Max Rocks is a fun and educational children's book perfect for becoming acquainted with Mackinac Island's geology and absorbing knowledge about its remarkable rock formations.
It's a great way to learn about the area without having to make the trip there, but it would also be fun to read before visiting as a way to instill excitement for the adventures ahead.
Max's travels are a great way to introduce children to the wonders of nature and its majesty, as well as the power of water in an easy-to-understand way that will spark curiosity for world exploration.
Overall, I think this book rocks!
