A super collectible series that celebrates the inner fire of everyday girls!
The Treasure Dragon Girls — Quinn, Aisha, and Mei — all have incredible magic inside of them. They can transform into powerful dragons when they visit the Magic Forest. There, they help the forest’s Tree Queen protect this special place against the troublesome Shadow Sprites.
Quinn's jade dragon powers are uniquely suited to help her find the last remaining item that the Shadow Sprites have stolen from the Tree Queen: the Heartstring Violin. The sprites are growing stronger by the hour, but Quinn isn't worried. She is ready to fight back — with the other Treasure Dragons at her side.

I enjoyed this, book 6 : Quinn the jade treasure dragon. It was part 3 of 3 books about the missions for the 3 treasure dragons Mei, Aisha and Quinn (and her sidekick Flutterdash). In this book, Quinn and her Friends needed to find the last stolen treasure, the Heartstring Violin 🎻. In the process Quinn learns more than one important life lesson, being that you must conquer your fears.
This wasn't my favourite of the series, it's still cute, just not as tailored to my personal hobbies/likes as the other books. Looking forward to the next trilogy from these authors.
This was a rather formulaic story with tropes targeted towards young girls. I read it with my 8 year old. Parents will likely not enjoy this as much as their kids do.
Another lovely and inspiring read for young readers. A joy to be sharing the stories with my grandies even though we are miles apart. She tells me we have the next trio of adventures to share soon
This Book is mostly about a girl named Quinn and her friends Mei and Aisha. These girls find out that they are all Dragon Girls. Aisha is the Sapphire Treasure Dragon, Mei is the Ruby Treasure Dragon, and Quinn is the Jade Treasure Dragon.
The setting for this book is the magic forest, it’s full of magical creatures, some are kind and some are not the nicest in the forest.
The leader of this forest is the Tree Queen, she is a tree… not the most exciting thing to be right? Wrong! The Tree Queen is a tree at most of the time but when the Dragon Girls arrive she turns in to a beautiful tree or Queen? I don’t know what or how to tell you what she looks like.
So do you want to know what the Tree Queen looks like? Then read the book and find out!
Quinn is musical, and I love the premise. The characters and storyline are interesting. For the target age group, it’s a wonderful story, complete with magic, a conflict, and a lesson. It isn’t really a standout book in that it follows a basic formula which lacks novelty, but it’s an enjoyable read I think children will like.
This series is divided to into sub series that are 3 books long. Each trilogy follows a group of three friends with each book from one of the girl's point of view.
Read to create a reading comprehension HBE worksheet for my 7yo and 9yo. Rating provided by 9yo.
My 6 year old loves these stories. I liked this one the best of the 3 books. In this last book, they couldn't use their roars, and they had to be creative to complete the quest.
Mara Maze #6 Dragon Girls #6 6th adventure in the series sees a similar tale and well the end I guess of this little series of three books. All fine but nothing that will really be remembered.
Final installment in the Treasure Dragon's trilogy, Quinn has to rescue the magic violin from the Shadow Sprites and return it to the Treasure cave in order to save the magic of the forest. Quinn's uncertainty about her abilities comes out in this book and the story in the forest linked a bit more to her non-dragon life than in some of the other books.
I did like Treasure Dragon adventures a bit more than the Glitter Dragon ones. The adventures were a little more varied and the overall arch of the three stores was more interesting to me personally. The kids definitely are enjoying this series and even though I'm making them take a break to read a non-series book before we start the next in this series, I think it will only make them more excited for it.
