In this book on awakening Kundalini, the author touches upon so many other metaphysical aspects as well and ties them together, giving techniques and hints about how to work with this energy and other life force energies. She goes a little at first into the background of Kundalini and Shakti. She discusses the differences between Kundalini and Prana and how to work with them both. She spent some time discussing the chakras. Throughout the book, and especially at the end, she focuses on specific exercises you can do. As someone who has studied metaphysics for decades, I had heard of Kundalini and worked with the chakras and Prana in my own way. I liked learning more about Kundalini and how to incorporate it with other metaphysical concepts. If you've ever had curiosity about Kundalini and how it relates to other metaphysical practices and concepts, you may enjoy this book as much as I did.
I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.
