I loved this book and felt it was spot on with toddler sleep struggles. Will update with 5 stars if it's actually effective 😅
Update: 1000% recommend this book, it worked for us in just 2 days, and I never thought we'd have our evenings free again and no longer have her sleeping in our bed. Our toddler is getting good restorative rest that she needs now and we are so thankful🙌🏼

Meh. I’m getting sick of reading books by supposed experts who have no understanding of neurodiverse kids.

It took 122 pages to get to the point and even then the point wasn’t particularly clear! Also it covers things like potty training etc. which I think it pretty irrelevant in a book about sleep.
