Hope Hart has always told stories, and eventually, the characters in her head wouldn't leave her alone until she wrote them down.
She loves strong, kickass heroines and hot, brooding alpha males. Hope believes that everyone deserves a happy ending, although the best happy endings are fought for.
I can’t begin to say how much I loved this book, and the entire series. Korzyn and Sarissa were made for each other. He thought he wanted a more demure, non-threatening mate. But he would have been bored in a week, he needed someone with a lot more fire. Carissa needed someone that is strong, both mentally and physically, and has some experience with the type of life she has had - spy craft and subterfuge. Korzyn fits the bill perfectly.
There’s so many humorous scenes between them, and once they got their act together, so many touching, tender scenes as well. So many times I went back to reread a passage or even an entire chapter. That entire epilogue was super emotional and
While I have loved every book in this series, I have to say that the final two are my favorite. What a way to end a series. Although, I’m in a bit of a funk because I’m going to miss these characters. They’ve become friends of a sort. I can’t recommend this series enough, read the books in order, you’ll enjoy it much more, and characters from previous books make frequent appearances in other books. If you haven’t read the Arcav series first, you might want to do that. While not necessary, it does contain the events that lead up to the women being stranded on this planet.
And just like that, the series is over. Now obviously these aren’t masterpieces but they were FUN and I had a great time binging them all. This was a fun way to end the series but not particularly memorable!
A great end to the series! Sarissa was not my favourite person for most of this book, but I kinda, almost, sorta forgave her by the end. Almost. Buttt this series really went out with a bang, and I loved that. Have really enjoyed getting lost in these books!
This one bring about this series to a good end. We start out with Sarissa at odds with Korzyn, not surprising. Their journey to get back to the others was fraught with all sorts of calamity. I loved how it was Sarissa that ended up saving Korzyn. Once they were safely in camp, things changed for them, something you knew they were fighting for a while now.
Of course the big battle happened and the ship with the women left. I wish we knew more about what happened to the women, but that is the next series. I like how this group was left, their day together out in the meadow, sitting around and chatting while the babies showed off some new skills. Generally just living life now that things have calmed down.
Never ceases to amaze how perfect each read is. Lots of action, concern, love and funny bits which makes me burst out laughing one minute or cry the next. I love how this series blends in with others. Never tore of reading over and over again.
A satisfying ending to the series, this enjoyed Sarissa and Kornyn’s enemies to lovers romance very much. Besides the romance I enjoyed seeing the wrap up to this particular series with some action and danger yet not too much. Do I have to stretch my imagination as to how they got that spaceship working? Yup but I’m used to mental gymnastics so it’s all food The teaser for the spin-off series is intriguing and I will definitely keep on checking to see what comes next from Ms. Hart.
Who knew the cold and stoic Commander could be so 🔥
This is an alien PNR series that features a different couple with each new story. I personally do NOT consider this series to be a STAND-ALONE and HIGHLY recommend the stories be read in order, as there are multiple reoccurring characters (new stories provide updates on previous H/h), concurrent and consecutive timelines, with overarching themes that connect them together. Skipping a story, or reading them out of order, will result in spoilers and will not provide all of the details of what occurred previously.
** This is an alien PNR series that features elements of female abduction and enslavement. It contains scenes and /or themes that may be difficult for sensitive readers. A high-level listing of topics is listed below for anyone interested. **
— If you have not read this story, or any of the series, the following may contain spoilers! —
Agron is a planet made up of various ‘tribes’ of barbarian species. The Brexians are the dominant race that are set up in nomadic tribes governed individually by a King, or qatai. Some of the tribes have alliances and more have been defined as the series has went on.
I really loved Arix and Vivian’s story and didn’t think this one would be able to compare. I am obviously an idiot today, because I was wrong (thankfully!). Korsyn and Sarissa have tremendous chemistry and theirs was the perfect to story to wrap the series.
I was so happy that this story didn’t go very far back in the overall timeline to begin their journey to each other. This is a story that I know I will read again at some point, because it contains all of the aspects that make for a true guilty pleasure that has enough nuance that I will take away another item I missed the first time through.
There are a couple grammatical errors in the story, but nothing difficult to interpret. I uploaded my other notes to Goodreads for anyone interested. I mention these for readers such as myself that visualize the story as it is read, because errors interrupt the flow.

