This plot has so much potential it's upsetting how the writing let it down. I have to agree with the other reviews this could/should have been a series or a duet or even a longer book.
It needed more time to nourish the characters and being them to life. Sadly front and centre of the MMCs was Easton and the rest were just props.
Tansy finally gets her magic and we barely even see her use it. The Source blesses them and nothing comes of it. The other realms that were all needing a Tansy, surely there was a reason. Her being able to open doorways... arghhh, so much potential...

Cute but a little juvenile
This book is cute but somewhat juvenile. Don’t get me wrong, there are adult scenes in this book. It’s just that problems just instantly disappeared when the bonds were complete. And the reasons were never explained. The happily ever after was also just odd. It doesn’t seem like it should be but it just felt weird reading it.
