I'm loving this series, I was so happy to go back to Berry Lake.

In the first book our main characters just rediscovered their friendship after 15 years, now in Tiaras & Teacups we get another glimps into these women's lives and the deep feelings that bond them together.

Juliet part of the story is my favourite, her character drew me in from the beginning and seeing her grow stronger chapter after chapter pulled at my heartstrings, making me shed some tears and also smiling.

Melissa McClone created a nice world, where these women support each other and they are always ready to lend a hand. It was such a pleasure to follow their journey, these books just get better and better you don't want to miss them.

I recommend to read Cupcakes & Crumbs before this because it is a follow up of the first story and we see again all the characters from that book.
There is a new cliffhanger at the end that made me so curious I can't wait to get next book.

Five woman, all very different, reunited after fifteen years. Now they stand together to support each other.
Great second book in this series, following the ups and sometimes downs in their life. Just wanted to read the next book right away. Best to start with the first book to follow the lives of these friends.

Tiaras & Teacups picks up exactly where Cupcakes & Crumbs left off, which was exactly what I was hoping for, since book one leaves us with quite a few unanswered questions. Sadly, the answers to some of those questions are more heartbreaking than what I was expecting, but the trials that each friend is going through brings them, and the reader, even closer into the Posse's circle, continuing the flesh out each character, and bring us deeper into their worlds.

Juliet has a major role in this book, as the story begins with her world being completely turned upside down. Reading her story was both empowering and freeing, while also being deplorable, all thanks to her verbally abusive and manipulative husband Ezra, and her domineering and self-absorbed grandmother. Both of these heartless characters had me audibly growling at the pages, which shows great writing on Melissa's part, and I hope to see them both get what they deserve in future books, but will have to patiently wait and see what happens. Seeing Juliet grow so much in this novel was refreshing, and I hope that as the series continues that we will get to see her grow and develop even more. She is the sweetest character, and truly deserves nothing but the best.

Watching Nell navigate a new relationship was humorous, and gave some much-needed comic relief to an otherwise heavier novel, what with her seemingly dating two guys just to keep her mom off her back, and one of them being her polar opposites. The adventures they go on had me giggling, as I was with Nell all the way. There's no way I would've done what she did!

Selena is there to give support to the other members of the Posse, though she too is also dealing with a personal struggle that she is keeping to herself, but she felt more like a side character in this novel. I really hope she gets more of the spotlight in a future book, as I adore the scenes with her and her husband. Talk about #relationshipgoals!!!

Missy is in recovery the entire book, and is not always the best patient, which isn't surprising given her character, but she also shows growth throughout the book, and is more motivated than ever to getting the cupcake shop up and running again. I honestly cannot wait to see where her imagination takes the shop!

While Nell, Selena, and Missy are all dealing with their own issues, they all pale in comparison to the situations Juliet and Bria find themselves in. Just like Juliet, Bria's world is also upended when her father is arrested, and being held as a possible suspect in the cupcake shop fire. Not only was she already trying to deal with her relationship with her father, but now she is fighting to find out the truth, not knowing what to believe anymore, and honestly I was with her. There is still so much mystery surrounding who is behind the fire, putting even more tension on the story as a whole, and still leaving questions unanswered, but that's not all Bria is going through. She is also blindsided with a major change at her job, as well as her and Dalton navigating the waters of their budding relationship. I do have to say, those two are adorable together, and there are several scenes that had me swooning.

Tiaras & Teacups leaves you with quite the cliffhanger at the end, which I was not expecting at all, and I loved it, while hating it at the same time. I love a good surprise, but I hate thatI have to wait until April 2022 to find out what happens next!! What am I going to do until then?? Since I haven't finished The Beach Brides/Indigo Bay miniseries yet, which is a prequel to the Berry Lake Cupcake Posse series, I think I'll go back and read those.

I cannot rave enough about this series!!! The Posse is just incredible, and I love seeing women uplifting other women through tough times. This is what we all need right now!! And can we all just stop for a moment and appreciate how insanely delicious the cover is?! Oh my gosh!! I am still dreaming about attending one of Juliet's tea parties!

