This was lent to me as part of my effort to further my knowledge and attachment to the country which has been my home for some 26 years... Every two pages explore something about Switzerland, whether it be the history of chocolate or the Alps, ranked by altitude, or immigration and emigration statistics. A few of the presentations were not as clear as I would have wished - specifically the one on tunnels and mountain passes - interesting graphically but not easy to decipher, and I am still not clear on all the information given despite a (rather cursory) legend. The tone was generally light-hearted and it was informative as a complement to my other reading.
