But when the bride’s uncle is found dead in their walk-in freezer, they will need to work fast to uncover the murderer before someone else is killed! Putting further pressure on them is the appearance of a video review that does not put the cruise ship in a good light. Another murder is certainly not going to help matters! Can Ruth unmask the killer before someone else dies?

This fourth book in this series continues to capture the reader’s attention and adds that touch of humor to lessen the tension. The characters were believable and the story line was well-paced to keep the reader entertained as Ruth and Loretta try to figure out who the killer might be. Killer Bouquets & Chardonnay is the fourth book in the Cruise ship cozy mystery series. I really loved the story. The characters are familiar and funny. In this book, Ruth and Loretta have to prepare a last-minute wedding on the cruise ship. It's the first time for them so not everything goes according to plan. Especially not when a body turns up! Now Ruth and Loretta must find the killer. The pacing of the book was perfect and like the other books, I enjoyed guessing who the killer was together with the main characters. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes to read cozy mysteries.

The Splendor Of The Sea is a cruise ship that, sadly has seen its share of murders in the last few months, all unrelated and fairly quickly solved by some sleuths from the crew's chefs, namely Loretta and Ruth.
The story starts happy with a plan for a wedding and a happy, bubbly bride. Sadly her uncle is antagonistic and ends up dead. When an attempt to kill the bride is made, they have to step up and do their best to find the killer, and to give the bride the wedding of her dreams.
A crazy story- wildly unrealistic, but almost like a satire to a cozy, it is fun to read and wonder what will happen next. Highly entertaining - if you like crazy acting characters.

The last three cruises they worked on were marred by a musrder, and it appears that this one will be no different - Is the bride in danger? Loretta and Ruth are chiefs on a cruise ship. As a last minute request for a full wedding menu starts, the uncle of the bride is found dead in their freezer. The two are on the case, with twists and turns coming from every direction. The banter and the clues cause a lot of excitement and drama. The ending is not what I expected... it was even better.

I always love a new murder mystery at sea with Ruth, Loretta and the gang. Since they've added Bertie from the information desk to the mix of sleuthing, it's even more hilarious at times. I was really undecided about whodunit and a little worried about one of the crew members who had gotten into it with the dead guy, until I ran across a clever clue toward the end, then it all made sense. Once again, Ruth's sleuthing came in handy. Great KU borrow!

Who knew that so many mysteries would occur on a cruise ship? Mel McCoy has done another great job with this latest cozy mystery. The characters were fantastic and the story line kept me laughing and not wanting the story to end.
