An easy-to-follow guide to planning and prepping meals in advance. Includes practical tips and strategies for saving time, eating healthier, and enjoying yummy homemade food. It’s a good read for anyone who wants to start with meal prep or has started but got stuck. The book also offers information on some of the popular diets, which I appreciate. I learned a few new things.
