A New Adult Paranormal Reverse Harem Academy Romance Serial.

One threatening letter, a whole house in disarray.

After Rune received a letter threatening that someone would kill them on their wedding day, Litha and her mates have to reorganise their whole lives. They’ve been living in bliss for the last months, but the letter sharply brings into focus that even though the war is over, they’ll never be truly safe from people wanting to get rid of them. Especially not after the wedding and Bane and Kit’s crownings, when they’ll officially be ruling all the kingdoms at once.

While Terra, a commander from the old dragon rebel army, has declared herself head of the brand new royal security team, Litha and the others want Bastet, the woman who used to protect Litha back in the human world, to become their house manager. Bastet’s first task? Hire staff for the household, and vet them, in just a few weeks, while also coordinating with the wedding planning and other upcoming events.

Between the changes in the household, their classes, and their little family, the lovers have another important thing to take care of, Kit’s birthday, which is only a few days away…

This is the twelfth novella in the Lughnasadh Elite Academy serial, a reverse harem #WhyChoose story. This novella may include any of these elements: steamy scenes, ‘I need tissues NOW’ moments, cries of ‘why, oh, why’ and cliffhangers that make you bite your nails (and curse the author).

This story includes MF, MM and also FF scenes, but everyone is primarily focused on Litha and there are no sexy scenes between the guys and the other girl.

Layla Heart loves sexy romances and has a particular soft spot for broken boys and their damaged girls. When she’s not reading or writing steamy stories, she loves to nap with her two cats, preferably under a fluffy blanket, and play videogames. She has studied literature and creative writing but often finds that the couple of classes she took on coding are much more of a help in this new adventure as an author.

Talk about stirring the pot. Because of threats and not knowing from which direction they will come, security is heightened at every level. Starting at the bottom, the entire household staff is freshly vetted by someone new and then up the ladder they go. Bringing everyone together against their ultimate enemies, performing rituals, and so much more. Love this series and how rich it is with details and intense feelings. Looking forward to the next story.

Litha and her four Kings struggle with all the tasks and start to realize that they have to find help on many levels to delegate their work.
They start with security and finding someone to oversee the household.
Consolidating the kingdoms against their enemies, finishing school and life in general keep the group busy.
An interesting instalment - the 12th of the series - and still no end in sight- Actually the book ends in a kind of cliff-hanger, so the story continues as fast /slow as before.

Steamy and intriguing addition to Litha and her King's story. This is another fast paced installment that has an entertaining storyline. Characters are just as likable if not more, as the series continues. I am excited to read what happens next

Security (Lughnasadh Elite Academy 12) is as engaging and intriguing as the previous 11 books. Layla Hart created a world and characters that engage you, are believable, and relatable. Security picks up where Reality ends and focuses on what the title says on multiple levels. Litha and her Kings are learning more about what it takes to unify and rule their kingdoms. The tensions continue to rise, as do threats against this very unique royal family. This novella has intrigue and a steamy magical ritual that will make you swoon. It ends on a mystery with near explosive reactions from the royals. It sets the stage for an interesting and intriguing next book.

This is another installment on the series about Litha and her four kings. They are trying to get their new rule situated and are clinging to their independence and it is not going so well. This is the story of how they gain some security. It is a good short story. It does leave you wanting more. I recommend it because I enjoyed the story from the very beginning of the series. I can't wait to see what happens next. My only wish is that these stories were longer. :)
