Really Really Really Good! I loved this book! The only thing I can say about this book is it is REALLY good!. The characters are worth the play on words and the exceptional read awaiting you! I enjoyed Sloane she was the highlight of this story. Trying to prove herself and Asher trying to thwart her at every step while proving his worth to his most precious gift his soul, the other half of him. Very intriguing and very compelling. One of the best books in this series! The first I have read of this series but it was written as if I knew the outlying characters without reading the first books within this series! Very good writing and great characters.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. I was not sure what to expect when I started this book. I was not let down in any way. Sloane and Asher are meant to be together by they are from different worlds. She is definitely poking around to learn about his thought. They cannot help the attraction and need that they feel towards each other. They have so many obstacles in their path to being together. I thought that the storyline was well written. Asher and Sloane were great together.

Sloane is on a mission to prove herself to the second class magazine she was hired for. She wants to prove once and for all vampires do not exist and ot is a feace. Asher is in charge of the Black Door Club. This former archangel is now a blood angel...vampire. he was doomed to hunt on humans and not find his one. When he meets Sloane that changes everything. He wants jer and will not stop at anything. This was a great intriguing read with much action. You will not want to put it down..

Where would we be without a paranormal magazine!

Oh my god. Asher was intense and hot. The story was amazing and had me squirming on my seat, sweating bullets and fighting back the tears. I love how the author incorporated the timeline and how everything meshed so well.
The attention to detail is amazing and this story is so well written. Ash and Sloane are the perfect pair. Both are stubborn and headstrong.
I really hope this series continues and tells everyone’s stories!
I am excited to get the next one in my hands!

Oh these beautiful Blood Angels! I will never get enough of them, or their fierce mates. Asher is a bloody (pun intended) hot addition to this series! Jennifer Field out did herself with this book. The writing is captivating! I could not put the book down. The attention to detail that went into this story is nothing short of a work of art. BRAVO Jennifer!

Wow

Sloane is a reporter looking for the story on Lack Door bars. Asher is intertwined by her. He spends the night with her but has her memory altered to forget him and their time together. Then she is abducted by someone he thought was long deaf. Can they make their way back to each other? This book is fantastic

I really enjoyed this story. It was great to read about another archangel finding love. I can’t wait to see who find love next. Asher and Sloane had to face a lot.

When Sloane arrives in New York City, she is determined to succeed as a investigative journalist, finding and uncovering stories. Unfortunately, the only job she can find is a a sketchy paranormal rag, known as Paranormal New York. She decides she will do an exposé on the Black Door clubs, rumored to be a hangout for vampires. As she tries to work up the courage to go inside, she meets the owner at a nearby diner, the Blood Angel Archangel Barachiel, now know as Asher. Jennifer Field has done a great job creating this dark (with little bits of light) world. I've not read the other books, but this was easy to follow and even meet the previous books characters. Asher and Sloane are well written, compelling characters. The book is steamy, has some twists, drama, and a few surprises. I am going back to read the first 2 books. This is an intriguing series and I'm hooked

An investigative journalist trying to disprove the existence of vampires. A blood angel, providing a safe haven for vampires in his Back Door Clubs. When they meet you can feel the air sizzle. Loved Asher and Sloans story. So many twists, turns and surprises it will keep you engaged until the very last page! All your favorite characters are back, and as hot as ever! Definitely out this one on the TBR pile.
