I have followed Kiki for a while on social media. My veggie friend gifted me this book bc she loves it so much. I think it is very informative and concise. Great recipes. I love her cheese sauce! I can put it on lots of things. I lose weight when I eat on this plan. Recipes are easy and taste good. She has good energy and a good vibe. I recommend checking it out!
Simple, nothing complicated about this book. Very straightforward explanation about plant based eating and very doable recipes that actually look appealing and sound tasty to me. Good place to start if you are a beginner like me.
This is an excellent cookbook to go along with The Starch Solution. Simple plant based, whole foods that helped the author lose and keep off 70 pounds. The cheese sauce is amazing!
Got this beautiful cookbook and the whole.middle section of the book is missing! Ordered from Amazon, posted a message about it and heard nothing back. Basically 2/3 of the book was excluded in a binding or printing error.
Kiki, she is so inspiring to want to live a healthier life! The recipes are pretty good, some better than others. I like following her on Instagram for inspiration and some of those recipes are better than the ones in here. Or maybe I enjoy her showing me how quick and simple the recipes can be.