I loved this alien-human, enemies to lovers romance. I love a romance that has an alpha hero paired with an equally strong heroine. Sarissa and Korzyn were well matched and their banter and growling were so fun. The story had the perfect mix of humor, heartwarming love, real life issues, spice, danger, excitement, past pain, mistakes, and redemption. Sarissa is a human CIA agent who is abducted by aliens, lands on the planet Agron and is rescued by the nomadic Braxians. She and her cousin Vivian traveled to a modern Braxian led city to obtain parts to repair the alien ship so they can return to Earth. Now that Sarissa has the computer chip, she is eager to return to the rest of the human women. Korzyn is a Braxian warrior and the commander of the king’s guard in the modern city. He is distrustful of human women but has been tasked with keeping Sarissa safe on her journey. Despite their animosity, they find themselves in a temporary truce and partnership as they journey back to the Braxian tribe where the human women are. To get to their HEA, Sarissa and Korzyn must deal with their physiological and cultural differences, try to thwart the enemies coming for the Braxians all while unpacking all their baggage. I have a soft spot for the people who are a bit wounded and bruised, like Sarissa and Korzyn. So I love when they finally find some peace and healing and get swoon worthy HEAs. This story was well written and included witty dialogue, good world building, three dimensional characters who grow, and an engaging storyline. Note this book is the last in the series and can be read as a standalone since the main couple story arc concludes but the overarching story arc of all the human women is woven throughout the series and to get the most enjoyment, the series should be read in order. I am looking forward to reading more in this series. 4.5 stars.
After seeing the tension between Sarissa and Korzyn in Vivian and Arix's book I was excited to dive into their story. Sarissa was very fascinating with her CIA past and scarred legs. She had that grit and badass attitude that Nevada brought to the series. She was hard to get a read on at times and came across very aloof and cold so it was hard to connect with her early on in the book. But once the story really got going we see there's much more to her character. She was very loyal to those she cared for and considered under her care. She never broke a promise and because of this she took it as her responsibility to help the other women off the planet as she promised. She was hell bent on getting revenge on the aliens that stole them like the other women who wanted to leave. She was so busy putting their wants and needs above her own she didn't consider herself or what she truly felt. She was forced into as leadership role among the women she arrived with and was left with little time or opportunity to be selfish or even breathe. She carried the weight of their expectations, hopes and doubts all on her shoulders for most the book. She was tough as nails but she was only human. It was nice to have her layers peeled back and see her vulnerable side.
And Korzyn was one of my favorite heroes of the series. He had abandonment and self worth issues due to his parents; specifically his father forcing him into service of the king and never allowing him to return home. Essentially his life was only worth a damn if he could protect or even die for the king. End of. So he didn't trust easily and felt he wasn't worth staying for when he and Sarissa finally got together. He was strong and fiercely loyal and protective, much like Sarissa herself.
So it wasnt any wonder how they could go from butting heads and hating one another to setting fire to their furs, so to speak 😏
They were absolutely perfect for one another and I loved that he was willing to leave with her when she decided to stay. I just knew he'd be willing to make that sacrifice. Their love was that powerful.
And to see the series wrap up was bittersweet. I feel so sad not getting to see more of Rakiz and Nevada with their daughter Danica. Or Charlie and Dragix with baby Casix now. And wondering whether Sarissa and Korzyn have any children, same for Arix and Vivian but especially Ivy and Vrex and Dexar and Alexis. Ugh I feel so attached. Especially to my fave couples.
So I gotta say well done, Hope. Brava. 👏 Feel free to give us additional novellas with extended HEA's of these couples or even more books in this series because damn if Khax didn't make me want his story too.
I think this one is my favorite of the whole series!💖💞💘😍
There hasn't been a bad book in this whole series! But this one was heart melting-ly fantastic. Sarissa is or was a CIA agent before being abducted by aliens. She had a terrible childhood which influences her to do whatever she could to help the innocent and less fortunate .That goal did not stop when she crash landed on Afton it just became stronger. Korzyn, is the military commander a nd King Arix's right had and best friend. This childhood when awful and he was given to the military to train because she was expendable. He's attracted to Series a but he doesn't trust her. She infuriates him and he thinks she's reckless. Series a hates him because he's over baring a d a jerk. This is a bit of a enemies to lovers take and it's just so beautifully told. Sarissa is on a deadly mission to get a small micro chip to the Alex so she can repair the ship and get the women who don't wish to remain on the planet home or revenge. Korzyn ,is charged with protecting her what no one seems to truly realize is his strong, capable and feisty she really is. On this dangerous journey they are forced to rely intensely on one another. As they learn more about each other a friendship blossoms and love take root. Will Sarissa stay with the o my male who has ever cared for her and the o my male she's ever loved. Or will she get on that ship and allow her thirst for vengeance rule. I highly recommend this story you won't be sorry you read it. Fabulous isn't enough and I'm going to miss these characters like I miss seeing old friends.💖💞💘😍💖💞💘😍💖💘💖💖💘😍💞😍💞😍💞💖💞💖💞😍💘😍💘
My fav story out of the series. Personal romantic preference, I’ve liked other characters better. But this story just rocks!
