This holiday season is no winter wonderland for two recently mated shifters. Newly appointed Mayor Natalie and Police Chief Tom are ready to celebrate their first holidays together, when Tom’s five bear shifter brothers come to celebrate with them. But not everyone is thrilled with the cougar shifter Mayor. Tom is determined to keep her safe, even through a blizzard, camping bears, and a library lock-in for adults that turns R-rated. Can they even find a minute under the mistletoe?
This book is part on an ongoing series. It can be a bit confusing if you haven't read the previous books. The author does provide a character list and description of how they fit in at the front of the book. This helps quite a bit. Especially when you have large families of brothers to keep each brother straight. This is a continuation of the romance of Natalie and Tom. Natalie is a cougar and town mayor. Tom is a bear and the Chief of Police. Tom's brothers descend upon them for the Christmas holidays. As well as moving Tom and Natalie's relationship along, it also furthers the story of the search for the historic records of cougars. This is a fun read. It is short and cute.

Cute little holiday romance with a little bit of intrigue for flavor. Light story for a cozy evening read.
There's a lot of character and scene shifts that could make it confusing to follow tho. Especially if you haven't started the series from the beginning.
