USA Today Bestselling Author. She loves all books, but her favorite genre to read, as well as write, is romance. Bella loves creating heartbreaking stories that will deeply touch her readers, but in the end, a good HEA is usually the turnout.
Whenever Bella is not typing away on her computer with a nice hot cup of coffee, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite places to go are the movies, the beach, or just on a good plain old road trip. Some of her must haves are coffee, chocolate, pizza, music, & movies.
WOW!! Trust me, I have had that experience that she had! One of the worst feelings in the world is finding out someone you love cheated on you. It aint easy getting back up after being knocked down hard. What a perfect way to get back up! Dress like something you would never wear and hit a party! Then Ryan answers the door and lust isn't even close to the cosmic connection between these two. Ryan is NOT gonna be easily forgotten!
A short Halloween party read. It’s pretty predictable but a fun quick read to celebrate the holiday. Page and Ryan have both been wronged and are using Halloween to get over it. There could have been more to the story and it still be short but the authors do say there could be more of their story in the future.
Lick or Treat was a quick and easy read with a college-party Halloween theme. The plot centered around two 'dumped' individuals who found an insta-attraction to each other at a college party. Page played things well by leaving Ryan hanging after a night of hot sex. It was a believable situation and reaction. This story was written well and had well-developed main characters (for a short story). And yes, I want to buy the full version to find out what happens with Page and Ryan.
I wish I had nicer things to say, but the story was confusing, with important details left out, a poorly plotted love scene (I could not keep track of what he was doing!), and a completely unfulfilling ending with no HEA or HFN. The story had a good premise though, and if it were ever expanded into a full novella and re-edited, I’d give it another try.
A tale of two people trying to get over their ex's and just might find someone special. A warning this is not a complete story and ends in a bit of a cliffhanger. It is a tease of Page and Ryan meeting on Halloween and how they spend the night. I want more of these two.
This was an amusing story about a co-ed, a frat boy and a frat house Halloween party. Emy writes great sex scenes but that was most of what this consisted of so it felt more like an episode than a story. The characters have the potential to be interesting but we don't really get enough information to learn very much about them. If you're looking for a taste of the author's work or a a hot encounter on a cold afternoon, this is your story. Just don't expect a full-blown love story.
This could've easily been a novelette or novella. That cliffy at the end was ridiculous. And my God.. the amount of content errors. I swear the 'F' letter didn't work on these author's computers. Guess this was a trick not a treat.
Story was short and spicy, but the costumes didn't make much sense to me. And my Kindle version was missing every occurrence of double FFs. So the word off was just o.
