Another Wonderful Story by Lydia!!
Each one just outdoes the previous book. I just loved this story as well. I actually guessed who the she devil would be to want the Earl!! Off to read the next book and so happy one just came out this past week!! Loved this Book! 💜💜💜💜💜🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😊😊

A crush is found to not be true love. Lady Iris Stephanson soon learns her unrequited love is untrue as she never really knew him. Lady Iris meets Laird James and a friendship begins. A perfect story of the Scottish and English culture of time period.

Great exchange between the Laird and the Lady. I loved her reaction to eating haggis for the first time. It is a difficult dish to appreciate the first time because of the way that it is fixed. The outcome was the best of course.

I Loved It! I thoroughly enjoy when a book grabs you right from the start and takes you on a exciting, sigh worthy journey as in Highlander's Indecent Wager. Lydia Kendall has woven a story from beginning to end with threads of intrigue, abduction, and web of deceit and deception growing more dangerous that will threaten Iris' life. It's an unforgettable Highland romance that brims with tension-building twists and turns, remarkable emotions, characters that are well thought out that you find yourself drawn into their story, loved the clever, witty and funny banters and with one fantastic plot! It a wonderful story that unfolds beautifully with drama, searing passion, uncertainties and as the suspense escalates the desires builds and emotions abound that will keep you reading to the end and wishing for more!

Such an exciting story that is filled with humor, and suspense. The main characters were charming, well described and contained lots of emotion. James was a strong laird trying to improve his clan’s financial status while Iris believed herself to be in love with another Scot. They formed an agreement between themselves to assist each other in accomplishing this. Don’t miss finding out how they go about their tasks.