The leading lady is awesome! Maybe too much of a superhero at times, but who cares, she’s kick-ass! The guy has moments of being an alphahole, but she never lets him get away with it 😎
Awesome action, good tension, brilliant storytelling.
The ending was a bit happy-shmappy, but that’s a me issue 😅 Was kinda surprised and disappointed by The Dragon couples choice..? (Was hoping for more books in that direction, maybe will change their minds?😬🫣)
Was pleasantly, and happily surprised by how much I enjoyed this journey. Normally this style and genre, I can only manage 2 or 3 of the books before I get bored, frustrated, or even disgusted by repeated story elements. But except for 1 book, a couple of moments in others (which I was able to skim over), I seriously enjoyed myself and wanted to keep going. Kinda dreading the moment I catch up to the author and have to wait for her to write once again. 😬🤓
I really loved this series. And I hate to see it end. I have mixed feelings about some of the women choosing to leave. I guess I'm one of those crazy fantasy women that want to think every woman would want a warrior that is devoted to her. But.... This story, Rissa and her commander was truly an enemies to lovers story. You can't help but admire and respect Rissa but for me she was hard to love and was so very tough. Her story is heartbreaking and struck a deeply personal chord with me. But her mate and warrior was just as tough. The chemistry was intense and the romance made me keep fighting for them to make it. I absolutely adore this author and am so looking forward to the next series she writes. Please do yourself a favor and read any and all of her books. She NEVER disappoints and is only one of a very few authors I can say that about.
👽 “Wherever you were in the universe, hellion, I would’ve found my way to you.” ~~~ Sarissa is a strong, smart, feisty and resourceful badass. Her childhood was heartbreaking but it turned her into an amazing person, a protector of the innocent and less fortunate. Korzyn is a tough, sarcastic and protective warrior, charged with the task of protecting a person he doesn’t like or trust.
I loved the development of their relationship - from the initial hate and suspicion, to learning how to trust and rely on each other and finally blossoming to a great friendship and scorching love. And the epilogue was absolutely perfect!
The story is filled with suspense, drama, tough decisions, epic battles, humor, adventure and romance and I loved every page of it!
I can’t say I loved this book, but at least some of that is on me. I didn’t realize this was the final book in a new-to-me series when I picked it up. There were clearly continuing plot lines from earlier stories that I knew nothing about, and there were a lot of terms specific to the alien world that I had to try to figure out from context. I didn’t really understand what the bad guy aliens looked like or why they were doing what they were doing, but I’m sure that would have made sense if I had started at the beginning. That said, the characterization of the main characters was pretty superficial. On the other hand, the pace of the story never faltered and I did feel the urgency in the two characters finishing their quest. Don’t start here, but if the series intrigues you try picking up book 1 instead.
I love the story and the series. Sarissa worked for the CIA on Earth as a spy and now she is stranded on an alien planet with other women and they are determined to leave and get home. She was able to get a control chip to operate their crashed ship and needs to get it to the other women at another camp and she wants to go alone. Korzyn has been ordered by his king to take Sarissa to the camp and get her there safely. Neither like each other and are not looking forward to trip. Their adventure begins when they stop to rest and realize their food has been poisoned. What will happen now? Will they make it to the camp? Will Sarissa get off the planet? Must read to find out.

As I look back to this series, I am trying to put into words what they all have in common. What keeps each unique, what pulls them together. Of course, both are because of the talented writing of the author. Ms Hart weaves stories about love and war, of sex (really good sex) and family. What we each view as the most important. What makes us stay or leave. Her characters are realistic and likable. Each couple reminds me of people I know. Or wish I knew. One thing I truly appreciated was the wonderful and sometimes unexpected points of humor in each book. Laughter is so “human”, it puts the characters and storylines firmly in real world. Even if it’s trillions miles of way from our world.
This series is awesome on an intergalactic level, hehehe. This story was just as fun as the last 8. I wish it did end but I am happy to know a spin off is in the near future. I already miss my personal adventure with the author and this series. I can't tell you how much it's helped get me through COVID. I usually don't read sci-fi romance but this just landed on my kindle by chance and decided to give a try...one book couldn't hurt right? I was hooked within the first few chapters of book 1. The combination of humor, romance, adventure, and friendship was very well developed throughout the series. It will be a future reread for me.
