This book consists of detailed sections and chapters that distinguish between the ways and steps you can follow to future-proof your career and the ways and steps you can follow to future-proof your company by adapting and evolving in this fast changing technological environment (artificial intelligence, digitalization etc).
The author writes in a simple language that people that are not aware of these concepts can easily understand them and at the same time clearly tackles successfully all the areas. I liked that he also mentions both success/inspirational and failure stories that we can learn from and that he lists various powerful questions that we can ask ourselves.
I would recommend it to people that are anxious about their career and/or business future in this fast changing technology world we live in and want to find ways on how to adapt and grow.

Solid 3.5 stars. Reads like a great pep talk getting you and your company ready before a big game. There are some interesting examples, and the main premise is that we need to be constantly innovating… ourselves, our companies, our products, etc…
The book does leave more questions than answers, but I think that’s by design any way. I would have loved to hear more about final outcomes of some of the examples or maybe times that innovation has not worked so well too.
For such a quick read, I definitely recommend for those in business.

Maulik explains what the disruptive forces are and how they will impact your career and company in the next decade. Maulik then goes on to outline ways to futureproof your career and company. If you want to unleash your full potential instead of being left behind, then you need to read this book!

This was a very informative book. It makes you think about your current job/career and makes you question the future potential (or not) of your job/career and if it will stand the test of a future world where AI can do repetitive tasks and replace your job.

There is lot to embrace in this book for not only business leaders, but for everyone regarding careers, inspiration and the future. I finish it considering my own aspirations and how I may be able to bring them to fruition. @goodreads
