The book gives you a clear vision and the needed language on how to create pro active teams via connection and clear goals.

Impeccable Leadership wordt heel toegankelijk uit de doeken gedaan in dit prachtige boek. Hoe navigeer je als leidinggevende door de verschillende ontwikkelingsfasen van het team? Welke leiderschapsgedrag is effectief in welke fase? Je krijgt hiervoor duidelijke handvaten aangereikt, zodat het ten goede komt aan de realisatie van je (team)doelen.

Het boek staat vol reflectievragen waardoor je elke fase bij jezelf en/of je team kan onderzoeken. Daarnaast worden er paradoxen beschreven die je op een dieper niveau raken.

Praktisch, duidelijk, meteen toepasbaar, helder, liefdevol,... een absolute aanrader! Ik las het in 1 ruk uit en neem het nog geregeld vast om me te laten inspireren.

After finishing this book, I don’t feel like an impeccable leader, nor do I feel like a leader who has the tools to do so impeccably. The structure of this book is trying for dear life to make a thirteen in a dozen model work. Having said that, there is power in repetition, even though the insights aren’t groundbreaking, keeping them top of mind by reading these types of books can be helpful. It’s easily readable and relatable examples are ample. Though I would redact the examples of Elon Musk and Ghandi being visionary leaders.
