About the author

Christina Chavis was born and raised in North Carolina. She spent most of her days getting lost in the pages of books. Growing up she had a passion for writing. With the encouragement from friends and family she put pen to paper and wrote her first book which ended up being an MC Dark Romance. Which was no surprise to anyone.

Motorcycle Clubs Romances have been her go-to books for years but she likes to read a little of everything. Reading has always been a way for her to relax.
She has been writing down little outlines for potential books for years. Deciding to use those outlines is how A Storm Reaper's MC series was born. After finishing the series she hopes to branch out to other genres.

Enjoyed this story very much. There is plenty of action, adventure, death, violence, betrayal, lies, deceit, everything you would expect from an MC story. Bella loses everything when her father kills her mother. He takes her away from the only person who ever mattered to her. It's been 12 years since she saw Joshua and finds that she's running from the VP of the Celtic Renegades MC after seeing him murder his father who was the president. She runs to the only place and person who might help her. Joshua remembers that day that Bella is taken from his life. She left with his heart. She was waiting for him to come and get her and he was waiting for her to come back to him. They meet and it seems as if everything is going to work out, but there are guns pointed at their heads. Will they make it out of the mess that's surrounding them? Will they get their HEA? I received an ARC copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Great quick read!

This was a great book. Well written with only a few grammatical mistakes, but I loved it. It had lots of action, that slow burn waiting for them to realize, there was humor which broke up some of the gore, and the love 💗. Loved the cinnamon roll Alpha male MMC and the strong but innocent FMC. Great read.

Josh and Bella had a bond that no one could break when they were young. After the death of her mother she is taken in by her grandparents and moved away from the only guy to have her heart. Years later they cross paths again while she’s on the run. Can they get their relationship to flourish or will those after her get her before they can rekindle their love?

Love the story

While the narrative is compelling, the book would benefit from thorough proofreading and addressing some narrative inconsistencies. With these improvements, it could easily be a five-star read.

Good story

This is a 4.5 for me. The book had small issues with spelling. I enjoyed the strong female characters I look forward to her next book. I recommend this book.

Love the storyline loved Josh and her loved the ending was great. Loved how they kicked ass and the rescue.

Triggers- abuse towards some of the women in this story, even mentioning that Bella’s father also beat on her after her mom, human trafficking, mentioning rape from Kelly’s past (first book I believe) & violence including decapitation...

It’s dark romance with a strong female lead of Bella, she don’t take crap from anyone. She was forced away from her high school sweetheart by her mother’s murder at the age of 16/17 to live with her rich grandparents. She was missable with not just her grandparents but also a promise made by Josh that he didn’t follow through.
The lead alpha we met when he was 17/18 giving his one true love a promise ring with a big promise attached. What he discovered as he tried to cash in his promise was a misunderstanding and costed these two souls 12 years of heartache and caged hearts. He went to bachelor style with the drinks, parties and women. While Bella rebelled and found a relationship with an middle aged man, Hammer, President of a M.C in GA.
Until money is thicker then blood in certain peoples eye....
Told in both POVs
No Jealous OW or OM causing troubles with Bella or Josh.

When they were children every time the fights started at home, Bella ran down the street to Joshua's house. When her mom was killed, she was taken away. Alll she could do was dream that when she turned 18, Josh would come for her, but 18 comes and goes and no one comes for her. She goes a little wild, hanging out with an MC in the town she lives in. Suddenly something really bad happens and the people she think are her friends at the MC turn on her and she's on the run. All she can think to do is run back to Josh. Now Josh is faced with a mysterious girl turning up with his bar named Sadie. It isn't long before they realize who each other is and that same attraction is still there. There's all kinds of danger going on around the MC. Hopefully, Josh can save Bella and have the life he always dreamed of.

12 years ago Bella's father killed her mother with no one too look after her she ends up moving to live with her grandparents but that mean leaving the one man who promised her the world behind, Josh. Bella ends up with Hammer from the Celtic Rangers MC, but when she witnesses him kill his father the pres she runs to the only one she can think to protect her. Josh never forget his promise to Bella all those years ago and when she turns up in need of help, he will do all he can to protect her not just from the Celtic Rangers MC but other threats too. a well written biker romance, with action, violence, suspense, desires, second chances and more

This is a new to me author and I was pleasantly entertained by this book. Bella was kick ass and so are her friends. I love that the author made the females in the book just as formidable as the men. The men were what you expect to see in a good MC novel arrogant but charming, alpha but loving, protective but allows for independence just all around well rounded characters. As someone said in another review I too had some errors however, it didn't detract to much from the fluency of the story. If you like MC novels check this out you won't be disappointed. Happy reading!

Honestly the story wasn't bad with likeable (if not slightly clueless) main characters *seriously, you're not going to recognise the man you've loved your whole life, even with those unforgettable eyes?* and a relatively fast paced storyline though I do wish there had been more detail and background given about the villains in the book.
But what let the story down the worst was the vast number of spelling and grammatical errors

Joshua was a great story, the plot was dark and packed with many emotions. The story was written well. Christina Chavis did a good job on the book.
Joshua and Bella were strong characters, nothing about their journey was easy, they had many ups and downs, their journey was a rollercoaster.
It didn't matter how much time had passed, the connection Bella and Joshua had was strong, they were drawn to each other, more than ever. The chemistry between them was off the charts, they were made for each other.
This was a great story. Thanks, Christina Chavis. Great work :)

This well written book 2 with Storm Reapers MC Series was intriguing as it has very well-thought out storyline. These characters have very strong personalities and their actions are believable.This wonderful story has the following: intrigue, twists and turns, adventure, action, danger, steam and a HEA. A Riveting Tale
As a child, Joshua was Bella’s protector when she ran from the harsh life that she lived. Needed that protection again Bella returns to Joshua. This tale has action, abuse, deceit, misunderstandings, and drama. Can these two broken people find a safe place together? Can they find a HEA?

This was a well written story filled with endearing characters that will keep you invested from the start to the finish. Even though I did not read the previous book in the series I did not feel lost. I look forward to more from this author.

This is the second book in the Storm Reapers MC series. It's a fast-paced and standalone book that will keep you engaged from start to finish.
Story of two broken people (h and H) who are trying to find a safe haven with each other.
Add into the mix: human trafficking and the Celtic Renegades MC.
Read to find out what happens.

This plot has its fair share of triggers in it as it is a dark MC romance. Both main characters have history together and their own baggage to deal with, the question is, do they have a future together? This is an action led plot that moves along at a nice steady pace.

Great read! I hope she writes a book on Demon the Prez, that would be an interesting read since he wasn't too happy about the strong willed women invading his club life in this and her previous book on Mason lol
