this it was to share is political views in a dramatisation. A book completely loses its essence for me if the author tries to included his political biases.
It’s a decent read and in a lot of way an inspired Chetan Bhagat’s fiction.
"That day in hospital I realized that people are more helpful than god. If you will give love you ll receive it, if you give respect you will get respect."
Though this book is written about a controversial topic of hindu muslim, author has woven the story so beautifully and intelligently that no dispute can arise. He has shown the real meaning of god, which is very necessary for this generation to understand.
Love knows no boundaries of religion, caste and gender. This is true love story with a beautiful ending. It is good book for the beginners to start their reading journey. Story is captivating and engaging. I recommend this book to all.

I am quite confused about this one to be honest. I didn’t hate it, butI didn’t love it either. This book throws a light on how some people, including the new generation, continue to discriminate against Muslims. It is also educating in a lot of ways. It tells some interesting facts about other religions that I didn’t know about. It also educates you on how bad conditions were during the 1900s. The author also talks about God and religions. I liked how he tried to show all the religions equal at the end.
This book will make you think and question a lot of things related to religion. We all know that religion is important, but some people still use it as a weapon to divide people.
I have to agree that I did find this book interesting but there were some aspects that I didn’t enjoy a lot. Firstly, as I said there is quite a lot of discussion on religions and God. This was pretty new for me. Even though some facts were interesting to know, I didn’t enjoy it a lot. Secondly, it is a story that most of us would have seen and heard. It is not a very refreshing story, but the author’s writing rescued it a bit. It is well written with very easy language.
In conclusion, I won’t recommend this book to you if you are not a religious person (because as I said lots of discussion on religion and God) or if you get easily triggered by some religious remarks. You can pick it up if you want an easy and fluid quick read.

BOOK-- Everything I Never Told You AUTHOR-- Ajay K. Pandey GENRE-- Fiction PAGES-- 206 PRICE-- 199/- MY REVIEW:- 3.5⭐ "We can live without religion but we can not survive without love"
Roshan and Soha were class- mates, neighbour and best friends who fall in love with each other. But they could'nt confess their love for each other openly to the world as they're seen as Hindu and Muslims and not as two people who loved each other. And hence, they could'nt convince each other's family which brought an end to their love story and they decided to remain friends.Roshan marries Manisha, a girl chosen by his family and hopes to move on with her. The most important question of all; Are Roshan and Soha ready to fight for their long lost love?? To know all the answers go through the book! The language of the book is lucid. Cover is beautiful😍👌 and title is apt for the storyline. We all know that religion is important and the basic message of it is love, acceptance and oneness and still it is used as weapon for dividing people. Are we really religious people if we are spreading hate and separating people in the name of it? Honestly, i don't like the character of roshan much as first he did'nt fight for his love and after the death of his wife he again went back to his lost love for the sake of emotional support. And i also wished for quite better end. But this storyline is also educating in a lot of ways. It tells interesting facts about other religions and i like how at the end author tried to show all religion is equal. Well, it was not a refresh storyline as we had already heard such kind of stories but narration and plotting was little different which made it interesting yet i felt a little bit abrupt end. Overall, it was fluid read and author has succeeded in spreading message very loudly and clearly through this plot. I would like to recommend to those who are'nt religious because as i said it contains religious contents and you might get triggered easily by some religious remarks. So, you can only pick it if you want light and quick read. Thank you🌻

a book where u can feel love emotions at some point you got emotional and even made urself cry while reading this wonderful book which is written By Our Beloved and best sellers or author of the best selling book "you are the best wife"
in the middle of some chapters, Roshan loves Soha from his school time but some problems we faced in our society are religion or caste. what here is religion like soha from the Muslim community and Roshan from the Hindu whare their parents are not satisfied with this and they made Roshan wedding with a Hindu girl named as Manisha
but I loved the character Manisha she is supportive to his husband even his family and so much love for Anuj
Anuj lost his mother when he was 14 due to some cancer. after that, he felt alone while his Father struggling for everything but he never feels anuj that he's struggling for everything.
Anuj always missing his mom's presence
in this book, the author wants to say only there is only one god in every religion but religion is made by us but there is no one who seen god.
but in love We Can live without religion, But we cannot survive without love.
Everything I Never Told You is a burning reminder that the heart knows no restrictions, and of the boundless power of love. lines by the Author of the book
