The first two novels in this series will make you want to come back for more.
The bond Marge, Rose, and Mutzi share is a beautiful one that makes anyone feel grateful for the relationships they share with their loved ones. It sure made me grateful for the one I share with my twin sister Diza. I sympathized with the character of Chuck and was charmed by the beautiful ending where he finds familyhood and a sense of belonging that he deserved from the very start.
This book was an absolute delight to read and I found myself glued to it all the way through. I really wish there would have been a movie for it because I visualized everything from start to finish and the characters were so relatable and realistic. So comforting, and it truly brings to life the magic of family love. When the Dahlonega Sisters get behind a project, they can move mountains indeed!
I enjoyed reading The Dahlenega Sisters, Book 1, so I quickly snapped up Book 2 when it became available. The quirky sisters are back in full force, with a new host of problems to resolve, not to mention a surprise ending.
This book is a quick read that includes some serious topics, but it has enough humor to balance the reading experience. Recommended!
This is a great sequel to The Gold Miner's Ring. We learn about how each sisters' life changed since the first book and about their family life as children. For me this was the fastest and easiest read of the three books. I couldn't wait to find out how everything was resolved.
This was a fun easy read. Having visited Dahlonega I enjoyed the references to places I knew. I thought the author pulled the mystery together very well.
