This series starts out with the story of Kaara and her meeting of the wolf king. I enjoyed reading about these two. Their story is pretty straight forward and continues with the other 4 books but only in the background. The main story is of the wicked witch and her angel. These two just can't seem to stay together no matter how much they try. There is tons of action scenes and drama of course. Each book is loaded with bunches of sexy times. Humor is also part of this series. So you won't be bored reading about this group.

First book was the most interesting one. It went a little downhill after that. The plot relies 99% on mussing information because the MC has DAILY amnesia. A little too soap opera-esque, even for a fantasy novel. The supporting characters were interesting, but the MC was boring because she is literally just a silent confused bitch. And I do mean bitch- she was obnoxiously rude, even far after the point of necessity. I wish the series had focused more on the first book's story line, and followed the shifters, but they were just in the background after a while.
There were plot holes and the dialogue wasn't exactly riveting.. but if you want a different world to read about, this is a good one to pass a little time.

King of Wolves
I always enjoy this author’s work and I really liked this book, but it was more about Fia & Gabriel than Marrock & Kaara. I’m left wondering what happened to them after they returned to his home planet to reclaim his throne. Aside from that it’s a great book and I’ll continue to read everything by this author.

What? Ok if this wasn’t a box set I would’ve have made toast the first book. The first book was good. But it ends abruptly. The second and third are ok but ends with the story wide open. The last book is about another gated couple that was mentioned in the second book. Just messy.

Hmmmm
I really wanted to like this book because I love Meg Xuemei X’s work, but I couldn’t get into it being on another planet. The writing was wonderful as usual, but it wasn’t my cup of tea! If you love alien books and books about other planets you will love this book!

Great Series
Meg Xuemei X hasn't written anything that I haven't enjoyed. This series is no exception. I loved every page. I really enjoyed learning about Antonio and Bella. It was definitely a great series.

Soo I loved this story . Fia is definitely awesome take no prisoners gal. Fierce and then her mate man those 2 are gonna be a match for sure. These characters are all amazing
