I first encountered angel magic in GoM books which were ok, very simplistic for this nature of "work" but I always wanted to know more. I started reading Avery's book and it was as if I knew about how a car looks like and now I was learning all about its structure, operation and even how to drive it!
72 archangels and angels and so much information for each and every one of them that blew my mind! I highly recommend it!

So much more to this than meets the eye. This is especially written for magic workers of many branches. Also very helpful for those like myself studying astrology and the Qabalah and learning the 72 Angels and their associated Decans.
Do have many other questions now, hope there is more information to come.
There is a need for a bit of editing here and there but as a self published book it is well constructed.

What are angels? How can you communicate with them? What is their purpose and how can they help you on your spiritual journey or even just lend a helping hand? This book tells you. The detail in the book is beyond comparison. Highly recommended!

I was recommended this book when I was asking around about where to find more information regarding the 72 Angels of the Shem HaMephorash.
I was not disappointed. Previously I had found here and there a bit of information, some rituals - very interesting, good ones - but this was without a doubt the most comprehensive collection of information I've found this far. The correspondences, invocations, sigils etc all in one place.
As for the suggested invocation ritual, it didn't really fall into my taste and way to do things, I have run into rituals that are more along my way - but I did get some ideas. And just because the suggested ritual here did not suit me, doesn't mean it is no good - it was very nicely written, and I am sure it can be of good use for some. So definitely not a factor that has an effect on my rating of the book. Well written, clear ritual. Gave me ideas, even if I will continue to do things another way.
I loved the suggestion on talisman work though, simple and elegant. If there were anything I missed, it would be information regarding the suitability of combining making amulets with any of the Angels...
Last, but definitely not least, I want to point out how much I liked the style of writing. Clear, to the point, no extravagance or dramatics that in some of the texts I've read have annoyed me quite a bit. I like the books I read to be written for the information, not the flare to impress and seduce. If I could, I'd give an extra star just for this!

I started using this book to walk the ShemHamphorash 3 years ago and I am almost at 4 years of using it as a reference to the astrological correspondence in my walks. My copy is dog eared AF from use each 5 days for several
