Its a harem genre book lots of detailed sex is expected. But this one is several cuts above, the literary quality of the story would get 4-5 stars with out the sexual content. Very good development of multiple characters, multiple story lines well meshed, even bits of ethical and religious philosophy.
Not your standard pulp fiction but something you'd expect from a major author such as L.K.Hamilton, C.Freehan or N.Teasdale.
