A truly nice book full of lovely, caring people. I didn’t realize it was part of a series, but I enjoyed it without knowing all the background history. I’d like to visit Rosemont and meet these folk.

Love abounds

This episode in the Rosemont series is a collection of love stories. The love that Maggie and John share is just an umbrella for the love of their friends and family that Book 7 describes. Throw in a bit of mystery and intrigue and you’ve got the perfect recipe for an”un-put-down-able” novel by Barbara Hinske . Hinske does not disappoint with this book. You’ll love it, and will know you have to read the entire series, and anything else you can get your hands on that Hinske has written! Read…and enjoy!

I loved the Rosemont Series!

Barbara Hinske is a masterful storyteller. He characters are well developed as are the challenges she presents in the book. Her legal background no doubt helps her craft some of these convoluted situations. The books are full of twists and turns with surprises around every corner. I could not imagine some of the scenarios she creates but they work. Look forward to reading more books by Barbara Hinske!

Such a lovely romantic series. With each book, you feel like you are visiting old friends and finding new ones. Maggie has some troubles at the college but works her way through them with her usual take-charge manner. Although this book was published in late October, I’m hopeful the next isn’t too far behind.

Not up to par ...

This was my least favorite book of the Rosemont series. It was a choppy read, jumping quickly from scene to scene. The major situation with the trustees was never really settled, and the book didn't come to a logical conclusion but abruptly ended. So very disappointing.

Awesome

I can’t believe this was the last in the series but oh my goodness such wonderful closings for so many of the characters - I read slowly as to savour the scenery, the tastes ( Wish we had a Pete’s Bistro near us)
Thoroughly enjoyed each and every book in this series and know I will reread again

Wonderful and loving

This is such a sweet addition to this series. Which I absolutely love. These books are like watching an episode of “The Walton’s”. Their always loving, forgiving, and endearing with all the different characters. I would highly recommend this book. Make sure you start at the beginning of the series and see the importance of each character!

Great series!

The best series I've read in quite a while. I would recommend this series to anyone who likes light-hearted reading. The series has intrigue, romance, family values, and
great characters. I had a hard time putting it down. I'm definitely going to read more of her books.

Absolutely LOVED the entire Rosemont series. Each of the characters came to life , much more than just words on a page. I am sorry to say good bye to my dear friends, the residents of Westbury. Maggie makes me want to entertain and welcome everyone into my home (as I did in a very different time - 50 years ago). On to her next series. I am so hooked.

Just like the rest of this series, I didn’t want this book to end! This series of books is my favorite by far. It’s heartwarming and funny at times; it just transports me to a place where I’d love to live. Anyway, I’m hoping there’s another sequel in the works! Well done!!

Seventh book in the series. Semi-small town life with many characters introduced along the way.
Fast reading with interesting plots but certainly not for everyone. On par with the Mitford books
perhaps.

A very surprising ending!

Rosemont still has lots of mysterious artifacts to be uncovered. Love happens and each person is just as surprised as the other. Babies are being born and a new chapter is beginning.

Unbelievably good!

I love it when a story ties up loose ends. This series and it's characters are heartwarming. You won't be disappointed if you start with book one. I'm just sorry there is only one book left to go.

surprises everywhere!

I was caught totally unaware by one event in this book. Unexpected treasures show up, both in people and things. Dreams become planned possibilities, and love blooms. A cold case murder is solved. I’m eager to see what is revealed in the next book!

Wow! This one had me in tears with the reunions. Having relinquished a child for adoption and then reuniting with him, I totally related to the feelings and was able to feel what they all were feeling at the time of discovery. I sure hope there is an 8th novel in this series.

The series is getting too long. I did like the new characters from the school, and their storyline, but even that was very predictable.
