My Rating- 4.8/5 🌟

My review📚

📖I have read a lot of spy novels but inevitably this is the best one in the genre. I have become fan of the author and i cant wait to read more from him

📖The title and the front of the book, in the wake of perusing the story I feel the title and cover accomplished their work consummately.

📖Like the title and the cover were viable with one another and were absolutely pertinent to the story.

📖I truly like the cover actually; I am certain all of you will get that in the wake of perusing the story.

📖The name of the character is Nancy Gault, who is a pianist and plays at concerts in America.

📖Nancy Gault, an American professional piano player, and an agreement usable with a stealthy association represent considerable authority in deaths, is matched with individual specialist, and British subject,Robert Monday.

📖She is also specializing in assassinations and for a assignment she is partnered with another agent by the name of Robert Monday.

📖Interaction with the US Ambassador and CIA, Chief of Station is full of issues as Gault and Monday before long become the pursued, rather than the trackers.

📖They are given a task to end a high positioning Director of the Chinese Communist ILD; International Liaison Department-an association engaged with a wide scope of clandestine exercises hindering toward the West.

📖What happens next is all to read for, I can assure you one thing your interest for the story will keep on increasing and you will have eagerness of what will be happening next.

➡️I thought the book had great pacing and the plot was very enjoyable. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading cause it just a really fun book overall.

Synopsis: Nancy Gault is an American concert pianist and a contract operative with a clandestine organization specializing in assassinations. She is paired with a fellow agent, Robert Monday, to terminate a high-ranking Director of the Chinese Communist International Liaison Department (ILD); an organization involved in a wide range of covert activities detrimental to the West. Interaction with the US Ambassador and CIA, Chief of Station, is fraught with problems as Gault and Monday soon become the hunted, instead of the hunters.

The Good: This book took me on a high-speed, “What the hell just happened?” adventure. It was filled with a well-thought-out plot and a twist that I didn’t see coming. Every action scene played out in my mind like a mission impossible movie, minus Tom Cruz, lol. Robert Monday was my favorite character. I enjoyed his casual but cruel personality.

The Bad: As the book moved along, It began to get a bit difficult to differentiate who was saying what during the dialogue. I wish the author would have given the reader a few more action words to describe if it were Nancy or Robert speaking. It didn’t happen often, but when it did, I was confused.

The Ugly: OMG, The ending!!! After everything, I went through with Nancy and Robert the ending blew my mind. I’m still trying to pick up my jaw from the floor.

Overall: I rate this book a 4 out of 5. Harris L. Kligman told a great thriller. It had action, suspense, and betrayal. The story gave you everything, and more, to expect from this genre. I enjoyed this novel and I highly recommend this book!

My Review ;)

🌼Beginning with the title and the front of the book, in the wake of perusing the story I feel the title and cover accomplished their work consummately.

🌼Like the title and the cover were viable with one another and were absolutely pertinent to the story.

🌼Nancy Gault, an American pianist and contract soldier for an illegal murder organization, was raised with fellow British companion Robert Monday.

🌼You must fire the senior director of the International Organization of the Chinese Communist Party. The Office of International Relations is an organization that is engaged in various secret activities that are dangerous to the West.

🌼The stationmaster is in trouble as Gault and Montag, not the hunters, immediately follow him, communicating with the US and CIA ambassadors.

🌼Loaded with misdirection and dishonesty, the expertise of Kligman to pen spies' covert and mystery activities is conceivable and hypnotizing.

🌼His target approach of each particular furnished me with just the right equilibrium of shading to discover love with the Nancy Gault and Robert Monday characters.

🌼I have perused a great deal of spy books yet definitely this is the best one in the class.

🌼Each of the different sections resembles a Blacklist scene or a comparative government agent arrangement. I was snared to the story and was sitting tight for whats next.

🌼Read the book and appreciate. I don't have any desire to be a spoiler so without breaking any tension ,I would demand all of you to peruse this book.

This is the second book that I read from this author and it is equally entertaining. (I previously read The Shaolin Covenant). I like that the books are completely independent of each other. I am so impressed with how the author builds his characters from people he met in his past life as a US Army Intelligence Officer. Even though his books are fictional, they feel very plausible. This book has a very strong, independent and complex female protagonist — Nancy Gault. She can be rough around the edges at times but she definitely has her reasons and I grew to admire her towards the end of the book.

Thanks to Goodreads and Harris Kligman for my copy of this book. The story fairly rollicked along, but oh my gosh, I was so distracted by the lack of editing! I’d have enjoyed the story much more without those errors
