Finally an interesting and unconventional heroine y'all 🤯🎉🤩

This is Carrigan's story, the "evil" twin from first two books, who now took the center stage and left her bland sister in the dust. At least in my eyes 🤷💖

Carrigan felt so real, so human and unlike any book heroine I've read recently. She was not all good and not all bad, just the right amount of duality and contrast.

Her pairing with Carson Windsor was 🔥🔥🔥 she yearned to be in the passenger seat of her life and to have structure to her days. He needed to be in control and to be the source of everything for someone.

I LOVED all their interactions and how perfectly they fit together: when Carrigan tried to show her spoilt and arrogant facade, Carson quickly put her in her place and made sure her manipulation wouldn't work on him. Yet when she asked him for his help he would give it to her, no hesitation ❤️ when Carrigan was vulnerable or retreated to her shell, he would shower her in his care, understanding and love. I genuinely understood with everything in me why they were together and why no one else would possibly be a romantic match for them (unlike Tallulah and Arlo 😂)

Carrigan is deeply traumatized after everything she's been through and her healing process with the unwavering help of Carson was a beautiful thing to watch 😇

The ending was a little lot cheesy and unrealistic, but nevertheless the story was an intriguing one 💪💙

The Heir part two was great. I’ve really enjoyed this series and I’m sad it’s over. It’s written in four continuous parts and available on kindle unlimited.

The final instalment gets the results we all wanted to see and shows the twins progression. Carrigan wants revenge on her parents because of the way they treated her. With the help of her twin, some new friends and a potential love match. They try to take down the empire of Mum and Dad.

Carrigan grow as a person is really interesting to see. She starts as the mean girls and blooms into her personality.

Carson was Carrigan but he’s will to wait for her to figure out they are mean to be.

This series needs to be read from the beginning starting with The Spare part one. Highly recommended. It’s a Young Adult storyline but with adult themes.

Well worth the read.

I wish we had gotten to see Carriage get closer to the group, especially since they didn't like her before this. There were some brief mentions of her becoming close to Wats but we didn't get to see it and it left me feeling disappointed.

From all appearances Carrigan appears spoiled, entitled and mean but as we learn more about the many facets to her personality we realize that as a teenager those that should have protected her have instead forced her into a life and a façade that she didn’t want. She is determined to claim independence not only for her but for her sister Tally as well and seeing her evolution was everything you could ask for and more.

When Carson first became involved with Carrigan it was an obligation to help out his friend but with everything he learns about her he realizes that there is so much about her that she doesn’t share with the world. The more time they spend together the more time he wants and he is determined to show her that they belong together and their enemies had better watch out they are a force to be reckoned with.

The characters draw you in and the storyline has some surprises you don’t see coming which will keep you entertained from beginning to end.

Yes Carrigan!
It's been time since I read a book with a kick ass no nonsense female and while The Heir Part 2 didn't start that way, the battle that Carrigan and Tally have put fought during this story makes me proud to be a woman!
I absolutely adore the strength and fierceness these ladies get from their men, especially considering they are all so young.
Gemma had me turning the pages on this one too quickly. I desperately wanted to know how Carrigan and Tallywould get their revenge and how Carson would ensnare his Priss but now I've finished and I know the answers, I want more!!

Carrigan and Carson have become my top five favorite couples!! This story is the final book of the series and a tied up all of the loose ends. I really didn’t like Carrigan in the previous stories but she redeemed herself in my eyes. She is the strength of the “family” now and I adore her. When you add Carson they are a power couple but now when you add her twin Tally and Arlo they are unstoppable. Will Carrigan and Tally be able to exact revenge on their parents without destroying the women they have become?

