As an avid HOTWORX user, I learned some interesting tidbits

This book accomplishes exactly what I expected. It’s not a stunning piece of literature, but it is a valuable to for someone who goes to HOTWORX regularly and explains a lot of the theory behind what I do and how I workout.

I learned some things, which I hoped to do, so I appreciated this read. If you have no interest in HOTWORX, or no interest in fitness, this book isn’t for you. But if you’re like me and addicted to HOTWORX, or interested in learning more about it, give this a read!