This whole series has been fantastic. Sarissa was a CIA agent before finding herself abducted by aliens. Korzyn is King Arix's right hand man and his best friend. He is attracted to Sarissa but he doesn't trust her. She is reckless and infuriates him and she can't stand him because he's a jerk. He's been charged with protecting her and as they travel and learn more of each other their relationship grows and maybe they find love. There is action, adventure, humor, survival, steam, and the best ending to this awesome series. I look forward to my next adventure with Hope Hart. Once the found out there was a market with aliens from another planet why didn't they hire anyone to reach out to Arcav for assistance? The love found was good. A little resistance but the 2 always win out and make the groups stronger because of their dedication and strengths. I loved the commanders resistance to falling for the spy. The Arcav need to come in and get rid of the slaves so the tribes will be safe. And I wish some dragons would move to the planet so Charlie's baby could have others around others. Announce there is a village available for those wanting new adventures. The series was great read
This was a nice wrap up. I thought the end battle would’ve been a little more drawn out and epic.
I liked Sarissa and Korzyn’s chemistry, though. When it starts and you realize he’s trying to find out the name of a female he was flirting with the other day…I was like uh oh. I had a feeling it was Sarissa he kissed unknowingly, but don’t like when the MCs know each other and have interest in others. But it’s not a huge point of contention and he realizes it’s Sarissa not too long after.
As a whole, I found the series enjoyable. It had some loose ends and could’ve gone deeper in places, but was a solid world.

A great culmination to a really fun series! The world building/back story made sense throughout and is on par with others in this genre. I especially appreciated how it didn't get too heavy or sad.
I think these two were my favorite characters. The author really hit her stride having these two spy masters fall for each other. Lots of humorous dialogue. My favorite line - "Not only am I jealous of myself, but I’m talking shit about myself too. Awesome". You'll have to read to find out how that sentence makes sense :). Now I'm going to go grieve saying goodbye to this group of book friends before I move on to the spin off series.
I knew Sarissa and Korzyn were going to mix like oil and water. Both are warriors and trying to protect the other, so some hilarity ensues. Rissa is trying to get the control chip back to her friends, so they can get the ship active to make their escape and hopefully to return to Earth. Korzyn is going his best to protect Rissa to learn the identity of the woman he kissed. The final battle was awesome and included everyone. The ending is brilliant and a perfect way to conclude the series. Loved Charlie and Dragix's little surprise.
The ninth and final book in the Warriors of Agron series for now, it is well written with a very good storyline that kept me turning pages. Sarissa and Korzyn's story, is an enemies to lovers story with suspense, drama, danger, villains, and romance that make this story one to read. A great ending to this series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Sarissa's sense of duty leads her to try to do everything herself. Not trusting in another is one of her weaknesses and that is a problem that Korzyn wants to fix. But will he be able to prove he can be trusted with more than just her mission? Will the Agron world become safer for all those who seek peace when the final war erupts? Will Sarissa choose to stay on Agron or leave with the remainder of the humans stolen from their previous lives?
Finally! This book was well worth the wait! So many questions answered and the battle scenes! This was the bonus book that I wasn’t expecting and the perfect ending to a great series. Did the h leave? What happened to the women and were the able to board the ship? This story was told by dual personalities and I like also that author had their names listed each character so you know who was speaking or who thoughts.
There is nothing better than a good enemies to lovers story and this is a good one. I loved Sarissa and Korzyn.
It kills me that this is the end of the series. The way the books all weave together let's you experience the new story while still checking in with the characters from the previous books. If this has to be the end, I can be happy with the ending. I'm just going to go read all the crossover books now. 😊
I just finished Book 9 of the Warriors of Agron series. The whole series is great! I love the characters and the character development. Hope's world building is extraordinary. I fully expect this world to exist somewhere in the universe. The aliens are hunky, hot and honorable and the human women are kickass ladies. I binge read the whole series and now I'm going to start the Arcav Alien Invasion series.
And the story continues. There isn’t a lot of surprises by this point.
What does surprise and irritate me is that there is a way for people on the planet to travel off planet, but it never seems to cross anyone’s mind that the earth women could get off planet via an eatables port on planet. Ugh. WTH?!?!
Starting to get a little bored with this….but I’ll keep going and likely jump to the other new series as well.
