I have the six book boxset and want to see it through, but this would otherwise be a DNF for me. There are a ton of typos and things that just don't make sense. There are two separate scenes where the two characters talking share information, and in the next few lines it's like they haven't shared it, they share it all over again, even though that info is all revealed already. There's many instances too where it seems like the author forgot the details of what's going on, like characters will be talking in the car and then all of the sudden one of them stands up but there was no mention of arriving anywhere. Or someone will notice when a woman undresses that she wore no panties but in the next few lines, her panties are soaked through and he's taking them off. I really liked our FMC Kate in book one but the more time goes on, she just seems to have absolutely no personality at all.