Revenge...... That is the plan for Carrigan, she wants it done and with the help of Carson and the others it will be accomplished. Carrigan has come a long way since leaving her parents and asking to break the will, she now has Carson at her back and is slowly fighting the voices of her mother in her head. For the past four years she has been on a 900 calorie diet and suffers from PTSD. Which is horrible in the eyes to the ones who love her now. She doesn’t want pity she is consumed with revenge on her parents. With a plan so dramatic it will finally bring her parents out of hiding and she and Tally along with the guys will be free at last. The plan is too take everything and leave them with nothing. And as this is slowly coming to lite they find out that there is a loophole in the Will. A loophole so huge they need the lawyer who holds the estate to explain just what this means for Carrigan. And oh my it’s a huge loophole that not only shocks her and Tally but the guys as well. The plot just got better and will have her parents DONE FOR. The guys were and have been groomed all their lives to take over their own family businesses and now with their help the girls will have to never worry about the evil, sick, twisted parents they and suffered with. But in fact Carrigan has Carson at her back and is falling in love with him. A strange concept for someone like her and Carson but together they will make it out on top. Sometimes seeking revenge against the ones who have hurt you is truly the only way to show that they haven’t broken you. And your willing to put the work in to get the job done. So grab your copy and find out just how these six young adults will exact this Revenge and free the girls forever.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to formally introduce you to the Kings and Queens of St. Augustus.  The Heir part two by Gemma Weir brings an end to the Archibald twin’s saga.  This was a kick-a%# story about finding redemption and getting revenge. Carrigan and Tallulah finally get to have their say and when they speak everyone listens.  I loved the up and downs of this series.  The drama was both emotionally and physically hurtful but the care and understanding afterwards was what brought the story together.  I really hope that there can be a book #4 and #5 that tells Olly and Watson’s story.  Please Mrs. Weir, these guys need their own book.  From the Spare to the Heir these kings and queens have proven they know how to rule.  5-stars for The Heir part two by Gemma Weir.

Carrigan Archibald did it.  She broke away from her parents and is trying to stand on her own.  Little did Carrigan know that when she left, she didn’t know how to do anything for herself.   Carson Windsor loves to take control and when he sees Carrigan floundering he knows he is the only one that can help her.  Carson and Carrigan had no idea that revenge could turn into love, but what if it’s all about the money.  The billions Carrigan might still get.  What if once again she is being used by Carson just like she was by her parents.  It was difficult to watch her twin Tally be the spare, but if she had only known what it took to be the Heir would she still have played the inheritance game?

She's determined to get her revenge on her parents for all they put her and her sister through.

Hell hath no fury like a teenage girl who's been scorned!

This is the fourth book in the kings & queens of St Augustus series.

The first two books focused on Tallulah and the third book focused on Carrigan.

This is a continuation of Carrigans story and we pick up where we left off from in the previous book "The heir - part one".

Carrigan has to learn to live, to breathe, to know herself and not rely on others to tell her what to do.

Baby steps in a big world that she never really knew before.

New paths and new friends are found and forged all whilst plotting and planning the downfall of the parental units.

Carrigan at first glance is the polar opposite of her twin sister. She's spiteful and nasty, uncaring and cold. But upon closer inspection she's more than that.

Carson is an amazing character with the patience of a saint and he more than captured my heart in the previous book.

I've thoroughly enjoyed this series and can't wait for the remaining characters to take a turn in the spotlight somewhere in the future.

Imagine, if you will, being told at age 14 that you are the heiress to a large fortune, if you follow a set of strict requirements. Keep imagining that your parents do everything they can to make sure you meet these requirements, not because they want what’s best for you but because they themselves are greedy. Add in that they make your twin sister help you meet these requirements making her completely isolated.
Then, when you are about to turn 18, you break free. You then decide to get revenge on the horrible people who made your life hell for the last four years. This is Carrigan’s conclusion to the story.
Opinion
This is book four in the series and you need to read the first three before embarking on the conclusion.
This story was the most epic revenge story Tally and Priss could have had. The best part was that they were all happy in the end. I have enjoyed this series so much and do not want it to end. (Could we get Olly’s or Wats’ story please? I’d love to see them match up with someone.) many compliments to Gemma Weir for her mad genius brain that concocted this series.
Many thanks to Bare Naked Words for providing me with an ARC of this book.

