“Their motto? Make money. Have fun. They don’t have time for anything else. Until they met their Pretty Woman.” An Irresistible Small-Town Billionaire Brothers are tall, rich, and hot...and they know it. With their big eyes, chiseled jaw and muscular build - a combination that makes your mouth water. And that smile… The Billionaire’s Frenemy I always thought sleeping with the enemy was just an expression, Until I met Nick Ransom. Greedy, slimy, extraordinaire. And my new landlord… I just didn’t expect the enemy to look so good. With his tall, muscular body and tan skin stretched over his rippling muscles. I couldn’t see all that under his expensive suit, of course… But I could imagine. And did I ever. It was impossible not to. The fate of my shop isn’t the only thing Nick is holding hostage. He seems to get off on how much I hate him. But the real trouble starts when we both start getting off on it. And not just as a figure of speech. I’m like putty in his hands. Will our hot affair consume me and my business alive? The Billionaire’s Girlfriend I’m waiting for my prince charming, But my crush doesn’t want a happy ever after. And I am not about to be another one of his toys. Or could I be? At least just for one night? Because he makes it clear he’s not my fairy-tale ending. So, what’s the problem? Why can’t I just fall recklessly with Damon, with no promise of tomorrow? Because I know something he doesn’t. While hoping for Damon to become my knight in shining armor, I come face to face with a positive pregnancy test instead. Shit. That was not a part of the plan. Will my heart end up as empty and sad as my bank balance by the time he’s through with me? Or can I tame his reckless ways to get the happily ever after I always dreamed of? The Billionaire’s Surrogate What do you say when the hot billionaire guy friend you’ve been crushing on asks you to have his baby? Yes, please. Where do I sign? Joey Williams is filthy rich, smoking hot, and has a killer career. What’s missing? A family. More specifically - kids of his own, minus the wife. And he thinks I’m the perfect woman to be his baby mama. All I have to do is agree to be his surrogate… And the restaurant I’ve dreamed of opening will finally be mine. Have as much sex as possible with a rich hunk I’ve been drooling over? Sign me up. Get my dream career out of the bargain too? I’m in. Until it’s time to actually walk away… No matter how hard we try to resist, we keep falling right through the cracks of our contract and back into bed together. Will my heart inevitably do the same? Better question...Will his? The Billionaire’s Fake Fiancée What do you do when you blurt out a lie to your boss about being engaged? Try to convince a super sexy billionaire, single dad you just met an hour ago to pretend to be your fiancé, of course. Surprisingly, he’s fine with pretending to be my fiancé. Imagine that! Turns out the real problem is … He’s not really a single dad at all. Or the sweet, charming, funny dream guy I thought he was when we met.
Lauren Wood loves to read and write about irresistible alpha males who are naughty and dirty. If you like bad boys, sexy neighbors, billionaires, and swoon-worthy romance, you've come to the right place. Her alpha males are strong enough to make the hard decisions in life, but sweet enough to melt for his mate.

Basic skills of grammar needed to get to the next level
The past tense of grind is ground not grinder. The past tense of thrust is thrust not thrusted. Prepositional phrases end with objective pronouns. Direct and indirect objects also require objective pronouns. The writer spins a beautiful story, quite cohesive at a nice pace and then ruins it with sub par grammar. Get a proof reader or beta reader who actually knows grammar. This is a prerequisite for a successful writer if you want to get to the next level. The dictionary shows the three principle parts of a verb.use it if you are not sure. If you don’t know what the three principle parts are you really need to do a little basic remedial work or get a good proofreader. The 3 parts are . 1. Present tense. 2. Past tense 3. Past participle. The is the form used with auxiliary forms in the perfect tenses. I learned this in high school, which by the way was a public school. I think the author is too good to have inferior grammar. I truly enjoyed this set of books.