When we left Juliet in Cupcakes and Crumbs she had just come home from her first Tea Party event. She was surprised to find her husband Ezra was home even more so with the bombshell he dropped.

From the moment Ezra was introduced I didn't like him at all, he's a pompous jerk after all. As this book opens he just proves my point. He not only informs Juliet that Remy is pregnant and he would be marrying her, but has the audacity to expect her to stay as nanny and housekeeper. While Juliet is stunned, she certainly isn't going to stay, she's got friends here in Berry Lake, she'd get through whatever Ezra throws at her.

Bria and Selena had returned to their respective homes, Missy is getting closer to being discharged from the hospital and trying to bribe Nell with cupcakes that won't hasten the process.

Big changes await Bria as she returns to her life in San Diego and she finds herself in a position to make some decisions she might have put off.

Selena is as always a rock, with her hockey star husband Logan Trembley and their routines.

Juliet needs to get out of the house quickly and start her life without Ezra but first she needs to contact her friends.

With the wheels in motion for her divorce Juliet with help from Charlene, Sabine, her husband Max, and Sheridan with her husband, Michael helping getting Juliet moved into Elise's house goes quickly and efficiently. There was of course a confrontation with Ezra but that was to be expected.

There's a lot that happens in this book, a new neighbor for Juliet, Roman the new veterinarian and his daughter, more Nell and Gage with the addition of the paramedic Welles, more of Brie and Dalton too. Some never ending drama with Ezra, Remy and even Juliet's grandmother Penelope Jones gets in the act.

Juliet also gets a couple of housemates, Charlene brings Butterscotch, Elise's cat to Juliet thinking the cat would much rather be in his own home than her condo. Then Mrs. Vernon a friend of her grandmother's brings her dog Lulu. She's going into assisted living and the dog can't come with her. An interesting development that includes Roman.

I loved this book so very much. There is so much growth with each of these characters. I really can't wait for the next book in this series.

Tiaras and Teacups is an emotional, tug at your heart strings, sweet women’s fiction story by Melissa McClone, book two in her Berry Lake Cupcake Posse. This is the second part of a story about friends who lost touch over the years, reunite and realize they are stronger together than apart.

Juliet Monroe’s world was turned upside down by her husband’s news. She needed to leave behind her husband, her trophy wife identity and her home behind; making ends meet as an event planner. With the help and support of her friends she moves to Bria’s aunt’s house, discovers a handsome new neighbor, and offers to help throw the perfect birthday party for his grieving niece. Juliet wants to get her life back on track and hopes this party might just do the trick. She will need the help of the Cupcake Posse; but they too are struggling with their own problems. Missy is recovering from the injuries she sustained in the fire at the cupcake shop. Nell is trying to stop her mother’s matchmaking efforts dating an adrenaline junkie. Selena is attempting to make things work out for her friends and herself. Then there’s Bria who ends up having to deal with obstacles she never anticipated while trying to save her late aunt’s bakery. This story continues following the Cupcake Posse as they work together facing the difficulties of life, loss, and love. They continue to help each other, never losing sight of the importance of friendship and family, hoping that it will be enough to save the Berry Lake Cupcake Shop.

Ms. McClone wrote a wonderful, heartwarming, and moving story that is not to be missed. I loved the connections these characters made with each other and how compassionate they feel about the cupcake shop. I highly recommend Tiaras and Teacups to other reader. Note: this story ends in a cliffhanger(s) and will be completed in book three.

Book town the Berry Lake Cupcake Posse is just as great, if not even better than the first! All of our favorite posse members are back, but most of the storyline centers around Juliet. I loved her journey of growth from being tossed aside for a younger model to standing up for herself in both her job and her personal life.
This little town is certainly interwoven with all sorts of vines that occasionally make me sit back and try to untangle in my brain! I really want to learn more about Missy’s story, but each of these women leaves an impact on the reader. I just want them all to be happy and fulfilled, wherever that path may lead them.
Wonderful job by Melissa McClone to not only create compelling individuals but to weave them into a tight friendship bond that even years apart cannot break. If only all women could be counted on to raise up other women in this world!
I cannot wait for the next one and I highly recommend this fantastic book, and series, to those who enjoy brilliant storytelling.

