This is a fabulous paranormal romance! I loved it!!! It is fun and very entertaining.. I just hate putting C.D. Gorri's books down.. Amazing characters and the imagery is top-notch as always!

Ah, I can’t stop smiling! My cheeks hurt! This book just made me feel so good! I held off reading this book until Thanksgiving because I knew that I would need to cheer and something to make me feel good. Knowing it was a C.D. Gorri book I knew I had nothing to fear and I was 100% correct! Her tigers was the first series of books that got me introduced to her work. Elissa’sbook was nothing short of amazing and in that book was a horrible woman named Pamela. She was a wretched poor soul and I’m so happy as the series went on things turned around for this woman because she was a victim. Now she has her own book and was visited by our resident matchmaker Gerri Wilder! Boy, what a match did she get! Osito was the purrfect match for her! Javi was the perfect gentlbear for her and her cub Paulie. That lil tike needed a man in his life and his Christmas list just made my heart ache. He reminds me of my lil K bear that I lost. He too was selfless and would worry about others before himself. Sighs, I need to focus on the review before I start crying. Pamela and Javi had beautiful chemistry, even though Pamela had some reservations and self doubt but what do you expect? She was victimized and abused so bad, not to mentioned the things she had to do. So it truly was a wonderful healing story for her. Gorri truly knows how to bring out the true meaning of love, healing. Family. Fellowship and togetherness in her books. I swear I love this woman. She knows how to reach into her readers hearts and minds and just tenderly stroke these muscles and soothe the aches and pains. This book was also filled with lots of laughs and tender sweet moments as well between Javi and Paulie. Watching them build that bond really touched my soul as well. I feel that I’ve come full circle with the tigers, yet I still find myself wanting a bunch more books.... but like I said, this is Gorri we’re talking about. I will always want anything she writes. Grab this book and inhale it! It’s such a tender, touching book and purrfect for the holiday season. It’s just filled with such good vibes, passion and family times. Finding peace and love
How exciting that Pamela finally gets her second chance! Of all the characters of the pride Pamela and Paulie are the ones I wanted to see find their HEA. The author did such a fantastic job of getting the entire pride involved, with a little help from Gerri, in making sure that these three celebrated home for Christmas. I especially love that one of the younger members stuck up for someone they used to condemn, it warmed my heart to see the change from the first book. This author continues to draw me in with her writing and amazing characters, and I can’t wait to see what she brings us in the new year.

Gerri is getting her invitations for one of her yearly Christmas parties when she is struck by her matchmaking feeling. Her honorary nephew Javier is moving to the US to stay and she suddenly realizes she knows his perfect mate.

Pamela is a tiger who is ashamed of her past. Thinking she was in love, she allowed her lover to abuse her and change her into a mean woman. He even made her hide their child. Now that he is gone, she is free to be the woman she was always meant to be and a great mom. However she feels undeserving of her better life. She is shocked when her pride leader tells her that she has been invited to Gerri Wilder's Christmas party as a representative of their pride.

Javier has moved to the US after his parents died and his older brother inherits everything. He has always loved the US and picks it to be his new home. He plans to ask his Aunt Gerri to help him find a place to live and she invites him to a party. After he arrives, he is shocked to realize that his mate is there. He tracks her down and they have a hot passionate evening but Pamela runs. He tries to convince her that they can be together but she feels undeserving and wants to protect her son from hurt. Javier decides to follow her and prove he is the perfect mate and father .

This is a shifter story of a Tiger (Pamela) and a Bear (Javi). Pamela was hurt, abused, and used by someone that was claiming to be her mate. Javi isn't looking for a mate. He moves to the States and his Aunt owns a dating site. Little does Pamela nor Javi any idea that they are fated mates and Aunt Gerri gets the feeling that these two need to meet since they are fated, mates. Pamela does not want to go to the gala but she is pretty much forced to go to represent the Pride she belongs to. When Javi enters the gala he realizes that his mate is there. When he finds Pamela she runs. He follows her and she does not want to have a mate as she does not feel she should have one and doesn't want her son to get hurt. Will Pamela let Javi into her heart and be her fated mate or will she reject him for her son and her sake? Grab this story and find out what all happens. It is a great story you will love it.

She deserves to be happy...

Pamela, was quite a interesting character that we've meet in the past and I was really excited to see her stepping up to the proverbial plate.
She had plenty to prove and more importantly plenty to make up for Pamela wanted to be the best mom for her son because he deserved the best.
When low and behold she's asked to step up and attend a soire on behalf of their Pride.
As much as she wanted to say no, nope and in form of the word no.
Fate was about to shake up her world in the form of a mate she never expected.
However with her rotten history will she let the past dictate her future? Or can she expected that she really deserves more?

