As the daughter of a single working mother, I have struggled with scarcity. I am actually not sure how I've made it this far without taking a closer look at my relationship to money. This book encouraged me to journal, sketch and think about past experiences that have inflicted trauma to the productive, purposeful and loving use of capital. I appreciate the author Gale West's approach and left with a few poignant realizations and a few more things to work on to switch from a controlling relationship centered around scarcity to one where money and I become partners and truly dance.

A really engaging read

I am not generally a fan of self help books, but this one caught me by surprise. It was very thought provoking and I found it took me on an unexpected journey. The exercises are wonderful and it gave me a deep insight into my own blocks to abundance. The blend of story, psychological insight and archetype make this a mesmerizing experience. If you truly want to change your relationship to abundance this book is a must.
