Nice introduction

Interesting book, very easy read. Though in terms of being well written I'm a little lost. Felt like it jumped around on topics and the overall grammar was subpar. How this book got past editing is surprising. If you want a quick intro to spreads, this is a nice introduction. Cute twist continuing to reference the authors website for subscription purposes.

Very to-the point book with great basics to cover, driving home the correct way of entering in the world of options. I see a lot of people burnt with naked calls/puts recently in 2021 with numbers like 100K-1M lost. If they would have read the book, they would have at least known/anticipated the risks. Its hard to follow the charts on kindle, since its not colorful - but the point is taken. i think i am going to come back to this book for revision time and again :)

I got recommended this book as a very light introduction to option trading strategies. The title is a little cheesy, but I gave it a go.
Not including the technical analysis part, I think the book is good at that. It gives a light explanation on the highly decaying nature of naked options, a solution to that, as well as a how to start thinking about options.
I'm very interested about diving deeper into options.

This a book that explains options trading. Like the title, the author challenges the reader to a 25K options trading challenge. Examples of placing puts and calls are provided. He gives examples to learn better what he explains. I had clarity and felt well educated. The author makes the concepts easy to understand.

This content in this book is straightforward and easy to follow. However, when I followed all the instructions in the book, I do not achieve the same results as mentioned in the book. This book has cost me at least >$1000 in trading losses alone.

It slowly grew on me and now I'm a big fan

I avoided this book at first because the title felt too pretentious. After reading numerous other options trading books on Kindle Unlimited, I gave this one a read. It was better written than most, but it went against my bias for other strategies. So I read more books and watched more videos and paper traded more systems. I was about to spend a lot of money on a subscription for a trading course, but realized it wasn't a good fit for me because I just didn't have enough trading capital yet. That's when I realized this book was perfect for me with my small account size. Broken Wing Butterflies are great strategies to paper trade with a fake $100K account, but the margin requirements are too steep when you're just getting started. This book makes a solid case for debit spreads and other strategies suited to a smaller account like mine. I like how the book presents a complete system, more complete than most, yet it does all of this in so few pages. I've now read this book numerous times and have recommended it to others, inviting them to join me in the challenge.

Effective yet simple strategy!

I have traded Iron Condors, Credit spreads, Double Calendars, and a few others. I have lost over $40k just this year. Thankfully, I discovered this book in Aug 2020 and subscribed to the Alert service. Since then I have been able to pretty much get back to break even. Keep in mind that one of my accounts is much larger than the $2500 Nishant started with. But this can be done in smaller accounts of that size. It's a pretty boring, slightly slower strategy. It's just what I needed. I no longer have to watch my trades like a hawk and get flustered. Even when I have a trade that goes against me, I don't worry because I have plenty of winners to make up for it. I no longer trade anything else except a few Double Calendars on DOC here and there. Highly recommend!

Good practical book for beginners

Most options books talk about the math, the theory and various option strategy theories. This one actually gives you some practical ideas that you can try. And if you try them with small amounts you won't get wiped out. The ideas don't risk large amounts, so it's easy risk management.

One reviewer mentioned that this book is there just to sell his service. I didn't find that to be the case at all. I did try the service briefly, but I preferred other ones, so I cancelled. I still think this book is worth reading.

Far too many books talk theory without practical examples. This is one of the few that gives practical usable examples.

Why 4 stars? It is definitely limited in it's ideas, but that's ok. I'd rather read a short practical book than a long impractical one.

I love the triggers

For any option trade strategy, the stock/option selection seems key and he does an excellent job describing he chooses which option to purchase and when. He also has a simple and clear exit strategy

Good to the point book on options

Great book. Reasonable results and shows a real strategy that we can use.

The jargon can be difficult and graphs are not formatted properly for an ebook. Was an enduring to read at certain points. May be hard for the beginner to follow, but take some notes and you will be fine.

But this takes effort. I still highly recommend.

Good strategy

However, it is not going to work for all, you have to build your own strategy with some ideas from this book.
I can do almost the same with minor differences like using RSI and moving averages crossovers instead of ADX and BB.
loved the bail out strategy

Good Insights and Straightforward

I learned a lot from this book. I just need to
remember the process. Very practical insights but valuable. Let me do some paper trading on it first.

Highly Recommended for Newbie

Relatively light and easy to understand. The examples are very "actionable", not just theoretical, like almost all other trading books.

Informative Simply Written

This was a good read and limited the discussion to his overall theme--how to take a small account to $25,000.

Simple but elegant. A good read for those interested in options and have some knowledge of how options work. Not for neophytes.