Pamela & Javier

We met Pamela in previous books. Pamela is still trying to make up for things she has done. She is not ready for a mate as she does not think she is worthy. She has done stuff because of a male that she thought could be her mate until he made her have sex with others.

Javier is moving to the states and visits Ms Gerri wanting to find his mate. She tells him just to have his stuff packed and ready to move when he ask about a small town to move to.

When he meet Pamela he just knows.

This one has drama, action. Steamy scenes. I love these PDA stories

Really good book. I would say you would need to read previous in the series but the authour really explained the past situations with characteristics and plots. So everything blended really well together I love the single mum no nonsense approach she gives the female lead. And the fact its a follow on of the Paranormal dating agency series from milly taiden I cant go wrong. In a nutshell this is for anyone who loves shifters hot alpha men women who take no nonsense and will stand their ground to no end and protect their young!!

Pamela is trying to make up for a past she regrets when she meets Javier. I liked this Paranormal Dating Agency tale. I felt like I understood Pamela's regrets and how she felt like she needed to repair her past. Javier is just what she needs to start believing in herself as long as she can accept that she is worthy. The story flows at the right speed and the story is just the right length.

I enjoyed reading Purrfectly Naughty a good addition to the series. The storyline is enjoyable with small town charm, family, gossip and love. I believe a story is only as powerful as its characters and Javier and Pamela leaped from the page. I love stories where the hero and heroine are immediately drawn to each other, but have to overcome their own fears in addition to external obstacles. If you enjoy romances that are sizzling and heartfelt, I highly recommend this book.

he wasent really looking for a mate, and she had been hurt before by a male who claimed he wanted to be her mate, but his aunt Gerri matchmaker extroidenaire had her hand in the mix and fate would not be denied.
this was a great little christmas themed read filled with fun, emotion and plenty of steam.

I'm definitely a sucker for a Paranormal Dating Agency book and this one was no different. I didn't blame her one bit for being cautious and think it actually made for a better relationship that she didn't just give in and say yes. I loved his patience when it came to letting her decide when they were complete. Good read!

Purrfectly Naughty by C.D.Gorri is book 5 in the maverick pride series,and takes place at Christmas time.So there is a warmth and feel good vibe to the story,and who better than to have a festive story to find her mate is Pamela.
Pamela was seen as a Villian at the start of this series,but she was a victim of abuse by the man she thought she loved.
The things she went through and was made to do is horrific,it was like she had been brainwashed.But now Pamela was a changed person after escaping the horrors of her past and having therapy...She was finally making a new life for her and her cub Paulie.
This story is like a redemption story and I am so glad Pamela gets her HEA and meets the man who will make her believe in love again.
That man is Javier a bear shifter and Uncle Uzzi's Nephew,who was coming to live in Maverick point.
Yes that's right Uncle Uzzi weaves his magic to bring Pamela and Javier together,and Uncle Uzzi's Christmas Ball was the perfect place for them to meet.
As soon as Javier gets a whiff of Pamela's scent he knows without a doubt that she is his mate.
Pamela know he is her mate too but she doesn't want to acknowledge it,with what she had been through Pamela is afraid and finds it hard to trust.
They do spend a very steamy and passionate night together,their chemistry is perfect and Javier wants more...But Pamela only wanted one night because she is scared to be committed to another man.
Javier though is something Pamela did not expect,he is persistant and sweet and does all the right things...He knows what he wants and he wants her.
Narrator Elle Sonali makes this story come to life effortlessly,she is just the ideal actress to tell this story.
Elle is so talented and does an Amazing job at portraying all of the characters in this book and it is a pleasure to listen her.
C.D Gorri has written a lovely story that is adorable to listen to,I thoroughly enjoyed it.

He had always resisted his aunt's attempts at getting him to use her dating agency's service but he has no idea that she has arranged for his fated mate to be at her holiday party. Can this Bear Shifter make all of Pamela’s Christmas wishes come true?

This was a lovely story with a sweet HEA ending. With its focus on the holidays, it is a nice short read to pick up at that time of year to get into the holiday spirit. I loved the way that after an initial bad start Javi was very careful to get Pamela used to the idea of having a mate and to get her son used to a new man being on the scene who would care for him just like a father should. Well written and easy to read. Contains some explicit sexual content.