This is a fun collection of four previously released books bu the very talented Lauren Wood As I have read them previously here are my individual reviews below THE BILLIONAIRE'S FRENEMY This is the first book in a series all set in the town of Cherry Falls North Carolina a town that has recently become the home to many actors and millionaires Nick and three of his billionaire friends from New York see this has a chance to make even more money and they buy up a lot of the real estate hoping to make a killing When Nick fronts up at Delilah's business telling her he is her new landlord and that her rent is going up she isn't happy and set about rallying the townsfolk against these interlopers Meanwhile the attraction between them is simmering They both don't want anything serious so decide to have a fling The only thing is he using her and what happens when they decide they want more Can they find a way you will have to read to see THE BILLIONAIRE'S GIRLFRIEND This is the second book in this series and like the first "The Billionaire's Frenemy" it is just sheer good fun. With characters you will love you will be engaged until you turn the last page. Lizzy's life is nothing but drudgery she is working two jobs to make ends meet and doesn't seem to be moving forward at all Then she meets Damon he is the second of our billionaires that arrived in Cherry Falls wanting to make a killing in the real estate as the town goes through a boom due to Stars and millionaires moving in. He is a player and isn't really what Lizzy needs at all but she is fed up with the drudgery of her life and decides that a fling is what she needs she just has to make sure she doesn't fall in love with this player. Things are going well until a positive test changes everything now she could have a broken heart and a baby to deal with or will she find that Damon could be the hero she needs THE BILLIONAIRE'S SURROGATE This series as all been great reads they are total stand alone so can be read in any order but do yourself a favour and read them all you won't be disappointed They are fun reads that keep you engaged and have you reading into the early hours of the morning not wanting to put it down. Joey and Angel have had a connection ever since he came to town in fact she has been crushing on Joey big time When a drunken nights leads to them awakening in bed together Joey turns cold and sends Angel on her way But it gives him an idea he wants a family he just doesn't want a wife so he offers Angel a deal she will be his surrogate and he will give her the deed to the property so she can open the restaurant she has always dreamed of. So why can't they walk away from one another and why do they continually end up in bed again Will Joey admit that maybe he wants more than what he is saying. THE BILLIONAIRE'S FAKE FIANCEE What happens when you get two people who both tell lies to get what they want a hilarious read that will keep you entertained until the last page. Kate is having lunch in the park when she meets Ben and his gorgeous baby daughter Olivia she has great fun with them than goes back to her office where she has an appointment with a new contact whose contract she really wants The only problem is they are conservative and want a married person to run their campaign so without a minutes hesitation Kate informs them she is engaged to a single dad. As she then tracks Ben down and asks him to be her pretend fiancee he is quite agreeable to the ruse the only problem is he lied as well he isn't a single dad he isn't a dad at all. Can they work their way through this tangled web and what happens when real emotion gets involved you will have to read to see
This box set is the perfect way to keep the series together or introduce yourself to this world

This box set of small town Billionaire Brothers was a great box set! I love the fact that in each book you learn more about each billionaire brother and their partners and everyone’s story intertwines in some way into the next characters. Each book in the set was sexy, warm-hearted and filled with great characters-and gave a sense of family and togetherness even if they weren’t real brothers. Even the female characters in the first 3 books have that sense of family even though they weren’t sisters and then with the last female character in the last book, she managed to fit right in with everyone too. There were plenty of schemes and love to had in this series!! Hard to put down once you start...you just want to keep reading and seeing each story unfold...I love this series and definitely would recommend it!!
Each one of these stories was good in their own right. Each had a interesting storyline and I found myself reading a few parts a couple of times because I loved the drama that was unfolding. Each of their dramas was different, but yet it all tied in the same.
Now the one main issue I had with the book was the timeline. It was hard to follow, especially with the ages of the children that were in the book. That and one of my biggest pet peeves is when the editors do not catch the big mistakes like using the wrong characters name in the scene and it happened at least 3 times in the last book.
But for the most part they were great stories and you will enjoy reading them.
I only read the first book in this box set. Actually, I kind of skimmed the second half. None of these characters are likeable... none of the guys... none of the girls.
This first book was about Nick and Delilah. Didn't like either of them (I know... I already said that, but it bears repeating). Nick and all of his friends/business partners were super arrogant. (Who just decides to go take over a town?) There was nothing redeeming about his character by the end of the story. Delilah was kind of wishy-washy and a P.I.T.A. There was no real turnaround for her character, either.
Unfortunately, Nick's and Delilah's friends are basically copies of them, so I won't be finishing the rest of this set.
Don't know why only one star was available, but this 3 volume book was definitely worth more than just one ⭐. Billionaire's Frenemy, Girlfriend, Surrogate and Fake Bride were about 4 men who grew up together and were best of friends. They grew up poor and with hard work became Billionaires. They move their business to NC and that's where the fun begins. 3 of the 4 men have very happy ever afters with 3 women who are also best friends. The 4th..... well he's in for an eye opening, and yes a happy ending too. No cheating or cliffhangers in any story, and there's plenty of steamy intimacy scenes. Enjoy 🤓
I liked all of these stories, but think the last two were my favorite. None of the stories had trouble keeping my attention and surprisingly I still found the characters likeable at the end of each of their stories (although admittedly I had my reservations about Ben), but once you know his backstory, he becomes a little more understandable, and ironically his story is one of my favorites. All in all this a good collection of sweet, simple stories that can be a great way to pass the time with a pretty good read
I like the overall feel of the series. Nick and Del were my favorite and then Ben and Kate but at times with Dizzy and Damon and Joey and Angel some times it felt rushed and would jump weeks or months with a reason. I would only read these once.and feel.like I didn't miss them. There could of been more plot but if you want a possible real-life love then this is your series and.I just tend to find a little more fantasy exciting. Over a well rounded series
This box set is sexy, funny and a heart breaker. Lauren Woods knows how to start and end one story while continuing the 2nd story of friendship thru all 4 books. The way friends help each other even with love. I love the way you are pulled into the individual stories right away and the fun you have watching these men and women fall in love. Thank you for the great read.
Excellent Series! I enjoyed every story. Each male was sure they didn't need a permanent relationship until they met the right gal. But bad habits and personal insecurities are not the easiest things to change. They all finally learn that without change you can loose it all...and for the right gal it really is with it!
A very interesting set of books about the billionaire brothers who find a set of women who stand up for what they want in life and willing to fight for their men
This book was exciting, well written. I gave myself the feel of the characters and the stories of they're lives. It was real and passionate. I would definitely read this again.
First time reading this author. These books are great. Each one brings it own "flavor"! Great reads and I truly enjoyed them. Look forward to reading more from Lauren.
I like this author all the stories have a beginning middle snd end can be read alone but make a much better series all characters mingle and form part of each other’s story
I loved all four stories! Even billionaires can learn that they have to earn the love of a strong woman! There are some grammatical errors but not enough to really distract from the story. The editor (s) do need to do better.