I want to start out by pointing out that the title says The Heir-Part Two so that means that YOU MUST READ PART ONE FIRST!  Hell, you really need to read The Kings & Queens of St Augustus series in order to really get the full picture of why things are the way they are in this book. The first two books I despised Carrigan for the way she treated her sister Tally, and with Part One, I started to see her differently but was still a tad skeptical in the back of my mind, but now the doubts about her are all gone. This girl has come into her own and is determined to make her parents pay for what they did, and along the way, the real truth is being revealed which only strengthened her determination to take them down. Luckily for her, Cason has her back so the 1 becomes 2, then the 2 becomes 4 & then 6 so let the chaotic games begin, and these young adults will win the battle. Gemma Weir has totally created a series that hooked me from the jump, and frankly, I'm not ready for it all to end. I've already said more than I wanted to, and now it's your turn to read it yourselves! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The conclusion everyone has been waiting for to get the answers.
Carrigan has one plan – revenge and she’s asked for help to get the revenge she thinks both her and her sister deserve, breaking the terms of the will wasn’t enough for her.
Carrigan has a long journey to fight the programming of things that her parents made her do, which Carson is trying to help her with, but Carrigan has one focus – revenge and to bring her parents out of hiding so that Carrigan and her sister can finally be free and move on with their lives.
While they plan their revenge, Carrigan start to realise that Carson is always there and truly does have her best interests at heart. Carson is patient he knows the life that Carrigan had and he wants to help her heal from what her parents did to her.
They thought that once Carrigan brough the terms of the will that would be it, but they find out there’s more to the will than they realised.
Amazing conclusion to the series.

"WOW"

I loved this story. Carrigan and Carson must be one of my favourite couples ever read. They just fit together so well.

Giving up everything she has been trained to do, to be for the last four years. Carrigan doesn't know if she is capable. What if it all goes wrong. She will have no-one. However, Carson has other ideas. Once he has her he doesn't, can't let her go. He wanted to mess with her for what she did to Tallulah, but he sees a different side to her. A side he knows is the real Carrigan.

Revenge is all she now wants but can she do it? Can she bring down the people who have made her life hell?

One becomes six, and the six people in this story bring the world tumbling down.

I want a story for Watson and Olly. I really hope that Gemma will do this as I think theirs could just be as good and I need to see Wats be owned lol

Wow I loved this book! This is the continuation of Carrigan's story and it focuses on how she is going to get her revenge for the four years of abuse and grooming that her evil parents made happen. I hated Carrigan as a character for the first two books, sort of felt sorry for her during the third book but in this book, oh my she is amazing. She has to be my favourite character ever because she is so complex. The way the revenge happens is very clever and well done and it keeps you guessing right till the very end. The friendships that these characters have formed were amazing and it was so nice and comforting to read after what both girls had been through. I am a bit sad to have finished now as this is the end for the twins, I am really hoping Oily and Watson get their own stories one day!

The final conclusion to the Kings and Queens of St Augustus series and what a final of a book this is to tie all those loose ends together. Gemma Weir does an amazing job pulling everything together with keeping the feel of the characters still in focus.

Carrigan finally has become a beacon of strength with finding her inner source from an original unlikely aource. Now Carson and her are a force to reckon with. When you bring in her twin sister Tally and Arlo the power increases. The final links of the group added and they are an unstoppable force even with age against them nothing will stand against them.

With revenge being key what can they do to destroy the parents of Carrigan and Tally without affecting who they have become?

A must read page turner which keeps you addicted all the way through, these characters ingrain deep within and will be missed sorely.