Everyone deserve a chance at finding love. Pamela Brown is one of the Pride's Tigress who got mixed up with a bad crowd in the past and she made amends that resulted to creating new friends. When Gerri sets her eyes on finding a new pair to match, she intends to make it happen which seems to be a convenient timing since one of his favorite nephew is coming to visit her for the holidays. Pamela was chosen by her Nari to attend the Christmas ball hosted by Gerri and insists to have a little fun at the event. However, little did she know that her mate, Javier will find Pamela as their paths crossed. Pamela does not want to want to have a mate and intends to focus towards her son as she was deeply hurt by her past mistakes. It was not easy to resist the mate bond that keeps pulling them together which leads them to have a passionate night that ends with a bite. I love how Javi accepted Paulie as his own child and you can clearly read the love that he has for the both of them. I am so happy that Pamela finally got a chance to find a mate that she truly deserves and accepts her. I wish we had more scenes showing Paulie with Javier more because they are such an adorable family. HEA ending as always and I enjoyed reading the story until the end.

A Christmas Party is the perfect place to find forever love, right?
Pamela has made a better life for her son and is grateful to her pride for all their support. She doesn't want anything long term but a fling could be nice so she takes on the task of attending the Christmas Party.
Javier may be a bear but he isn't a brute and he will do whatever it takes to win his mate. With a little holiday magic maybe the holidays won't be spent alone for these two.
This was a wonderful holiday story.

Good book!

Pamela has had a troubled past, she was manipulated by the former Beta, Blake, for so long that it took time for her to forgive herself for the way she used to be. Now she has friends, a job she loves, and raising her little boy, Paulie. No more men for Pamela.

When the Nari asks Pam to attend Gerri's famous Christmas Party for the Pride she agrees to go and have fun. But meeting her fated mate wasn't on the menu for her. The following morning, Pam is mated to a bear; so panicked she leaves.

Javier has finally found his mate. But he went about claiming her like an animal. Now he needs to prove to her that he's there for good. So Javi moves to Maverick Point and dates both Pam and her son to win their love.

Pamela is a Tigress. She's made mistakes but has made every effort to atone. Unfortunately she's been left with low self esteem and doesn't feel worthy to get a mate. Javi, a bear, has recently moved to the area and is staying with his honorary aunt, Gerri Wilder, who just happens to be the owner of the Paranormal Dating Agency. If you've read the other books in the series, you'll know Gerri is a no-fail matchmaker. Pamela doesn't feel worthy and Javi hasn't even thought about finding a mate but when they meet, they know it's fated.

This was a fast and easy read. Twists and turns and it was wonderful to see Pamela learn and grow and she developed her own confidence. This is the fifth in the series and is well worth the read. They are standalones but they do have cross characters.

Redemption, Love and HEA

I just love this series, the female mates are just so funny, you’ll be laughing so hard at what they get up to!

Ms Gorri brings you the next storyline in this amazing entertaining series, this time with Pamela and Javier.

Javier is hot and his accent is even hotter, and he melts the pants of Pamela. He knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to go after his mate, but Pamela has issues and cannot believe she deserves her own HEA.

A single Tiger shifter mum and a sexy Bear shifter, a perfect match and you’ll just love their journey into love in this tender, but swoon-worthy read bringing family and friends together with lots of hot stuff in between.

Omg I loved Pamela's story. Javier wasn't exactly looking for his mate, but when he sees her he will do everything in his power to show her the true meaning of mates. Pamela has had a rough go, with her ex's using her and her trying to redeem herself in the prices eyes and raising her son to boot she doesn't have time for anything else. When she spots Javier she's determined to keep her distance. Now if Javier would just help her out but Javier is set in showing her what a good mate and father he can be. Can Pamela learn to open her heart again? Or will she let the past ruin her future as well?

The reason for the 2 star rating:
I think this is the 4th story I've read by this author and the one thing I find as a running theme and the most annoying is the female lead's continuous dwelling on the past. I know self doubt is real, we've all been there, but these are shifters and they (at least in this author's world) can smell lies and have insta connect when they meet their fated mates. Hence, no need for the self doubt, or questioning of the other partner's integrity when praising her. It's totally annoying in this realm. Now, if it was set in the real world - go for all the self doubt and I'd completely relate. But not here.

He goes to her party and meets his mate Pamela. She doesn't want a mate and he is hurt and determined to win her over. What will happen after she leaves? A wonderful story.

Pamela had caused problems in her pride because who she was with brainwashed her, now she is doing great for everyone. Then she was asked to represent their pride at one of Gerri’s holiday gala. Javier just moved to the states and was a honorary nephew to Gerri and was told to be at the ball too. Gerri was a shifter matchmaker with 100% success. Took Pamela awhile to accept that they were mates because of what had happened to her in the past but she did! Another great book by C. D. Gorri!! Love her books!

A short sweet story of a second chance for Pamela and her cub. She was giving a second chance with her pack and she needs to be content with knowing her son is a part of the pac and loved, Pamela doesn't expect more she has gained her self esteem through her support group and hopes to give Paulie a great life. But an unexpected meeting at a holiday party throws her newly reconstructed life on its axis. This is a page Turner with a happily ever after. I love it.
