This cookbook has a bunch of recipes that look like great things to try from the description and ingredients list. Sadly, the instructions for most of them are sadly lacking... In many if not most cases the directions don't even tell you what to do with all the ingredients! Some of them I've tried by assembling the ingredients listed and guessing what to do with the rest, and those have been fine. Sometimes I've been able to do a search and found a recipe online similar enough to pull a dish together, but many are still untried because of that vagueness.
