Jas’Mia knows God, but she also knows death, loneliness, struggle, and pain. Jas’Mia thinks she has lost the love of her life, Bobby, to Shelby, the woman he has decided to marry. Jas’Mia seems to have lost everything, but soon blessings appear. Carlos is everything a woman could want in a Godly man. Walking crooked with Christ was my first book by this author and I enjoyed it. This book is a whole testimony that God is not finished with us and just when we think he has given up on us, he starts to open doors and answer our prayers. We always have to pay attention and look at things,If it seems to good to be true 95% of the time it usually is. I look forward to reading more by this author.

My Opinion:
'Walking Crooked With Christ' was an intriguing story of what can happen when you let God lead you. For God will show you His love as it did for Jas'Mia. I kept wondering from the story what in the world did Bobby see in Shelby and what did Jas'Mia see in that Carlos? Well, it didn't take long for the hidden stuff to come out. I was sorry that Jas'Mia in what she did to Rico. I had hoped there would be some mending in that situation [over the money]. But when all is said and done, at least Bobby and Jas'Mia finally found...this is where I will stop and say you will have to pick up this good read to see how this author brings it out to the reader seeing how God will give one the desires of their heart.

Walking crooked with God
This book was very inspirational, dramatic and down to earth. Jah Mia was a good young woman who lost her mother and left to pay funeral expenses plus all her living expenses. She work at Shuga night club to pay her rent. Unfortunately thing was still rough she took some money from her bosses account, he found out and fired her. Her best friend Bobby the Pastor came back in town with fiance engage and want her to be brides maid. Eventually pastor Bobby found out that her so cal cousin was her boyfriend, who she set up to seduce Jas Mia and plan to kill the Pastor . Good read

Jas'Mia is sitting back watching her best friend/secret crush plan to marry someone that everyone knows is wrong for him. To make matters worse, Shelby, the fiance, sets her up with Carlos, a man that is too good you be true.
When the bricks come tumbling down, who will rise up…better and in love? You have to read the book to find out. What I will say is "What is meant to be …will be."
This was my introduction to @authorshe_nell, and I enjoyed every minute of it. My favorite character was Bobby's mother, because she knew Regen took soak and when you stay silent. On the other hand, my least favorite character was definitely Shelby. She was something else!

Done in the dark
They say whatever you do in the dark will come to the light and I'm glad that Jas'Mia and Bobby found out what was going on in the dark. I understood Jas'Mia's annoyance with Shelby every time she came around or she even thought about her name and Carlos
he was just too convenient and too good to be true saying and doing all the right things It was a little overboard .

This is the first book I read from this author. I enjoyed. I can identify that we are all trying to do right on our Christian journey and we often have our own plan. Jas’Mia had her own plan and who she thought was right for her .... but was it in line with GOD’s plan for her life? This book shines a light on truly listening to God and being patient in your walk. I recommend this book and look forward to reading more from this author.

Crooked
This story had so many different messages. Mia was a hard worker but she really was walking crooked. She made bad decisions and she was a pleaser. Bobby may have been a preacher but he certainly didn't have the gift of discernment. I loved that Mia's gift was used for God's glory; He is always working things out in ways we can't see or expect.
This book needs editing, including clearer breaks between scenes.

Good book
This book was a great read, I enjoyed my time while reading this book. I love the concept of the storyline which was centered with God, we all make bad choices along the way in our lives. I'm so Bobby found out what kind of woman he was marrying. Looking forward to reading more books from She Nell.

Loved this book. There are times when we want something, but are afraid to go after what we want because of fear. Our plans and wants do not always line up with the plans that God have for our life.
Jas'Mia was hurting from a lot of pain that she had in her life. Jas'Mia was walking crooked but wanted to start walking straight with Christ. Loved the title.

What happens in the dark

Beautiful
Shelby was a got mess. I was glad Bobby found out the truth before it was too late. I figured he and Mia would end up together. Like Bobby, I figured Carlos wasn't up to no good. Loved the message in this story.

Loved It, Ended Too Soon!
So, I was so thoroughly enjoying that Bobby and Jas'Mia finally got together and then the book was ending! I feel like there was more to their story! I can't read Ru's story!

This was such s good book. The first I've read by this author but definitely not the last. She Nell spoke to God's perfect love for His imperfect people. I can't wait to hear Rue speak.

This was a really good book. It began slowly for me but I appreciated the back story on the characters. I love the way the lord is incorporated in the narrative and I can relate with Jasmia’s journey. Bravo
