This handbook is simply amazing. If you are looking into making your own tiny house or buying one, this book is for you. It gives legalities of owning a tiny house, size and layouts, construction tips, pricing, and more. While I'm not an expert on tiny houses nor do I own one, I do find it to be an interesting topic. I can see myself reading this book again if I end up trying to construct a tiny home. The only downside is it is a product of its time, and things like pricing is something which changes frequently.

Very impressive book on building homes. The author’s knowledge, resourcefulness and vision shine throughout the book. A thorough book on design, building codes and best practices. The section on building codes is especially insightful because he examines the physics/reasoning behind each code.
