comprehensive
Very readable book with a wide range of helpful advice. A lot of it is outdated now as Instagram keeps changing, but the basic best practices are still pretty solid. Definitely have some new ideas to try.

This books is so useful. It taught me everything I needed to know about using Instagram. I posted every day for at least six months and started posting daily on TikTok, too. It just didn't seem to be working, though, so I invested in Mark Dawson's ads course, instead and am spending that time working on my Amazon advertising campaigns every day. Being an indie author is really hard. Those success stories are few and far between. I'm staying positive, though, and working every day towards my goal.
This book is well worth the read. I definitely built a following in my space opera name and my reverse harem pen name. I think those reverse harem readers could be waiting for me to have a whole series out before they purchase or borrow on kindle unlimited. When I've edited and polished my trilogy, I will use Instagram and Tik Tok again. I definitely don't regret having the accounts for potential readers and fans to go to and see the creative content.

This book is incredible and so so helpful! Hanna knows her stuff & has really helped to get my Instagram (and business) to the next level! Highly recommend!

Concise but meaty. This book has an abundance of information for authors on how to use instagram to their advantage. Everything is laid out in a clear and almost casual manner that makes it easy for readers to take the parts they need and leave then rest. The methods covered in this book are not some magic, one size fits all formula for success but are adaptable to all approaches and personality types. Definitely worth a read if you are an author trying to work out how to up your instagram game.

Loved it and I'm not even an author!
I found out about this book from an author included in it when she posted about it in her stories. So I bought it and really enjoyed learning about this side of bookstagram. I am a small shop owner who interacts a lot with the book community on Instagram and thought a lot of the information she includes as valuable. Much I already knew, but it was a good reminder and would be excellent for someone new to the platform.

This had a lot of good information, and I think the book gave me a balanced perspective of how to do Instagram as an author and/or creator. I liked all of the different interviews. It was good to see all the options—what worked for one might not necessarily work for everyone.
But I do feel intimidated. So there's that.

Very helpful. I think I most appreciated the many interviews from other successful Instagrammers. Their advice didn't always match, but it proves there are multiple ways to use this platform to your benefit.

Loved it! I've been on bookstagram a long time and I still got some darned good ideas. Highly recommend this to anyone: new, experienced or intermediate user. A good way to stalk some of your favorite booksta accounts, too! ;)