I always enjoy Melissa McClone’s stories and this is no exception; however, I did find it a little too busy. Everyone has something going on... an impending divorce, suspicion from a fire, being layed off, a fake boyfriend and a general disquiet. There were times that I struggled to follow because I wanted continuations a specific storyline rather than jumping to one of the other characters stories. This starts out with Juliet and story and her horrible, abusive, cheating, soon-to-be ex-husband. It is nice to see her developing a backbone and getting rid of the people who do not bring any positive value into her life. All of the posse is in here with various stories and the book ends with a surprise, which means I need to wait for the next one and hope that it has some resolutions

Oh my goodness! This book is so good! I really like this author, which is the only reason I would want to read a three book story. This book was even better than the first one in the series, but maybe because we are getting more into the story, and the story is so good!
It was great seeing the Cupcake Posse again. Even though it had been many years since they were all together, their friendship is stronger in this season of their lives. And I loved seeing how they helped and supported each other. There are so many nuances, twists and turns, and surprises in store for you inside the pages. I could not believe all that has happened. It is so hard to wait for the next book to come out, but I trust it will be so worth the wait!

I enjoyed reading Tiaras and Teacups. I loved how Juliet made those little girls feel like princesses at their birthday tea parties. The love and support between the members of the Cupcake Posse is something that I think we all would enjoy having. I found the main characters to be likable. Melissa McClone writes in an easy to read style. The plot had some definite twists and turns. Everything is not all tied up at the end of this book.
As a Christian, I didn't like one of the character's views on marriage. The "It's for a time and then move on." attitude doesn't sit well with me. I am not talking about leaving cheating, lying, abusive scum, I mean, spouses.
I am curious about what happens and would probably read the next book in the series.
I received a complimentary copy and am sharing my opinion of this well-written book.

It was such fun returning to Berry Lake to find out what has happened to the Berry Lake Cupcake Posse. It was so interesting to see how life had brought them back together to pick up their friendship from fifteen years ago. Their lives sounded so interesting and so different.

I enjoyed that more of the Posse was returning home for good. I also enjoyed the mysteries and surprises and I cannot wait to find out how everything wraps up in the third book in the series. I especially liked all of the characters and how they are growing and becoming more independent because of life, circumstances, and Selena's podcasts. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

When Juliet’s life destructs she finds the new beginning that she needs with the help of her friends as not only do they help her secure a place to live but they are there to help her start her career as an event planner. Her first event is planning a birthday party for her neighbor’s niece and because of the circumstances it needs to be everything a girl dreams of and more.

Each of the woman in this group are facing their own challenges, either personally or professionally. Despite whatever challenges they are facing they are there for each other and show that with the support of each other they can handle anything that life throws at them and leaves us wanting more of this group of strong women.

My wish for everyone is that they all have some friends like these! I loved this book as much as the first. Melissa McClone has written a wonderful set of characters. The story pulled me in from the beginning and I was sad for it to end. I enjoyed every moment of this book. Each character is on her own journey, but the strong friendship makes the hard parts easier and the good parts sweeter. The book has all the emotions. I feel so invested in what is going to happen next. I'm already chomping at the bit for the next book in the series. I received an advance copy of the book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I really feel a connection to the Berry Lake Cupcake Posse and love their bond of friendship that has lasted so many years and knew as soon as I started reading "Tiaras and Teacups" that I would not be able to put the book down until I read the last word and I loved every second of it! Ms. McClone really knows how to bring characters to life and her stories are sweet, emotional, heartwarming and leave you wanting more. I can hardly wait to see what happens next in the lives of Juliet, Missy, Nell, Selena and Bria. I received an advance reader copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my review. I liked it so much, I purchased a copy because I definitely want to read it again.

