I didn't expect to follow the characters from Cedar Springs, but when they speak to me I have to listen. And if I am being completely honest, Noah and Olivia were the last two I expected to be paired together, screaming in my head for their own story. Yet here I am.
You meet Olivia in book 1; she's quiet, reserved, and working herself to the bone for a better future for her daughter. Olivia doesn't make the best choices when it comes to men, starting with Jillian's dead beat father. They just progressively have gotten worse over the years...until Noah.
Noah makes his mark in book 1. He's Wyatt's oldest friend and they grew up like brothers. Noah is carefree, easy going, and just an all around good guy. He works hard and loves his mom. When he lands his dream job in NYC he finds himself staying in the now vacant apartment above Jess and Wyatt's home. Excited to make new friends and check out a new place, he jumps right in with the tightknit group of guys in Cedar Springs. Never expecting to see his sexy little wedding partner at a dive bar and to top it off, she’s not even happy to see him.
These two characters had a lot to throw at me. The layers of personality, trust issues. It was heavy, but not all. Noah is the comic relief Olivia needed in her life. I loved putting their story on paper and getting it out. There's some hard topics they have to navigate through. I loved watching them fall in love, having them grow as individuals and as a couple. As a family.
I hope you enjoyed the sweet, adult love story of Noah and Olivia.
Funny, romantic, sexy and even some tear jerking moments. This Follows "Second Chances" which was Jess and Wyatts story. This man will take a near death beating to protect her!😳 ***to all the single moms out there...there's still love out there. *Noah is Wyatts childhood friend, hardworking handsome man with a Boston accent that makes you weak at the knees. Olivia you met in book 1. She's a single mom of a 10yr old. She was a teen mom and did let make the best choices after. She is a sweet hard working mom sho wants love but has demons to get past.
TRIGGER THERES TALK OF SEXUAL ASSULT IN HER PAST***
Noah and Olivia definitely have alot of obstacles to work through in their lives. The characters in the stories are so relatable. Real life problems that everyone deals with. Noah is a perfect man. Sexy, smart, understanding, and true to his word. Great happy ever after. Can't wait for book 3!
Excellent 2nd installment in the Love in Cedar Springs series!
This book was SO GOOD! Words can not describe how much I love the characters in this series! I’ve never before wanted to be friends with fictional people more in my life. The closeness and care this group of characters shows eachother is one of the best parts of this book... well, that and the fact that the sexy times in this book are H. O. T. T. Hot!!! 🔥🔥🔥
I LOVE a strong female lead and Liv is definitely a strong woman, living for her child and doing her best to make good choices for herself to better their lives. Her story of struggle, growth, and journey toward self-love is one we can all relate to as women. Noah, by comparison is just as strong of character, yet with a soft and nurturing side to him you wouldn’t necessarily expect. He is everything Liv never knew she needed. Put all of that together with a few dashes of sex, humor, and romance and you have a love story that was just too hard to put down. I felt all the emotions reading this book. I love how Becca Jones is able to weave emotion into her dialogue in a way that feels natural, humorous and really makes you connect to her characters! I can’t wait for more.... no, seriously... like, hurry up! I need more Cedar Springs couples!!
Where to begin… this community that Mrs. Jones created in the Cedar Springs is beautiful. I wish I had a group of friends like this. I can’t wait to see what happens with Sam and Cath. This story though spoke to me. I was Olivia in so many ways. I haven’t been lucky enough to run into my Noah but I have hope that someday I will. The things she went through unfortunately I did as well. I could relate to her so much. No matter how much she pushes him away, he couldn’t let her go because he knew she was the one. His undying devotion is so sweet and beautiful. I’m a big fan of Mrs Becca Jones but this by far is my favorite. I can relate to it so much. Mrs. Jones are you so talented and appreciate you sharing your talents with the world. Thank you so much for this.

Another great one! Becca Jones is a fantastic writer! So far I have LOVED both of her books!! This one is a little darker but sooooooo good!! I cried and laughed with the characters. All you want is for Olivia to find her happy ending and in walks Noah! The worlds biggest goofball with the BEST accent!! A definite must read!!
What a roller coaster. First off I absolutely love Noah. His easy going, sweet and playful attitude is just lovable. Everyone need a Noah. The way he loves Olivia is so pure and selfless. And when she finally lets him in they are perfect match.
After reading book one of this series I wasn’t sure Becca could write a more perfect man.
In walks Noah.
The perfect mixture of sweet and spice. Olivia has never had it easy- lets start with teen pregnancy and a tendency to pick the wrong bad boy. Noah comes in has to climb and break down all her walls.
I adored this book. Steamy/ spice (and everything nice. Haha) Noah was swoon worthy and oh so perfect. The writing kept me on the edge of my seat and I hated having to go back to real life while reading it.
Now I just have to wait to see what Cathy and Sam’s story is
I loved this book. I love how Noah is with Olivia. He's so gentle, caring, and patient. While you're reading this, unless you have what they have, you'll be wishing to have the same thing. This book definitely shows true love and how great it could be when you opem yourself to it! 🖤🖤🖤❤️❤️
I loved this book so much that I definitely need to pick up book 1 and read more about Oliva's friends who were the main characters in that book. This book made me realize that I love the single mom trope and the who hurt you trope. Becca Jones always write strong female characters who are independent and fine on their own but still appreciate having a man in their lives (even if that man has to work a little harder to get her trust). The writing style in general was also great, I thought it was realistic and very relatable. As always Becca's writing gave me all the feels and had me laughing, ugly crying and at some points a little angry at the characters.
