Deliver Us From Darkness. L.T. Ryan
Mitch Tanner, a Philadelphia Homicide detective. Currently suspended for hitting another detective. Other guy had it coming, deserved it. Mitch is in Colorado looking for his son Robbie. His ex left and took the boy with her. He is being helped by an FBI Special Agent named Bridget. They are extremely close and he agrees to help her on a case if she will help him. Turns out both cases are intertwined. What unfolds is a cult like order run by a psycho ex Air Force Special Forces and a partner in his old unit . Who both run a private security business. This story is a spider web of deceit, lies coupled with non stop action. An excellent read!!

Living Hell
I found this interesting and attention holding until the very last part which was WAY too predictable. The character Cal Stokes is pure evil. Molly realizes she is in a situation of her own making, but she is a very courageous person as well. Fewer surprises than in other of the Author’s works.

This third book of the series was a somewhat bland rendition of the previously explored themes. And the story was told well enough, but, considering it is leading up to Mitch being reunited with his son - there was little to no tension as the story progressed.
While all characters should have depth, including strengths and flaws, I have a difficult time with the other characters being okay with a second death due to Tanner's actions. Instead of revealing a flaw in the character, it shows that the other characters also have the same flaw and accept it, which struck me as off.
Either way, the series lost enough steam in the leadup and conclusion and then took any desire for me to read the next book - so I won't be doing that.

?Mitch Tanner
Mitch Tanner's search for his son and ex-wife have been a work in progress for L.T. Ryan's past two books, but Mitch is finally getting closer in the third book of the series. An F.B.I. agent, Bridget, also reappears in this book to assist in his search as he also assists her in a complicated mysterious case. Its well worth the read, but I would suggest reading the other two books in order prior to reading this one. I have enjoyed this series and can highly recommend it to others.

The Series Just Keeps Getting Better
Once again author L.T. Ryan demonstrates his mastery in writing "thrillers that thrill". Once started I could not stop.
While it could be read as a standalone my recommendation is to read the books in publishing order.

Mitch Tanner Exposed as Caring
Mitch is on the hunt for his missing son and ex. Along the way, he finds himself meeting up with his flame Bridgette, an FBI agent recently transferred from Mitch’s home town. She is involved in a very messy case that proves to cross into Mitch’s search for his son. Lots of action and interactions. ENJOY!

Another good mystery from L T Ryan
Mr Ryan has written so many different books and I like them all. Occasionally,I lose track of which series is which, but that doesn't last long. I like this Mitch Tanner series. He's always close to hot water, but comes through in the end. This one is a tough subject, but he still injects a little humor in here and there.

What is Mitch thinking?
Amazing, fast paced tale full of blood, gory details, many victims, many bad guys. L. T. Ryan had done it again. His writing keeps you interested and alert to the changes that happen with every page. Mitch’s character has more depth in this book and he becomes the hero. You will like every page!

Exciting, lightening fast novel
Chalk up another impressive story from L.T. Ryan. How does he do that? Hate to spoil the fun of reading the book, but I will say that it is everything you want in a book from beginning to end. I would advise reading books 1 and 2 first. Really good book. Want more.

Truly A Suspenseful Read

I really liked Mitch in the first 2 books.And this is just as good. How he can keep all those lines running is amazing. Looking for the next. FYI a kinda police thriller but not. Way more interesting people.

I used to read books like this when l was traveling in the USArmy. Good way to pass time, definitely not snooze material. Been a Jack Noble fan a long time, liking Mitch Tanner a lot.

Love this author
I have read every book available from this author and LOVE them all. Terrific story lines and great characters you have time to get to know thru his series. All his books are page turners.

What can I say about this book that would make you want to read it? Probably not much. Mitch Tanner is a good guy, but don't push him. He's not above extracting his revenge!

Great cop, family, new love story.
Finally gets Bridget! I loved the Mitch Tanner story.
Good competition between the various jurisdictions but all ended well. Great story over several books.

like kissing your sister
I enjoyed the excitement of the story but the ending was like kissing your sister.
Not sure about Tanner’s job or his ex wife. Lots of unanswered questions.

Good one. I liked this, had enough action and suspense, and a pretty happy ending. Hoping for book four. LT Ryan is one of my favorite authors, never a disappointing read. I recommend this series!

The third book in the Mitch Tanner series and definitely the best thus far. Very well thought out and written as all of LT’s books are.
This particular book is riveting and the narrative is excellent.
I can thus highly recommend it to readers of LT Ryan’s books.

getting even better
The first Mitch Tanner was OK, but I went ahead and read the second book, that was much better. This one, the third was terrific, best one yet. Sears used to rank their products, good, better, best. Chalk this one to best

Story not up to Ryan's past books
I thought I had read all, or most of these books but guess not since Cal Stokes is now a bad guy. Enjoyed the earlier books more than this one.