I really enjoyed this book a lot!

There were definitely surprises in this one that I didn’t see coming, and some that I did but didn’t care because the build up was everything it should have been.

An overall great continuation to the series with a hint more of romance, the importance of finding yourself and what you are capable of (like with Juliet), and those GASP moments!

I definitely recommend this book (and series, more importantly) to anyone who loves Melissa McClone, YA contemporary, small town, friendship stories, and just the right amount of romance. I’d even verge on saying mystery lovers may enjoy it because there are moments and dashes of mystery to the story as well!

What a group of friends. I really enjoyed reading about their individual lives as well as their coming together for each other. Juliet's part of the book really captured my attention. She proved to be such a strong person and I can't wait to see what happens next - especially with the guy next door. Changes are made and secrets are revealed. The ending left me saying What??????? A definite jaw dropping ending. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

What a great read. I have truly enjoyed this series so far. I loved reading about this group of friends. You could feel how much they cared about each other and what was going on in each others lives. It shows us that in life we can get support from our family and our friends. This book for me was an emotional read. This book showed me that no matter what struggles we have in life there is a helping hand. I cannot wait to see what happens next.

The Cupcake Posse has returned in true sisterhood. This is a heartwarming tale of how these friends stick together through thick and thin. They find themselves getting stronger with their bond of friendship.

This is a sweet woman's fiction with a few hints of romance. It shows how strong woman friendships can be through many aspects of life. This is the second book in the series and ends in a cliffhanger. I can't wait to read the next book. Also you need to read the first book to fully understand this friendship.

This book has been a page turner from the beginning! You know it’s a great read when you get up in the middle of the night to read until you are done but the battery on your devise gets too low and forces you to stop 😩 now I have finished it and I have to wait for the next book to be released so I can finish the trilogy.

These two books have been wonderful. I love reading about the Berry Lake Cupcake Posse. These women are solid friends. I can hardly wait for the next chapters of the lives of these amazing friends. ♥️

Juliet, Missy, Nell, Selena, and Bria, known as the Cupcake Posse, try and help each other cope with problems in their lives. Juliet's marriage is all but over, Missy is recovering from injuries from a fire, Nell is trying to find happiness without her mother's meddling, Selena is pondering her future, and Bria is fighting to save her aunt's bakery. I love books about friends and family and this is exactly what I get from this book. Excellent characters each with his or her own unique personality. Beautifully written story had me turning the pages. Definitely recommend!

This series just keeps getting better!! I’ve never been a really hugh fan of woman’s fiction but this is one of the BEST I’ve ever read!! Right from the beginning of this story you FEEL what these friends are going through and your right there with them. I LOVE that!! This story brings the highs and lows we all have experienced but their is also loads of positives and happiness to go along too. If you enjoy women’s fiction you DO NOT want to pass up this story!!

I love being back with the Cupcake Posse. These characters go together so well even though they are all so different, or are they? I felt like I was right there with them as they go through this thing called life. I can feel the love they have for each other. I think we would all love to have a posse we could count on. I am loving this series and I can’t wait to see what happens next. I received an ARC of this book, but my opinion is my own.

Great follow up to the first book

First, this is not a stand alone book. You really need to read the first book to get the back story on all of the characters and to understand their current relationships.
The first chapter had me so angry at Ezra that I had to keep reading. By chapter 6 I was cheering for Juliet! I loved watching all of the characters grow and I can’t wait to see where this goes in the next book!

Wonderfully warm!

A great read, I had a happy feeling afterwards, and there’s more coming. Yes, a cliffy, but the next book is out so I don’t have to wait. This is not a standalone, start with book 1. I loved this book, well written, and very more-ish. The tone is light yet with depth, fun yet complicated. With 5 main characters, it could get confusing quite easily, but that isn’t the case, so, well done!

Cute read

This is the second book in the Berry Lake Cupcake Posse series. Life sure takes lots of twists and turns for the women who have been friends ever since working together at the cupcake shop. It’s a fun, quick read and I’m looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