Oh my gosh! The conclusion to this series is absolutely amazing! In The Spare part 1 and part 2, I COULD NOT stand Carrigan. She was a spoiled, stuck up brat. In The Heir part 1, I started to change my mind as soon as it was apparent she was as big of a pawn as her sister. This book though. It shows how smart, conniving, and overall bada** she really is. She has had enough of being a pawn, and she thought that once the will was broken it would all end. And in a way it did, but now she wants to make her parents pay for what they did to Tilly and her. With Carson at her back, she is finally allowed to stand on her own feet and fight the demons her mother put in her head. I seriously cannot say enough good about this series. These four books need to be a must read for anyone that is a fan of Gemma's books. They are so good!

This is the second part of the story of Carrigan and the conclusion to this duet series. Think we finally get to see a part of her that we saw blossom in the first part and grow into something more than just the cold hearted Queen. A great ending to this duet!

Carrigan is determined to move forward with the revenge towards her parents, together with Carson and the others. Even though she still isn't sure where their relationship is heading and also faces to overcome what has happened to her in her past. With the help of Carson, she is slowly regaining back what she has lost along the way and with her sister by her side, they all are a force to be reckened with. Even though there are obstacles down the road, they'll do everything they can to finally be free of their bounds. Will they succeed in it all and will Carrigan finally be happy after all is done?...

OH MY GOD!!!!

What an ending!?

This story was AMAZING.
Like seriously.
Once I got started I couldnt put the book down.
In the first two books I hated and detested Carrigan. By the end of the second, I felt somewhat sorry for her. In the third I felt some empathy for her.

However she is seriously badass in the final instalment.
She showed everything to Carson, her good and bad, and though it takes her some time to realise that he really has fallen in love with her. She finally believes it.
Carson fought his way through the voice and noise in her head, to help Carrigan become stronger.

I recommend starting at book one and working your way up. You will NEVER regret reading these books.

I loved reading the conclusion to Carrigans story. She was hellbent on getting revenge on her parents for the last 4 years of torturous abuse, on her and her sister. There was a lot of emotion from all characters, it was great to see in depth the life that carrigan had lived and why she acted the way she did. The bond between the group of friends is a beautiful thing and its awsome to see them come together and help one another. The love story between Carson and Carrigan is something everyone wishes they could experience. I am sad to see this series go, but loved how it ended! Another great book Gemma has blessed us with!

Wow. I am simply at a loss at how to describe this book. In this fourth book of the series you finally get the end to the story of Tally and Carrigan. I will say this is the perfect end. I adore these characters and am going to be sad to see them go (I never thought I would say that about Carrigan). This book made me laugh, made me cry and me cheer. This book didn’t disappoint and anyone would be crazy to kiss this series.

Carrigan and Tally reunited and a force to be reckoned with !!

Carrigan didn’t come across well in previous books but with Carson at her side and her sister and the boys you started to see what she was truly like ! You gained an understanding of what she had been through at the hands of her parents and now they were in the shadows Carrigan was able to fly !

A great read and revenge plots that had you laughing and cheering to the very end !

What a story. Really enjoyed this, it is so nice to read something and not think you have read something similar.

REVENGE - seems so simple but when put in action with the help of friends it becomes the best decision.

Twins separated by a Will and the greed of their parents.
Twins joined by the Elite surrounding them
Twins setting out with REVENGE in mind

Absolutely loved it, Carrigan and Carson are a match perfect for each other and combined with Tally and Arlo the sky really is the limit

The Archibald twins are the powerhouses no one saw coming! Carrigan and Tallulah, the heir and her spare, separate, but finally united as sisters. They find their way through the storm with the guidance and support of the kings of St Augustus. Now the twins have taken control and truly rise as the Queens beside their Kings. Carrigan and Carson are a delightfully dangerous pair that never disappoints. The heat between them is over the top, HOT! Perfection!!

OMG! I loved this conclusion to this series! I couldn't put it down when it hit my kindle today!
Carrigan is so damaged and it was great to see her find her HEA with Carson! I hoped the twins reconnected and I was not disappointed.
Carson is so smoking hot, and the prefect man for Carrigan...
This conclusion is perfect and I am missing the Kings and Queens already!

I strongly urge you to read this series in order to get the most from this story.
