Something I have wanted is to make different kinds of bread! Something I am wanting to get soon is a bread machine, and learn to make it home-made at home for my children. I love at the beginning of the book how it talks about making basic bread, and what common ingredients for making it all happen. Also what caught me as interesting would be how it can hard with HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING. How it can be difficult. That in the books there are tips to making it happen, and to control it during the process. It was well written and formatted. Easy to follow, and I am going to recommend this to others for sure!

I’m sitting here at work on my lunch break drooling over the pictures of different breads.
