I can’t believe I have to live with my lifelong rival. So why do I suddenly want him so badly?
I was happy to get away from my strict dad and start college. But I can’t believe it when I see Augustus Graves on campus. He has been my family’s sworn enemy for a long time. Now he’s in my film class, acting cocky and self-assured. And looking me up and down with those handsome eyes of his. It’s clear he wants to be more than study partners. And I have to admit it would be tempting to give in. But I won’t forget the bad history between us. And I’m glad the pandemic means we have to socially distance. That way I have to stay at least six feet from his chiseled chest. But then the school changes our living arrangements. And assigns him to live in my small dorm during quarantine! It’s no longer possible to keep my eyes off his ripped abs. And he says he can’t keep his hands off my curvy hips. We were stuck together, but maybe we’re headed for happiness. As long as our family and friends don’t find out!
Will hooking up just one time allow us to blow off some steam? Or will things heat up between us so much we’ll forget to fight?
Cramped Quarters is an enemies to lovers romance novel with no cheating, no cliffhanger and a very happily ever after. It is part of the Love Under Lockdown series, which are standalone books about falling in love during quarantine. They can be read alone, and in any order, but are best enjoyed altogether, especially if you want to extend your steamy break from real life!
Sorry but this was just bad. I mean all this pseudo hate induced by the father lasts more than half of the book and without talling to each other she just changes her mind and hugs him. Then they make out havily and nect thing 3 months have passed without a kiss... and then the wedding...??? It all didn't make sense to me.
And to think about it: a christian university where she studies the bible and they stuck a girl and a guy to room together for months. Come on!!!

Karena ceweknya ga mau Have sex sebelum merit jadilah si cowok lgsg bilang let's get married. Diiyain dan besoknya langsung merit.
Padahal sebelumnya masih musuhan. Bukan musuhan juga sih. Awalnya ga kenal deket jd cuma tukeran catatan kuliah tp tetep flirting. Trus ketauan lah mrka ternyata anak dr musuh keluarga.
Saling menghindar meski akhirnya gegara Lockdown mereka digabung di 1 dorm.
Dan tiba-tiba berubah pendirian jadi jatuh cinta deh. Gituuuu.. Berubah pendirian dalam 1 minggu. 🙄

The Benefits Of Tolerance And Open-Mindedness - Rachel grew up in an environment where she was taught to hate anything that was different to what her father and pastor told her. Augustus was brought up in an environment where he was free to think for himself. I struggled to get into the story in the beginning, as it was a bit slow and dark, but I however enjoyed their wonderful ending.
I received a copy of this ARC and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
I really gave this story a try. But it was jumpy with its pacing, said some really ridiculous things and had an overdone amount about religions. Not to mention how quickly the couple's relationship jumped. First from this author and it had potential but just wasn't there this time.
I want MORE. I loved the plot. The story was based during the Covid-19 pandemic. A unique love story. Although i rated it 4 stars, i am going read it again. This book was the best 4-star book i have ever read. I definitely recommend it.
Was interesting. I love a good enemies to lovers trope. Everything happened too fast though. I like that there were issues covered that aren’t normally talked about in romance novels. It’s not the best book but its interesting to read
Romance genre: enemies to lovers Part of a series: Yes (Love Under Lockdown) Length: 91 pages
Plot: Rachel is away from home for the first time after growing up in a very religious (and as we learn later, a very abusive) household. She's in college, and in one of her first classes, she meets Augustus. He offers to help her with some notes. She really likes him but then she looks him up online and realizes he's a member of a family her dad considers their enemies. Turns out she from a super Christian family and he's from a Satanist family. Yep, you read that right. But then things turn around - very suddenly - and they become almost-lovers. I say almost because she says no sex until marriage and then say, "but my bum's okay." I wish I was making this up.
Character development: Augustus is pretty cool but Rachel, maybe due to her upbringing is uptight and high-strung. She turns on a dime and it seems like for no reason, since she never lets anyone into her thought process.
Grammar/formatting: awful, as usual.
Would I read more from this author/in this series: No. Honestly, I got a whole bunch of free books from this author and was just going to make my way through them all, but I've gotten about halfway through and can't do it anymore. The stories aren't anymore ridiculous than a fast-paced insta-love naughty story from S.E. Law, but her books make me happy. They are fun and you get some insight into the characters and the sex feels fun as well, even when it's improbable. These books just make me mad. The editing? Why is there none? Why? Where is the character development? Where is any smidgen of believability? This is definitely the last book from this author I'll be reading - I went ahead and deleted the rest of them from my kindle.
spent a little to much time with discriptions before getting to the story. The store was great and in the end it did explain why all the discriptions were needed
