Get your tissues and get ready for miracles!

Book three in Jaci Wheeler's United trilogy sets a high bar for future works!
This last book in the series has a list of loose ends to wrap up, and I must admit I was concerned how this was going to get accomplished.
About halfway through this one I had to call the author out for making me cry, now I have to beg for more! So not fair!!!
I loved this book!
I especially loved that Aligned gives us a glimpse into Wes, and how he really sees the world. LOVE!!
I had hoped to see a little more towards the end, here's comes the begging part!!
Jaci, I need a spinoff in my hand!!!
Well done, girlie!

You must read all!

I just finished this trilogy and I’m left with such a warm, fuzzy and full feeling. What a beautiful story Jaci has shared with us. I wish more people would discover these books, I feel so lucky I gave them a shot. This third book is a beautiful conclusion and wraps up the whole story so completely. I was first wishing there were more to read next because the world was so immersive I didn’t want to leave. Something about how well it concluded made me feel perfectly settled in it ending, however, I am now going to check out anything else this author has published and crossing my fingers I will find more to read from them!

Aligned was a great ending to the series. The first half of Aligned is from Roz's point of view and the second half from Wes. I could really feel the difference when it swapped to Wes - like I was really inside his head. Wes grew so much in this book and Roz continued to be kick arse in her job! I love how the book rounded it out for everyone. Well worth the read!

Not my cup of tea

...after three books, I'm still waiting for the story to really begin... but I was still interested to know how it ended

I received a copy of this book in exchange for a honest review.

This finale is about Roz's struggle to continue to be the most amazing president. She continues to try and have everyone become united. She tries to give the people more freedoms and options. It is quite admirable for such a young lady. You get to know more about the other characters such as Masters, Natasha, Wes, and Dexter.

I fell in love with this series. Since I became a member of Goodreads last year I have been searching for a ya dystopian that would stick with me. I stumbled across this series through a recommendation from a friend and began my journey. I was blown away from the first page and I will never forget this characters. I feel such a fondness for all of them even their flaws. I was impressed with the storyline which is steady paced and filled with such hope. It is quite unique in this genre which is harbor by dark things to have a series based on hope and love. Yes some things happen but it doesn't darken the storyline. After finishing each book I seem to just feel better about the world. It is just good. I devoured this book like it was the last roll at Thanksgiving dinner. I tried to take my time but I just couldn't. I couldn't stop reading.

If you happened to read my last review you will know that I missed Wes. I really enjoy him as a character and he always brings something unique to the table. I was super happy while reading that the second half of the book was written in his point of view. I thought it was a perfect transition and I loved it. I loved getting inside his brain and learning how it works. It was raw and endearing. I still love Roz but Wes has risen to the stage and I can't pick a favorite between them. They have such a connection that is easy to understand and sweet to read. I want to be in their group because I know I would never have to face anything alone. The story was perfect and the ending wrapped everything up nicely. I don't want to say goodbye to these characters but I guess it is time.

Goodbye to Dexter. I love your dark and broody ways. If you weren't so darn in love with Roz I'm sure I would swoop you up as my book boyfriend.
Goodbye to Andi. Thank you for being such a sweet soul. I will miss you and tenderness.
Goodbye to Molly. I will miss your snarky comments and fashion sense.
Goodbye to Masters. I was intimidated by you at first but you turned out to be a perfect example of a strong male in these kids life. You helped them grow in to amazing leaders. I will miss you much more than I realize.
Goodbye to Roz. I will miss you so much. I felt so attached to you that I just wanted you to be safe. I understand why all the characters were instantly drawn to you because I was too. I will miss your hope and your positive outlook. You have to opportunity to touch millions and remind people to treat each other kindly.
Goodbye to Wes. I will miss you most of all. I liked your straight forwardness. I loved your jokes and how much you grew. I think you were the best character to watch transform. It was impressive.

Goodbye to the United series. It was great to read you and I will never forget.

Aligned, the final book in author Jaci Wheeler's United Trilogy, wraps up the stories of President Rosaline and her friends. By this time, our teen-aged President has discovered the country's outcasts, and proposed a simple two-state solution that everyone loves. Tweens and young teens will enjoy seeing a girl no older than themselves solve the world's most unsolvable problems to the amazement of the adults around her. Unfortunately (and the reason for the three stars), author Wheeler has chosen an ending that tells our daughters they can't save the world and have children at the same time. Perhaps our leader will be called back to office in a fourth book. We can only hope.
