Hot damn this book was hot. If you like sex and a man that knows what he want and no games.(well a little cat mouse never hurts lol) this is the book for you beside where can you go wrong picturing Mr Orlando the silver fox as Pierre. Well shit where is my fan I need to cool my self off. MUST READ OF YOU NEVER READ ANYTHING ELSE.

Romance of equals

An absolutely addictive story. When you are hired to protect your bosses daughter but she has other plans. Will you be strong enough to stand your ground or will your heart take over? Lizzie Lioness delivers with a gripping, non-stop action romance that you will not want to put down.

Good but not my cup of tea
Let's start by saying I love Lizzie Lioness and her writing style, I however am not a huge fan of large age gap romances. That is the main reason for the 4 out 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐. It is a great story that has a nice twist at the end. This might not be my favorite story, but on the pepper scale it is hot! Like between a cayenne pepper and orange habanero! Seriously spicy!
Winter is an independent woman that is forcibly moved back home for her own safety. Her father has paid a private security company to keep her, and her parents safe. It is someone that works for this company that she finds herself drawn to like a magnet. Pierre, is a man that gets what he wants and has the respect of all those who work with him, except Winter. Their relationship is one that is fraught with disrespect, hostility and sexual tension. The question becomes once all the secrets are revealed will both still feel the same.
I recommend this book to those who enjoy the age gap romances, mafia stories, and a bit of a mystery! The sex scenes are SUPER hot! If you don't enjoy dominant/submissive scenes, this book is NOT for you!

I've only read a handful of bodyguard romance books, but I'd put "Protection Detail" high among the ones I've enjoyed. This one has a relatively large age gap. Pierre is described as a "silver fox" about 45 and twice the age of Winter, the daughter his security company is hired to protect.
Due to some safety issues with Winter's father, she must move back with her family under watch protection until things improve. Pierre ends up guarding her due to firing the previous guard. The flirtation is spice and funny simultaneously, and the sneaking around they must do is steamy. There is some OW drama, but I felt Pierre manages it well.
Pierre has secrets that he fears sharing, which will change everything moving forward with them. I thought "Protection Detail" was an enjoyable read with an interesting plot.

Bodyguard Romance
I really enjoyed this dark Mafia bodyguard age gap romance . When Pierre is taken on to protect Winter they don’t hit it off he think she’s a brat and she thinks he’s a ahole. It was fun hearing Winter taunt Pierre and I laughed at her tenacity . The plot was great as were most the characters .

Wow
I hate leaving bad reviews, but this book just wasn’t it. The plot made no sense, and it was as if the author just wanted everything in one book. Very, very, hard to follow. I just forwarded to the end and called it a day.

A very hot and passionate action romance witch combine sex love and the thrilling of dealing with Mafia issues.

Had to dnf at 57%
The spice was good the the plot wasn’t doing it for me. It was all over the place. This was a reread for me and I wanted to see how I would feel about it now that I’ve read a shit ton of spicy books.

This book was everything I was looking for! I don’t usually like mafia books but wow. I’m now going to buy a physical copy I have to own this one. Perfection!

DNF'd at 22% - Several continuity errors, chapter to chapter transitions were jarring and sometimes hard to follow. The premise of this book was so promising, but I couldn't get past the writing.

I loved this story and the sequel as a rom com story it is juicy and well written, as well as thought out with a great plot a few twit and of course answers the age old question age and experience vs young and not so experienced which is better and a few surprises
